I have another account that I created using another email address. On that account, when I try to create a new topic or question here in the forum, I get an error that says I don’t have permission for that category. Is there something special that has to be done to my account in order for me to have rights to post? This account I’m posting from is representing an IFS customer - so maybe it has more rights by default - and non-customers are not allowed to post?

"Restore Archived Data" functionality in IFS  Cloud  Has anyone managed to restore archived data in IFS Cloud ?  It is not working in 24R1 for me even when there are Archived Data in the same IFS Database.

I created a lobby page in a lower environment, but when I use the export ‘full format page’ and import that file in another environment, this gives issues. Not all data sources are copied and links are lost in the data elements. Anybody having the same issue?

Hello, I am trying to create a new report rule that helps me to print the only handling unit layout that was created for the specific layout.  I have created the rule like this:  Expression 1 :  I have tried both APTR and ‘APTR’  for the Expression 2. Only one part number is going to be related for only one specific customer. That’s why i have referenced sales part cross reference. And also part nos are same with the catalo nosThis label should have been printed on the shop order handling unit structure , before packing.

Hello All,We have a reporting problem on IFS Cloud 23R1When we want to get PDF report, it sends to queue most of time. and we are waiting minutes to get the report.When we restart the App Server, it's working as well but after a few hours it happens againI guess thereDo u have any idea to solve it

Hi everybodySince yesterday at midday, all ours printings in direction of one specific printer stay systematically in Remote Waiting.Notice that :- the printer is a network printer and works perfectly (it's possible print from another application).- the printer agent has been restarted few times, and run.- PDF reports are correctly generated.- We remarked that the printer in default, stopped works after it was in error of printing, resulting of version change of the printer during the printing.Thank you in advance for your help. 

in custom screen we need to change the save location of attachment to outside folder or to cloud location instead of database,so all the attachments should go in separate folder on same server or on cloud location but doesn’t save in database. idea is that that attachments are of different sizea that consume space in DB we need to separate the location.it this possible?thanksyasir

Hi, We have been working on several integration projects which involve either sending data from IFS or pushing data into IFS mainly through RESTful API’s. For some of our external systems calling into IFS I was thinking it would be good to check the status of our IFS instance before commencing with the operation. Is there a suitable IFS Rest API I can call which shows the status of our IFS instance? I would prefer doing this rather than calling something else to see if our IFS instance is operational.We are currently running IFS10. Many Thanks,Dan

Hi there, We are currently trying to gather data on turn around times for approvals within IFS across all object types.  This will be used for KPIs for administrative activities/tasks across the business. The challenge we are facing is that Apps 10 does not say when an approval route was started within the Approval Routing view.  Has anyone else overcome this challenge and if so, how did you do it?

Hi.  A correction invoice has been raised and posted but it is incorrect. I wan to create a correction invoice on the correction invoice to reveres it but it is not allowing me to.  I used to be able to do this.  Can anyone advise the easiest way to credit the correction invoice?TIATracey

Hello,I have a SVD group that would like to have a form prepopulated with specific options, or save it as a template, so when they make the request again they would only need to add the clients contact information. This would be for something they get on a regular basis and to save time submitting the request.Example: Site Support gets request from a client while they are supporting another client on site. When they return to their desk the would then open the “pre-filled form/template” add the user name and submit it with the “default” values. Thanks in advance for any comments and/or help.Craig

Hi everyone, We have created a custom lookup field which fetches the assyst user profiles of the users. And we are trying to execute a fulfil task assigned to that Assyst user’s SVD. But unfortunately, the expression doesn’t seem to work when assyst user profiles are fetched in the custom field, while it worked when we fetched contact user profiles in the field. Please help with this issue.Thank you in advance.
