Hi everyone,In IFS Cloud, we have noticed that the Connect Object functionality (accessed from the Activity Materials and Services window in Project Management) does not allow us to select Work Order from the Object Type dropdown. Work Order is not included in the available options.Can anyone confirm if excluding Work Orders from the Object Type dropdown is standard in IFS Cloud? If not, how can this be enabled through Projects? (We understand that, from the Work Order end, we can connect the project activity.)Additionally, while Work Task is available in the default Manual Connections in the Project Setup Parameters, it is still not shown in the Object Type dropdown within Connect Object.Thank you. I have attached screenshots for reference.Select Connect Object from Activity Materials and Services windowSearch for Work Order in the Object Type dropdown

I want to show my list of values in columns stretching horisontaly instead of vertical, and found the toggle button transpose. But the result presented just one element and then alot of pages. What am I doing wrong? 

Hello, I am trying to copy and paste a lobby but I am running into issues.Option 1 -I export as Full Format Page and then import as a new page. After importing I get 2 error messages: Option 2 -Duplicate lobby button gives an error message  

We are unable to run APB on some Windows 11 computers. There is no problem on computers upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Hi all,We are in the process of creating the permission sets for IFS Cloud. So far, we have distributed the projections via ‘PermissionSetNavigatorTree’. In addition, the projections with ‘Report’ in the title were assigned separately .  Based on the information we have (or had), this should include all pages. However, we have now realised that various projects cannot be distributed via the navigatorTree. We estimate that there are about 1260 projections that are not assigned. These can be found on the ‘Manage Projection Grants By Page’ page and can be assigned. However, if this had to be done for each permission group, it would be an immense workload.  Does anyone have experience with this problem or have we misinterpreted something? We are grateful for any information. 

IFS Cloud 24 R2 on IFS Cloud services. A customer are currently using SSO with Multi-Factor Authentication, and when IFS Support needs to assist with debugging in their environment, dedicated accounts must be created. This process is taking significant time, causing delays and frustration. The project is now in a critical phase, and any delays in addressing support cases could jeopardize the planned Go Live.Could you please advise how Unified Support typically handles this situation with other SSO customers, and if there are alternative secure approaches we can propose? i’m not community post below is relevant as it 5 years old and pre IFS Cloud 

Hi everyone,We are currently reviewing the transition from IFS Applications 10 to Aurena and would like to know if there are any official IFS materials or documentation that detail the UI changes between the two.For example:•    In App 10, the Project Navigator window was used for project-related work.•    In Aurena, this seems to have been replaced by the Project Definition window.We have already checked the release notes spreadsheet but could not find specific references to this change. Similarly, we were unable to locate a comprehensive document that outlines the overall UI transition or mapping from App 10 to Aurena.Could anyone confirm if such documentation exists, or share guidance on where we can find resources that highlight these changes?Thank you in advance for your support.

Hi everyone,I’m just trying to learning Report Studio and Im trying to create barcode. In 24r2 documentatiton, on the barcode page, it says you can simply drag and drop barcode element and bind data from field list to see barcode. However, I can't see the barcode icon in the toolbox.Barcodes - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud Also in toolbox page in documentation, barcode icon cant be seen. Toolbox - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud How can I see barcode icon from my toolbox?Thanks.

The title says it all.. I am using VBA to query the IFS database and once I get my results back, I want to close the connection. How can I do that? Hi,Some user have problem to log in to Excel add in. It used to work but they started to get problem. When they click on Login, (Se the picture below) then it supposed to open up the web window to go to IFS Cloud log in start page but nothing happend. We have tried to clean the cashe and unistall/deleate but no help. Maby problem with pop up windows problem? Does someone could advise us what we can do more? 

Hoping someone can give some help or advice.I am just starting on the IFS Cloud journey and Workflows seems to be a big part, I have done the IFS Academy training but the exercises done do not help with me with my current scenario. In Apps 10 this was achieved by a custom event which checked the new and old variables and then wrote some details to a history file (custom entity) when a subcontract status changed.  I am struggling to  get this off the ground.

Hello,I want to register the sender email as an Azure App. This is because Microsoft will discontinue their support for basic authentication for client submission(SMTP Auth). Do we have any documentation for this. Currently we have Azure AD configured under IAM Provider but “Senders” are configured under basic auth. But “Mail Sender” is configured in basic authentication. Please guide what needs to be done. Thanks,Mani

 Is there a way to change/edit the filters on the Event Search in assystWEB?I know we can use affected_user_name:"Joe Bloggs" to find all associated tickets to that user, but it would be good to just be able to type their name in with fields specifically for affected user, summary etc. When using the search, it tends to be a case of sifting through each ticket individually to find the one you’re looking for. This is a pain when someone pops in without a ticket number.  

IFS Applications 9.According to the documentation, the Broadcast Message Service checks for active messages every hour. Please advise on how to modify this parameter. The service needs to run a check every 15 minutes.We found where to change this only for the IFS Web Client However, we can't find how to change this parameter for IFS Enterprise Explorer.Any advice would be appreciated.  

In Page Designer, Fieldranking is supposed to set the order of columns in the list element. When I do this on Business Opportunities, it doesn’t seem to work. We Go-Live in October and setting a column order for heavily trafficked pages is something we want to do to help our computer illiterate sales people.Looking for instructions on this page designer feature.Thanks.

The report shows an error after I click the preview button multiple times in succession(If the clicks are not consecutive, no error occurs.), but it returns to normal after some time passes. How to check and fix the issue.  

I have manually reserved an inventory part & quantity in “Inventory requisition” where the supply code = Inventory Order & the status is now showing as “Reserved”. Q- How do you unreserve the Inventory & quantity so the status is changed back to either “planned or released”?
