We would like to be able to display messages (announcements) in assystNET based on Contact User Query Profiles like you can with FAQ’s. The current method of using CSGs to do this is too cumbersome and requires a level of complexity that is just too much to administer

AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'getServers'

Our customer has noticed that their P/N on our paperwork is incorrect. Looking for a way to correct in IFS APPS 10 but can’t find any way to amend the current Customer’s Part Number in the customer order or Sales Part Cross Reference screen.Is there a way to correct the typo without having to create a new Sales Part Cross Reference part? And if so will all the customer order lines need to be cancelled and reentered?Customer order has over 100 lines with the incorrect customer P/N.

Hi I have a couple of barcode printers (low volume) and I have successfully setup the IFSPrintAgentConfiguration to point to a single IFS Cloud environment by following the IFS Documentation https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/24r2/070_remote_deploy/400_installation_options/005_operational_reporting/020_install_print_agents/.  I would now like to connect the same printers to another IFS Cloud Environment.   Has anyone done this.  Is it possible to use the same installation of the IFSPrintAgentConfiguration?

Hello everyone,I'm experiencing an issue using the JSch library to establish an SFTP connection with an OpenSSH server configured on Windows. The error returned is com.jcraft.jsch.SftpException: Bad message.Here are some details about my setup:SFTP Client: JSch version 0.1.54 SSH Server: OpenSSH for Windows version 9.5Complete error message: com.jcraft.jsch.SftpException: Bad messageInterestingly, I can successfully connect to the same OpenSSH server using GUI clients like FileZilla and WinSCP, but the issue arises specifically when attempting to connect from our middleware server using JSch. Has anyone else encountered this type of error or have any suggestions on specific configurations to check or modify on JSch or OpenSSH?Thank you in advance for your help and suggestions.

Hi,I am having an issue when adding a Global Command using Page Designer for an overview (table) window in IFS Cloud. (24R2)When I add the command to the header section, it still requires me to select a record for the command button to be enabled.My goal is to have the command button visible and enabled at all times, regardless of whether a record is selected or not. I also tried adding the command within command groups, but that didn’t work either.Has anyone managed to achieve this? Any guidance would be appreciated.    Thank you.

Hi everyone, I am experiencing some issues integrating Power BI into the IFS Cloud, I am new to using IFS and Power BI so any insight would be much appreciated.I am hoping to understand if the issues that I raise are either based within IFS or Power BI.Below, I will add images to show my process and where potential issues are coming from. [Image 1] - Inputting the URL.Have I correctly inputted the URL with the additional suffix? [Image 2] - Sign in button.Should this page come up if I am already signed into Power BI?[Image 3] - Window pops up and immediately disappears.This occurs after pressing the sign in button.What should be shown on the window? Should it be an authenticator window? Would this issue be based in IFS or Power BI?[Image 4] - Option to open within a new tab or sign in again. Why am I being asked to sign in again, if I am already signed into Power BI? [Image 5] - The result of clicking on either link. Refreshing the page has no impact, still comes up with ‘page not foun

After I batch create users, I would like to find a way to mass update those user’s email. Does anyone have a suggestion or know how that can be done?

I am referring to the search results in this link. Knowledge Base - Service CenterIt would be great if you can make them linked. I would like to create a quick report that allows multiple WO_NO entries.Unfortunately, I get the error message‘You may only specify a single value for the Report Parameter: Work_Or’.I have tried thousands of variations, but nothing works.However, the condition ….AND woco.wo_no in (54046, 54037) works.

We have identified a performance issue for a customer, FACT_PROJECT_CONN_DET is taken 3 + hours to do internal IFS data mart refresh. The Refresh for FACT_PROJECT_CONN_DET is taking 3+ hours to run on each refresh. They have set a separate refresh category to run this overnight, but as they informed it is now impacting their month end process as they cannot run data mart jobs in parallel. HiI’m looking for an API to create an outbound sync application message in IFSCloud..it is the equivalent of the function Plsqlap_Server_API.Post_Outbound_Message 

Can I see my Community notifications in the Community itself? I currently get them in my emails, but the mails are cluttered already (yes there is a folder for Community). I have subscribed to some groups, so I get mails from them as well. I am sure this is common for most others as well.I can see a notification when there is a private message. Similarly, is there a way to see notifications i.e. mentions, replies, best answers inside the Community portal itself?

I have another account that I created using another email address. On that account, when I try to create a new topic or question here in the forum, I get an error that says I don’t have permission for that category. Is there something special that has to be done to my account in order for me to have rights to post? This account I’m posting from is representing an IFS customer - so maybe it has more rights by default - and non-customers are not allowed to post?

I created a lobby page in a lower environment, but when I use the export ‘full format page’ and import that file in another environment, this gives issues. Not all data sources are copied and links are lost in the data elements. Anybody having the same issue?
