Hello all, We would like to ask the question to the wider IFS community that are running IFS APPS 10 (Release 23);If you have been utilising the Human Resources - Expenses Module.(EE)Expenses ModuleWhat has your end user experience been like? Did the setup of the module require bespoke modelling and/or integration? Do you utilise an mobile application to upload documents, such as IFS Trip Tracker 10? If you are not using this IFS module what other solutions are you using and are these integrable with IFS? We would like/love to move away from historic Excel spreadsheets.. Can multiple voucher lines be extracted at once
I am creating a Lobby element for end users but it is not behaving.I have created a data element based on an IAL and I can preview it and I get data results as expected. When I try ro select Columns though, I have to manually type the names. They do not appear in the drop down to select, but manually typing does workWhen I try to use the data elemend in a List display object, it refuses to show data. I just get a green cross and no data.The user has access to the data. I have tried creating an IAL and a quick information and a view direct into the IFSAPP schema but the Display element still will not show any data and none of the methods will let me choose the field names from the Colums sectio.Does anyone have an idea why Element willnot display results
Hello, I am currently having trouble with the SLA on one of the ticket types. The process flow for this type of ticket is as follows: User raises a ticket Ticket goes to line manager for approval if approved, then a task is created and resolved After task is resolved, the ticket is assigned to the Site Head for approval if approved, then it finally goes to the CEO office for approval. The only place where the ticket stops SLA is when the ticket is with the line manager for approval and during the other steps (after step 2 is approved) the SLA clock is running.My Questions: Q1. Is there any expression that can be used or any other way to have the SLA clock of the main ticket stop during the approval processes ? Q2. Is there any expression that can be used or any other way to have the Site Head Approval (Step 4) assigned to the Site head based on the office location selected on the main ticket. Any help in this matter is appreciated.
Hi I have installed IFS Cloud 23.2 but when installation is complete but i can’t use IFSAPP to login the error rais “Invalid Username and Password” but i try senario as be low.Log in user IFSAPP wiht cmd. “sqlplus ifsapp/[password]@<database> - Can log in normal Change IFS password - After change and try to login but show same error. Unlock IFS user - After unlock and try to login but show same error. Use IFSADMIN to login - This user can log in to IFS Cloud. Check IFSSYS status - status is active Additionnal checking name of certificate - i found certificate name show “Kubernetes Ingress Controller Fake Certificate”

Custom event and action not triggering in UAT environment when i was trying to do it manually or automatically but remaining environments its working good ,workflow used in custom action could anyone please tell me the solution for this ? in serial object screen two fields should be triggered and updated. one field(a column) is only when new value added in some other table (1table). another filed(b column) should be updated when the data newly added or modified from that respective table(2 table) but its not happening .

Hello everyone,I created a navigation link command on a custom page.To be able to navigate to the destination page (Manual Supplier Invoice) I need to pass two parameters. First one is the Invoice_id (which is a normal navigate filter) and the second one is the company (Context paramater).Thus, on the Manual Supplier Invoice page the company is a global Value. My company uses IFS 10 and I have a question regarding RRP load analysis. We Master Schedule our finished parts but not subcomponents. Some of our subcomponents are processed through work centers in-house. RRP appears to only show the load of finished parts that are master schedule and in an MS set. Subcomponent demand is not showing up in RRP load analysis. This creates an issue by only showing part of the load on a work center when using RRP.I experimented in our IFS test environment by adding a subcomponent part to Master Scheduling. After running MS Level 1 and MRP the part still failed to show up in RRP Load Analysis. I need to see the total load on work centers from finished parts as well as subcomponent parts. Does anyone have insight into what RRP is looking at and how to add subcomponent load to RRP?

Parameter name : cert)I’ve already added the chrome extension (ifs aurena extension).The address i’m setting up is correct and working for many other user using also chrome in the same company.My windows is 64bitsAlso it works for other people with the same system configuration in our company.Any help will be greatly appreciated !Regards,
Hello,We have a custom multi-select look up to contact users in a form within the customiser.In the process designer I am looking for a way to send separate authorisation tasks to all contact users selected in the lookup when the event reaches a particular stage in the process.I have managed to get this working for a single select lookup, but I am struggling to get this working with the multi-select lookup.Does anyone have any ideas on the best way to achieve this?Thanks very much for any help.(Tried to post this in the Assyst general sub forum but wasn’t able to select it)
Hi all, Can i check if the standard user accounts (not IFSAPP) cannot see the lobby or quick reports they created? Currently, Additional projections need to be granted manually rather than auto. Is there something that could be permission set to allow users to view quick report they create on the spot rather than look for system admin to request permission. Thanks.

Hello,Is there a way to search processes for a specific SVD?Example:We have a team with an SVD, and they recently made improvements and no longer need a task to their SVD.I want to search all processes to confirm which send an event to the SVD and review to make sure if the task needs to be removed, or if it’s related to other work.
I am having trouble with granting access to users in Aurena to be able to report scrap on the Shop Order Operations Reporting screen. I have granted them access to ReportComponentScrapHandling but they are still receiving a insufficient privileges error message. Is there something that I am missing?
Hello,Is it possible to create functional user groups in assyst? An example would be a user reports a service outage that affects a service are, we would want to log the ticket under that service area as opposed to any specific user.A simple example would be we want each province to be a “user”, as each is a service group. This would allow us to easily report on MI’s in specific areas.Thanks in advance for any feedback.
