 I would like to update the customs statistics numbers via the REST API.I have used the following PATCH request:URL: CustomsStatisticsNumberHandling.svc/CustomsStatisticsNumbers(CustomsStatNo='01022110')Body: {"Description": "Hello World","CustomsUnitMeas": "F", "Cf_Companysite": "EC7E0EF2D979ED5DE0536379A10A1DB4","Cf_Importcode": "42"}This request successfully updates the CustomsUnitMeas and the CustomFields. Only the description is not updated.It is strange that in the HTTP response the correct value is displayed. In the database and in the GUI the old value is displayed.Response:{ "@odata.context": ".../v1/CustomsStatisticsNumberHandling.svc/$metadata#CustomsStatisticsNumbers/$entity", "@odata.etag": "W/\"Vy8iQUFBVlk1QUFZQUFBKys3QUFCOjIwMjMwODI1MTUwNDU1Ig==\"", "luname": "CustomsStatisticsNumber", "keyref": "CUSTOMS_STAT_NO=01022110^", "Objstate": "Active", "Objgrants": null, "CustomsStatNo": "01022110", "CustomsUnitMeas": "F", "Description": "Hello World"

Hello Our integrator set a permission to all user : IFS_ALL… ? there is not description of the this permission set. Does anyone has a clue of it ? Thank you

Hi all,How to create a permission set that only allows (New + Modify) rather that giving full or read only access in IFS Cloud?Users are only allowed to create new and edit existing data. Deletion of data is not allowed.Example : Sales part from sales categoryThanks.

We use the filter a lot on the Consists Of tab in the Engineering Part Navigator.  We look for, say, a specific Drawing Position and create a filter for that.  We then select different part numbers from our selector and we expected that the filter remains in place.  The system used to work this way.We’re now on 23R1 and the filter is worse, now.  As you as you select a different part number, the filter that was set on the first part is removed and the filter section collapses.  So not only can’t you use the same filter while selecting different part numbs, but you also have to re-expand the filter section in order to re-enter the criteria.I view this as a significant reduction in the useability of the UX.Is there any way to put this back the way it was before 23R1?Patrick

The pictures below show the event/actions, as it is to prompt the user with “This part has an open Purchase Order: (Then list the order numbers)” if they modify the characteristics of a part with an open purchase order. However yesterday it was refusing to show the “&HAS_PO” field and only showed the text I had written out, now today it has flipped around and shows the exact opposite. Is their anything I’m missing to get it working?I’ve tried the below method as well and it didn’t work either:DECLAREMESSAGE_ varchar(100) := 'This part has an open Purchase Order: ';CONCAT_MESSAGE varchar(100);BEGINCONCAT_MESSAGE := CONCAT(MESSAGE_, '&HAS_PO'); IFSAPP.Client_SYS.Add_Info(' ', CONCAT_MESSAGE);END;

Hello,I have no solution to fulfil the following request : on the product structure screen, the user needs to select an operation number on the grid field. For that, the user presses the F8 key to get a list of operation numbers.  The request would be to prevent the user to select an operation with either a revision number or an alternate different from the header (so from the PROD_STRUCTURE_HEAD SQL view).My issue is : how can I know what revision + alternate + operation number is selected, in the case that I can have a same operation but different revisions / alternates? like on this screenshot : I have thought to make a custom pop-up but that’s not technically possible, so I’m out of idea.What can I do?Also, the user can have the possibility to use the keyboard to fill the operation number field : is that possible to prevent such an action? ThanksPS : we have IFS 10 UPD 5

Hello.I have an issue that I can find no solution.On a custom page I made, I added a custom menu to fill the data.The thing is, when I run the code behind, the table remains empty, when I run the exact same code on sql developer, the table is correctly filled with data.Initially, I suspected a trouble related to parameters, I made then a new procedure with no parameter, I continue to have the exact same trouble.Code I put :begin  ifsapp.MyCustomPackage_api.SFDChargerContratW0071;  commit;end; Right before, I had this code :begin  ifsapp.MyCustomPackage_api.SFD_CP_PR_Contrat('O', 'W0071');  commit;end; Inside the SFDChargerContratW0071 procedure, I put this :PROCEDURE ChargerContratW0071ISBEGIN    SFD_CP_PR_Contrat('O', 'W0071');END ChargerContratW0071; Is there something that I’m missing? Thanks

Hello.I’m working on a custom page which updates the quantity required on a material line, on a shop order.I have this code :client_sys.Clear_attr(v_attr);client_sys.Clear_attr(v_info);v_new_quantity:=5;v_qty_assembly:=v_new_quantity/IFSAPP.Shop_Order_Operation_API.Get_Op_Revised_Qty_Due(v_order_no , v_release_no , v_sequence_no , v_operation_no);Client_SYS.Add_To_Attr('QTY_REQUIRED', v_new_quantity, v_attr);    Client_SYS.Add_To_Attr('QTY_PER_ASSEMBLY', v_qty_assembly, v_attr);Client_SYS.Add_To_Attr('REC_EDIT_FROM_CLIENT', 'TRUE', v_attr);Client_SYS.Add_To_Attr('QTY_REQUIRED_CHANGED', 'TRUE', v_attr);Client_SYS.Add_To_Attr('MANUAL_ENTRY', 'YES', v_attr);Shop_Material_Alloc_API.Modify__(v_info, v_objid, v_objversion, v_attr, 'DO'); But with this code, I cannot close the shop order, and it seems that it’s because IFS needs to check for for each material line, I have QTY_REQUIRED = QTY_ISSUED, but QTY_ISSUED is a read only field.Am I missing something to make that work?Thanks

Hi,We have our IFS Application server on windows 2016 server and yesterday we disabled SMBv1 protocol on the windows server. Today we are seeing tons of open ports in TIME WAIT mode and # of open ports maxing out. we rebooted twice so far with Ports climbing up after reboot. It’s almost like IFS is not releasing the port or something? Does anyone know if disabling SMBv1 protocol can cause this kind of behavior??
