When we were in 22R2, we were told by IFS Support that it would be possible to download IFS Connect logs from 23R1 onwards.

Having upgraded to 23R1, I could not see a way of downloading IFS Connect logs.
Does anyone know any updates on this?
It is pain to request this from IFS Support. We have requested this from IFS Support on 23/08/2023 as a Priority 2 request but still waiting.
At least 2 weeks lead time for checking logs is not acceptable. We need to investigate ASAP why our SFTP Reader is not working.

Instead, I would like to download this from Build Place so that we do not need to wait for IFS Support.
