Hello Everyone,I am getting the following error while deploying a published custom projection:Error:ORA-04050: invalid or missing procedure, function, or package nameThis issue occurs during ACP deployment in IFS Cloud 24R2.Has anyone faced this before or can suggest what might be causing this error?Thanks in advance.

I would appreciate it if you could answer as soonas you can.The below is customer message.---------------------We are planning to conduct an assessment for the release update to the latest version (26R1).In June, we are planning to perform not only the Impact Assessment but also the Release Update Assessment.My understanding is that executing RequestReleaseUpdate will create a new version repository (?) in Build Place, and I would like to confirm the following two points: Is it correct to understand that the current version environment (24R2) will not be affected until CreateDelivery is executed? Has anyone successfully implemented a digital signature on the last page of a dynamically paginated report using only Report Rules in IFS Apps 10?

Hi all,In september 2026, E-invoicing & E-reporting will be mandatory in France. We were able to obtain  the list of fields that will be mandatory from September 2026.I understand that the UBL file will include the mandatory fields requested by the administration, but some clients require mandatory information to be sent to them (particularly large retailers). Is it easy to add new fields in IFS CLOUD 25R2? Roughly speaking, how complex is it to add custom fields to our UBL export? Regards, Soumia

We would like to integrate data via API for the following items on the IFS Cloud interface, but according to the support response, a standard API is not available. Does anyone know how to integrate data via API? - Labor Setup Time to Report field in Manufacturing＞＞Shop Order＞＞Report Operation＞＞Shop Order Operations Reporting- Qty to Receive and Location fields in Receive Shop Order 

The report shows an error after I click the preview button multiple times in succession(If the clicks are not consecutive, no error occurs.), but it returns to normal after some time passes. How to check and fix the issue.  

Hi everyone, Following issue has been reported by multiple users: If you work with a list in IFS Cloud (25 R1), users use to order the sequence of lines according their need. For instance, in view Customer Order Lines, lines are ordered based on ascending creation date:  If you then open the detailed view of a customer order and afterwards get back to your list, the previous set line order has been deleted and shows the standard list view sequence:  In IFS10, the self defined line sequence was kept on hold after opening the detailed view. "Restore Archived Data" functionality in IFS  Cloud  Has anyone managed to restore archived data in IFS Cloud ?  It is not working in 24R1 for me even when there are Archived Data in the same IFS Database.

We had a power outage at our plant, after employees had ATTENEDED IN, but before they could report and production. we do not use SHOP FLOOR WORKBENCH, how can i go into the employees’ labor record and record production of parts and also scrap? 

Hello, We are using the IFS 9.4 application. A specific email service provider is configured within the application for email services. Since this service provider has upgraded the TLS version to 1.2, we have started experiencing connection issues in our system. Hi,Did any of you face the below situation?In APPS10, we have an Order Report that uses a Crystal layout instead of rdl. Read in few other forums that report designer will be replaced by Report Studio. Is that true and is there any time frame on it?

Greetings!I made a slight change to the Config ID for a Customer Order T8184. When I made the change I was going to update supply config but accidentally clicked unpeg customer order line. Now the DOP 15116 shows no demand. I tried looking up the customer order in the list of values to repeg it, but it does not show up. How do I fix it? 

HI All, we are using IFS Assyst and have discovered by chance the use of operators to enhance the Assyst Search function. e.g. as follows: ASSYST SEARCH OPERATORSstring - A Simple string to search and match (e.g. hello)OR - Logical operator to concatenate strings to search for (e.g. hello OR helo)! - Logical operator to negate a search string (e.g. hello OR helo !ciao) My question is, does anyone know what the allowed combination of logical search operators are and what is the deal with the date restriction in this search feature. I tried searching for a string which I knew had tickets from 2024/25 in but I only saw results from this current year 2026. All help welcome as I was not able to find a decent article which matched my experience so far.

During our recent production outage, we observed that multiple servers are attempting to delete the same message repeatedly, causing database blocking. The repeated deletion attempts occur within active transactions, leading to locking issues, causing conflicts and prolonged transaction locks. Also, from the server logs we could see a message - 'trying to delete non-existent record'. So, we assume that the request is already processed by server A, and unknowingly server B is processing the same request which resulted in 'trying to delete non-existent record'Could of you help to understand1. Why is the same request (delete commands) being handled by multiple servers?2. How does IFS manage user sessions?3. How to route a request from a single user/device session to the same node till they complete their tasks?4. Why can’t we enforce a “single active session per user” policy?5. Can this be resolved by configuring session stickiness from F5 levelCan any expert help to understand the scenar

Hello, I have created a procedure in Apps10 which performs a select statement and then writes the output to a csv file in the database server.Can someone help me write the code to then attach this file created using utl_file to an email to send to the user.Thanks

I am trying to set Voucher Status automatically using a Workflow   and getting above error for the below method. - VoucherEntry_ReadyToUpdate():Void Here I am triggering an Event when a Voucher get status “Approved”.And the workflow is trying to set the status as “Approved” of the  Vouchers with the same no and awaiting approval in other companies. Before calling method VoucherEntry_ReadyToUpdate  , workflow reads the Voucher   Same Error appears  for  hardcoded vales. Any advice how to avoid that Error is highly appreciated.  Thanks in advance for your help!
