Hi all,How to create a permission set that only allows (New + Modify) rather that giving full or read only access in IFS Cloud?Users are only allowed to create new and edit existing data. Deletion of data is not allowed.Example : Sales part from sales categoryThanks.

We use the filter a lot on the Consists Of tab in the Engineering Part Navigator.  We look for, say, a specific Drawing Position and create a filter for that.  We then select different part numbers from our selector and we expected that the filter remains in place.  The system used to work this way.We’re now on 23R1 and the filter is worse, now.  As you as you select a different part number, the filter that was set on the first part is removed and the filter section collapses.  So not only can’t you use the same filter while selecting different part numbs, but you also have to re-expand the filter section in order to re-enter the criteria.I view this as a significant reduction in the useability of the UX.Is there any way to put this back the way it was before 23R1?Patrick

The pictures below show the event/actions, as it is to prompt the user with “This part has an open Purchase Order: (Then list the order numbers)” if they modify the characteristics of a part with an open purchase order. However yesterday it was refusing to show the “&HAS_PO” field and only showed the text I had written out, now today it has flipped around and shows the exact opposite. Hello,I have no solution to fulfil the following request : on the product structure screen, the user needs to select an operation number on the grid field. For that, the user presses the F8 key to get a list of operation numbers.  The request would be to prevent the user to select an operation with either a revision number or an alternate different from the header (so from the PROD_STRUCTURE_HEAD SQL view).My issue is : how can I know what revision + alternate + operation number is selected, in the case that I can have a same operation but different revisions / alternates? like on this screenshot : I have thought to make a custom pop-up but that’s not technically possible, so I’m out of idea.What can I do?Also, the user can have the possibility to use the keyboard to fill the operation number fie

Hi @dsj For one of our integration requirements we are using Mutual Authentication from IFS cloud to another third party application for that using openssl we generated the .csr and provided to the signing authority and got the .cer file and we generated the .pfx file using .cer and .key file and uploaded into IFS cloud.we created the routing address in that we provided the ssl:KeyStoreId as well.Here is the attachment how we did it. below is the error message we are getting could place have look and suggest where we are wrong. The version i am using here 23R1 SU3 Error :ExecutionException from Sender thread Caused by: ifs.fnd.connect.senders.ConnectSender$TemporaryFailureException: Exception while sending data Caused by: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Remote host terminated the handshake Caused by: java.io.EOFException: SSL peer shut down incorrectly  

Does the Lot Batch Master screen still exist in Aurena? If so, is it called something different or can someone provide the projection name? Thanks!

Hi!How to get license state value in lobby element from "License Management”?Is it possible to navigate from lobby element to form and mark checkbox? Will the total record count be displayed in lobby element when checkbox is marked? 

I am running in a file that has 10k+ records.  The integration runs for 2 mins 48 seconds and processes 8,415 records.  The interface throws an exception and I receive “Thread was being aborted”.  This is nowhere near the max timeout.  Is anyone able to tell me why I am receiving this error?

Hi,We have our IFS Application server on windows 2016 server and yesterday we disabled SMBv1 protocol on the windows server. Today we are seeing tons of open ports in TIME WAIT mode and # of open ports maxing out. we rebooted twice so far with Ports climbing up after reboot. It’s almost like IFS is not releasing the port or something? Does anyone know if disabling SMBv1 protocol can cause this kind of behavior??

** Apps 10 UPD14 **Hi All,I am trying to set up ‘Media Archives’ in one of our test instance as per the F1 documentation but I am getting this error message whilst testing.I can confirm that from the Db server, it can ping the ‘archive’ server and the directory itself has the necessary access rights..Any idea why I am getting this issue?
