I was trying to figure out a learning pathway for an SCM Consultant and noticed this. Can someone from the academy confirm that the above order is what I should follow to get all the certifications related to SCM? Are there any other basic trainings to complete before following the above order? After I complete the above order of courses only, can I get the ‘Certified IFS SCM Consultant’ title?

What would be the best approach to remove a user from the support portal, when they’re not longer with the company? It seems to be a well defined process to register new users but no way to remove/inactivate one once registered. I opened a support “question” ticket and it takes more than 3d to follow up. Some of the people who need their access removed might do damage if not acted sooner. Is there any known path to follow?

Hi Community - The platform we use (Insided) has begun using a new spam filter which has caught several of your replies as spam, when they are not. Here’s a quick cheat sheet of what the idea statuses mean:Open - The idea has been reviewed and is open for discussion and voting. This means that we think the idea is interesting, but we are not ready yet to decide whether we want to do something with it. This means that we want to wait for more feedback/votes, it can also mean that this idea does not fit our product strategy at the moment, but is something we might look at later. Under construction - The idea is actively being built on by the product engineering. Delivered - The idea has been implemented and is available. Delivered (Partially) - Some aspects of the idea have been implemented or the idea can be done with configuration and are available. What’s new? From January 2021 IFS customers will be invited at various touchpoints to complete a survey as part of the IFS Voice of the Customer (VoC) program powered by Customerville. When they do this, feedback will form part of IFS’ new integrated survey program that will live with our customers throughout their relationships with IFS. Customers will be asked at various stages to contribute feedback during the course of their subscription which will be valuable in ensuring the best possible experience with the IFS team. Why are we using Customerville and changing our approach? In the June 2020 IFS Annual Customer Survey respondents told us that they wanted a more effective way to engage with IFS with their feedback. It could be that some people, working from home, does not have a big nice screen, and especially not multiple screens as some have at work. Some are surely working on their laptops. Something that is important then is “screen real estate.” Here is how to remove “cruft” on the screen, and how to enable full-screen mode. Enable full-screen mode by pressing F11. By default, the menu bar is hidden (which is good if you have little room on the screen). Press and release the Alt key to show it. Keep the IFS navigator hidden, and use the shortcut panel instead. Learn the keyboard shortcut Shift+Ctrl+F to show and focus the navigator filter. (press Escape to close it again) Show and hide the Attachments section using Ctrl+2 (the other context panels can be opened and closed using the numbers 1 and up.) In general, learn the standard keyboard shortcuts. If you are using a laptop, perhaps you have now mouse and are using the trackpad and the keyboard might be a more efficient alternative. Some f
Hi, I was wondering if it would be possible to enter a code for the application your question is about. It seems that there is no mandatory field for this available in this site. Tags should be our friends. Please either enter the application code and version your question is relevant for. I know, some questions are multi version related. Leave out the version you are working on these questions. So tag your question with IFS (being IFS Applications) or FSM or any other code. If version related, use for example IFS9 or FSM6.2 Thanks, Steve
Every time I log into IFS Community my password is not accepted.. I am able to reset it, by following the reset password link. The problem is when i come back later (short or long period of time), the password is ‘wrong’ again. This happens EVERY time, and I am positively sure that I enter it correctly. :-(
Hello Im Kevin. Im new here I wanted to ask why cant I add links in my signature what if I want to post a link to my Paypal or something for donation. Im very active in support communities that’s why I would like to have that donation link in my signature so if anyone would like to doante in exchange of my help their most welcome.
