In the past customers could get a 90 day trial version with an IFS Applications Race database. Is that option also available for IFS Cloud?Background: Apps9 customer has plans to upgrade and their super user / application management team would like to play around with IFS cloud already.

When a new customer environment is created, it starts with an “empty” database. Except, the database is not empty, because there are all kind of default settings, parameters, and basic data (like languages, Unit of measure etc.) already delivered. Is there any documentation on the content of a new database?

Hi,We are not using single sign on.When a specific user is trying to open IFS EE to login , he is not able to enter his credential .He hold shift until below screen appears, untick Use single sign on but IFS is still not giving him the option to enter his credential and is automatically trying to log him which prompt an error. Any suggestion please ? we are on update 15  

In Aurena - when I set up a lobby as a homepage, the navigation tree is automatically set up to go to the Lobby Overview link. I have two questions in reference to this:Is there a way to set up the homepage as a lobby AND have the navigation tree to show 3 specific SUB-links (i.e Customer, Business Opportunity, Business Activity ) rather than the Lobby Overview link?Also, is there a way to default a group of users homepage to a lobby rather than having them individually set it up themselves?

My user created training videos for Aurena a couple weeks ago. He re-watched it and noticed that Aurena used to have forward and back buttons in the top navigation but now it does not. Did anyone else noticed that their forward/back buttons disappeared? and has there been an update or is this a bug?

We have deleted custom fields but the IFS10 projections continue to refer to them and in one case continue to call on the cfv view even though this no longer exists. How can the projections no longer take into account the old custom fields?

The error message says that the selected printer agent is not mapped to any printer agent.Print Manager

Hi all, I am currently in the middle of creating a simple migration job to update a Price List. I have created a .csv file that contains the 5 columns of data required for the import. This currently works fine.   The second migration job takes care of the copy from the custom table containing the data from the 5 columns and imports into the sales_price_list_part table. It is here that I am having trouble. 1 of the 5 columns is data destined for a custom field within the sales_price_list_part table. Because of this I have selected the custom field view in my method list. By default it selects the standard (non custom) version of the API. In this instance I only want to import new rows.   When I navigate to Source Mapping it has now auto-populated the available fields from the CFV.

Hi,DS start giving me Question with mismatch of target version after switching on 22R2-GA version, after DS finally start support it.  Reason is, that IFS Cloud core files are marked as 22R2-EA. Does it mean, that our environments are on EA and not on GA?Or only CoreSources archive are wrong?Are there some differences between GA and EA?Or it is only badly marked?  There is no information about EA / GA version. 

Hi, Event NEXT_AUTH_PUR_ORDER is not triggering in Cloud 22R1.I have enabled standard event action to send an email as well as I set up another event (Execute Online SQL) to throw an error. But when releasing PO, none of them seems to be triggering.Any idea why? Is there any system parameter or additional set up to make it work?Thank you.

Hi AllWe are only a couple of weeks away from going live with Apps10, upgrading from Apps9.On Apps 9 we ran a two node clustered Middleware setup, both nodes running 2 Middleware Server Services (4 in total). This was for our userbase of 400 users (Around 130 Concurrent Users). The system has run well, albeit potentially over complicated (especially when patching etc).We have decided to ditch the clustered nodes in favour of one sole MW Server.My question is, do you think running with One node and only one ‘MainServer’ Managed Server is acceptable for our user base? in comparison to what you have seen….Any thoughts, or comparisons to what you are running with for Apps10 would be appreciated.ThanksMikeOS: WindowsDB: Oracle 19 (Local physical) 600GbMW: Apps10 (Local Virtual)Userbase: 400 global users (130 concurrent)

Hi When I try to execute the CMD of IFS Cloud 22R2 DB installation, a connection error was shown as below. I have completed the pre-installation (eg. Oracle installation).  Did I miss something.CMD: .\installer.cmd --set action=dbinstaller --values ifscloud-values.yaml --values solutionset.yaml --set dbInstaller.sysPassword=******Error:  ORA-28009: connection as SYS should be as SYSDBA or SYSOPER  Thanks & Best regards

Hii AllI created a Custom Command for a custom page which has LOV referenced field (Supplied Id ) and several read only fields (name , association no Etc ) which will be auto populated on selecting a supplied ID from LOV. I created a custom command which will navigate to the particular supplier in supplier screen on selecting it . The command is navigating but it does not show any data. command name -- Supplier Navigation Link -- Page /supplier/Form  parameters -- Supplier ID , Supplier Name ( Since Supplier ID field was an referenced LOV , I tried with different parameter too)The custom page and command was created through Configuration . I  created the command through Page designer . Here on selecting a supplier , The command I created( Supplier) is appearing but on selecting it doesn’t show any data . 

Hello,We have a few users who have been getting almost daily email notifications from IFS DEV that they have supplier invoices to authorize.  I’m not sure why these emails are being generated from DEV versus from PROD.  However, where can I go to review these alerts and disable/change email settings?  I’m sure it would be the same for both PROD/TEST/DEV. Thank you. 

Hello, we are running a project to enhance our Company’s intranet provision. One aspect is to show real-time finance data. I was thinking along the lines of creating a lobby for a user and then a link (somehow) that will show/update a dashboard element on their personal intranet page.  Not asking how I can achieve this but wanting to know if the concept is at all possible or not. Has anyone worked on and achieved showing lobby data in an external environment outside of IFS10? Or at least know if this is at all possible?     

I’m trying to run a task chain that includes Data Migration steps.The problem I am having is that the only way I can see to run a DataMig step is using INTFACE_HEADER_API.START_BATCH_ method which is fine except the Task chain doesn’t wait for the resulting job to finish before it starts the next step!Has anyone had this issue and resolved it?
