It seems I can’t start a new topic for assyst. I’d like to ask a question but when I choose question or conversation, I can’t see Assyst as topic
If I choose idea, then assyst becomes visible.
Is there something wrong?
Thanks
Best regards
Eric

@Eric Amand
In Idea section, yes, you can directly select ‘assyst’ under ‘Product area’.
But even for Question and Conversation sections, once you type assyst under ‘Sub forum’ search bar, you will see few options related to Assyst which you can then choose. Please see below screenshot.
Hi,
I have nothing like Assyst as a choice when I type the first letters like you can see below. I tried 2 browsers
That’s weird because a few monthes ago, I started a topic about assyst
Any other idea about what’s happening?
Best regards
Eric Amand
I’m having the same issue.
I can’t create Questions or Conversations in any of the Assyst sub forums, as they are all missing from the dropdown.
The “assyst”-option is present in the “Product area” dropdown when the Idea radio button is selected, however that’s not helpful when trying to raise a Question in regards to Assyst.
Hello @Richard Ellingsen,
We have updated your profile as it was not configured correctly. You should now be able to create posts in the Assyst section. Could you please verify this?

Hi Eric,
Your account (Eric Amand - created Feb 2023) is correctly set up to add post in the iFS assyst Community and I can see it was not modified since you added some post. However it seems that you have created another account ( Eric Amande - Feb 2024) with a slightly different address (.fr). I just send you a pm if you want to follow up. Regards Caroline

I can confirm this resolved the issue.
The Assyst sections now appears correctly in the “sub forum”-dropdown, this is the case of both new Question and Conversation topic.
