Freight (FR_IN) Connectivity Inbox Messages stuck in Posted

Hello,

We are using Apps 10, UPD 13.  We have incoming freight Connectivity Inbox Messages that are stuck in Posted status.  The freight information isn’t getting added to the customer order. Does anyone know how we can trigger the messages to be completed and update the customer orders?

The Reactivate and Reprocess options are not enabled. 

The Database Process job is running.
