Hi, We have been working on several integration projects which involve either sending data from IFS or pushing data into IFS mainly through RESTful API’s. For some of our external systems calling into IFS I was thinking it would be good to check the status of our IFS instance before commencing with the operation. Is there a suitable IFS Rest API I can call which shows the status of our IFS instance? I would prefer doing this rather than calling something else to see if our IFS instance is operational.We are currently running IFS10. Many Thanks,Dan

Error during file sending Caused by: com.jcraft.jsch.SftpException: Bad message

Hello everyone,I'm experiencing an issue using the JSch library to establish an SFTP connection with an OpenSSH server configured on Windows. The error returned is com.jcraft.jsch.SftpException: Bad message.Here are some details about my setup:SFTP Client: JSch version 0.1.54 SSH Server: OpenSSH for Windows version 9.5Complete error message: com.jcraft.jsch.SftpException: Bad messageInterestingly, I can successfully connect to the same OpenSSH server using GUI clients like FileZilla and WinSCP, but the issue arises specifically when attempting to connect from our middleware server using JSch. Has anyone else encountered this type of error or have any suggestions on specific configurations to check or modify on JSch or OpenSSH?Thank you in advance for your help and suggestions.

Report Studio Creating Table

Hi everyone,I’m just trying to learning Report Studio and Im trying to create and bind table. When Im try to bind the table and preview, I only see the first row of the table. I cant see the other rows.I dragged and dropped translated text and field list labels into to report. And this is what I see. What should I do to see all the rows in the table? Thanks.

Hi everyone,I’m just trying to learning Report Studio and Im trying to create barcode. In 24r2 documentatiton, on the barcode page, it says you can simply drag and drop barcode element and bind data from field list to see barcode. However, I can't see the barcode icon in the toolbox.Barcodes - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud Also in toolbox page in documentation, barcode icon cant be seen. Approval Analysis

Hi there, We are currently trying to gather data on turn around times for approvals within IFS across all object types. This will be used for KPIs for administrative activities/tasks across the business. The challenge we are facing is that Apps 10 does not say when an approval route was started within the Approval Routing view. Has anyone else overcome this challenge and if so, how did you do it?

Is it possible to have pre-filled forms (assystNET)

Hello,I have a SVD group that would like to have a form prepopulated with specific options, or save it as a template, so when they make the request again they would only need to add the clients contact information. This would be for something they get on a regular basis and to save time submitting the request.Example: Site Support gets request from a client while they are supporting another client on site. When they return to their desk the would then open the “pre-filled form/template” add the user name and submit it with the “default” values. Thanks in advance for any comments and/or help.Craig

Grant permission by navigator / by page

Hi all,We are in the process of creating the permission sets for IFS Cloud. So far, we have distributed the projections via ‘PermissionSetNavigatorTree’. In addition, the projections with ‘Report’ in the title were assigned separately . Based on the information we have (or had), this should include all pages. However, we have now realised that various projects cannot be distributed via the navigatorTree. We estimate that there are about 1260 projections that are not assigned. These can be found on the ‘Manage Projection Grants By Page’ page and can be assigned. However, if this had to be done for each permission group, it would be an immense workload. Does anyone have experience with this problem or have we misinterpreted something? We are grateful for any information.

Task expression doesn't work for assyst user lookup field

Hi everyone, We have created a custom lookup field which fetches the assyst user profiles of the users. And we are trying to execute a fulfil task assigned to that Assyst user’s SVD. But unfortunately, the expression doesn’t seem to work when assyst user profiles are fetched in the custom field, while it worked when we fetched contact user profiles in the field. Report Format & Output - date format

I have ordered a report & when i go to ‘Print Report’ the Date/Number formatting is defaulting as en-US. In the layout the RDL is set as locale and my browser Edge is set to English British language & date format. Where/how do i set the formatting as default to en-GB instead. This is catching a lot of our users out and one would think this should be a fairly basic and straightforward requirement of system capability to default to GB options - we are a UK based company. Thanks

Custom event - context information for sending mask?

As the authorisation of work tasks is possible in two screens (PREPARE WORK ORDER and WORK TASK TRANSACTION), the authorisation is carried out differently.In the PREPARE WORK ORDER screen, the Jt_Task_Transaction_API.Authorize function is executed; in the WORK TASK TRANSACTION screen, the Authorise__ function with the 'CHECK' parameter is executed first.If my event is called from the PREPARE WORK ORDER screen, my programming works, from the other window does not work. This is because the new status "Authorised" is already saved in the NEW:ROWSTATE variable in the PREPARE WORK ORDER screen, but not in the other case. There it is still "Reported". Is there a way to find out where the event is being called from?
