Hi, I am trying to find a screen on IFS that will show me which documents (attachments) are not checked in or not approved/released. Is there a screen to show properties of all attachments to IFS? Or all attachments on customer orders etc? Thanks

Hi,our project team has a problem with time reporting in a project. There is no problem to add work time on the 'Day' tab, but on the 'Week' tab the system does not allow to add time. I have given all permissions. I also have the same message on the IFSAPP user. Reporting work time on the 'Week' tab would be much faster. Now we have Update 17.Please help.RegardsDaniel 

I am trying to provide access to our users to be able to select the List… button in the Create Count Report screen. As of now it shows as greyed out when the cursor is inside the Warehouse field. How might I be able to grant permission for this button to be used? I can’t seem to locate it in the Presentation Objects by Component tab for the permission set I am trying to grant it to. I am not sure how to find what the name might even be to search for it. Photo included below with the button highlighted.Thanks in advance!

Hello,What are some IFS Academy courses that are beneficial to take for someone that is looking to get into IFS development/maintenance? We found a bug in IFS Cloud  and needs to report the same with IFS.Who needs to raise an Incident  for the same with IFS i.e Customer or Partner?Thanks in advance.

Hello IFS User Community,I am a member of an IFS Implementation project team, located in the UK, currently gearing up for our UK go-live.Following the UK go-live, the implementation project team then move onwards to our global IFS roll-out, implementing IFS across my organisation, with next step being IFS implementation across Australia and Singapore.In preparation for the implementation of IFS in the APAC region, are there any APAC-based IFS users on this User Community ? How can I delete messages in my list of private messages?

There is an option to view my topics that are Solved. How is a topic set as solved?

I have noticed that IFS10 documentation which was available in https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/ is news removed.  As a consequence,  the links pointed to IFS10 technical documentation in forum questions are no longer working and forum members won’t have a common documentation to refer.Hope forum moderators will act on this.
