IFS Cloud - Oracle database performance

Hi Guys,

Since Monday, for no raison our Oracle database server is spiking at 100% and We can see that Oracle RDBMS process is taking 95% to 100%.

We were using 2 CPUs and 2 Cores. Now, we change to 4 CPUs and 4 cores, but Oracle still taking the old configuration.

My questions:

1. Did you already have the problems with the DB CPU spiking till 100%? 
2. Do I need to change any configuration to my Oracle take the new CPU configuration?

Cloud version: 23.1.5

DB: 19.14.0.0.0
