During our recent production outage, we observed that multiple servers are attempting to delete the same message repeatedly, causing database blocking. The repeated deletion attempts occur within active transactions, leading to locking issues, causing conflicts and prolonged transaction locks. Also, from the server logs we could see a message - 'trying to delete non-existent record'. So, we assume that the request is already processed by server A, and unknowingly server B is processing the same request which resulted in 'trying to delete non-existent record'Could of you help to understand1. Why is the same request (delete commands) being handled by multiple servers?2. How does IFS manage user sessions?3. How to route a request from a single user/device session to the same node till they complete their tasks?4. Why can’t we enforce a “single active session per user” policy?5. I am trying to set Voucher Status automatically using a Workflow   and getting above error for the below method. - VoucherEntry_ReadyToUpdate():Void Here I am triggering an Event when a Voucher get status “Approved”.And the workflow is trying to set the status as “Approved” of the  Vouchers with the same no and awaiting approval in other companies. Before calling method VoucherEntry_ReadyToUpdate  , workflow reads the Voucher   Same Error appears  for  hardcoded vales. Any advice how to avoid that Error is highly apprec

Hi,our project team has a problem with time reporting in a project. There is no problem to add work time on the 'Day' tab, but on the 'Week' tab the system does not allow to add time. I have given all permissions. I also have the same message on the IFSAPP user. Reporting work time on the 'Week' tab would be much faster. Now we have Update 17.Please help.RegardsDaniel

I'm looking to enable or disable a command in IFS Cloud based on the rows selected by the user. Specifically, if the user selects multiple rows (e.g., 2 or 3), I want to check whether all the selected lines have the same value for a specific field, like the address. If they do, the command should be visible; if not, it should be hidden or disabled.Can anyone guide me on how to implement this in IFS Cloud?

Hi,I want to put default value = Tax on Taxliability field in Business Opportunity lines but I don’t find Default value set up in Page designer. I have seen and done it on some other fields on other pages but I don’t find it in this case. Does someone know if there are other options to fix it? We have 24R2SU2, thanks. 

I added the Command Group – ExecuteOperationalReport to the Shop Orders Material Availability page so that I could execute the Shop Order Report directly from this page, and it works as expected.However, the issue is that this option disappears when I select multiple reports. How can I enable the multi-selection functionality?I’ve already tried adding expressions and conditions in the Enables field, but that doesn’t seem to have any effect. Has anyone encountered a similar issue?    

Dear all,My client wants to modify a materiel requisition (warehouse) , but sometimes a window appears to make the modification and sometimes it does not. This pop-up window then blocks the materiel requisition (warehouse). The workaround is to open another browser window to modify the same materiel requisition (warehouse), and this time there is no modification pop-up window. How does this modification pop-up window appear? IFS Cloud 24R1.5
