Hi everyone,We are currently reviewing the transition from IFS Applications 10 to Aurena and would like to know if there are any official IFS materials or documentation that detail the UI changes between the two.For example:•    In App 10, the Project Navigator window was used for project-related work.•    In Aurena, this seems to have been replaced by the Project Definition window.We have already checked the release notes spreadsheet but could not find specific references to this change. Similarly, we were unable to locate a comprehensive document that outlines the overall UI transition or mapping from App 10 to Aurena.Could anyone confirm if such documentation exists, or share guidance on where we can find resources that highlight these changes?Thank you in advance for your support.

Hello everyone,Using Conditions or functions, I wonder if you can remove the duplicate of the same named fields in a report ;Let’s say in the delivery note report, I have :Product A - 100 qty - 50kg (weight) Product A - 50 qty - 20kg (weight) Product B - 100 qty - 50kg (weight) I want it to appear like this :Product A  - 100 qty - 50kg (weight)                     - 50 qty   - 20kg (weight) Product B - 100qty  - 50kg (weight) Is there a way to do it ? i can’t find the conditions or code to set it up.Regards

Hi everyone,I’m just trying to learning Report Studio and Im trying to create barcode. In 24r2 documentatiton, on the barcode page, it says you can simply drag and drop barcode element and bind data from field list to see barcode. However, I can't see the barcode icon in the toolbox.Barcodes - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud Also in toolbox page in documentation, barcode icon cant be seen. Toolbox - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud How can I see barcode icon from my toolbox?Thanks.

The title says it all.. I am using VBA to query the IFS database and once I get my results back, I want to close the connection. How can I do that? Hi,Some user have problem to log in to Excel add in. It used to work but they started to get problem. When they click on Login, (Se the picture below) then it supposed to open up the web window to go to IFS Cloud log in start page but nothing happend. We have tried to clean the cashe and unistall/deleate but no help. Maby problem with pop up windows problem? Does someone could advise us what we can do more? 

Hoping someone can give some help or advice.I am just starting on the IFS Cloud journey and Workflows seems to be a big part, I have done the IFS Academy training but the exercises done do not help with me with my current scenario. In Apps 10 this was achieved by a custom event which checked the new and old variables and then wrote some details to a history file (custom entity) when a subcontract status changed.  I am struggling to  get this off the ground.

Hello,I want to register the sender email as an Azure App. This is because Microsoft will discontinue their support for basic authentication for client submission(SMTP Auth). Do we have any documentation for this. Currently we have Azure AD configured under IAM Provider but “Senders” are configured under basic auth. But “Mail Sender” is configured in basic authentication. Please guide what needs to be done. Thanks,Mani

 Is there a way to change/edit the filters on the Event Search in assystWEB?I know we can use affected_user_name:"Joe Bloggs" to find all associated tickets to that user, but it would be good to just be able to type their name in with fields specifically for affected user, summary etc. When using the search, it tends to be a case of sifting through each ticket individually to find the one you’re looking for. This is a pain when someone pops in without a ticket number.  

IFS Applications 9.According to the documentation, the Broadcast Message Service checks for active messages every hour. Please advise on how to modify this parameter. The service needs to run a check every 15 minutes.We found where to change this only for the IFS Web Client However, we can't find how to change this parameter for IFS Enterprise Explorer.Any advice would be appreciated.  

In Page Designer, Fieldranking is supposed to set the order of columns in the list element. When I do this on Business Opportunities, it doesn’t seem to work. We Go-Live in October and setting a column order for heavily trafficked pages is something we want to do to help our computer illiterate sales people.Looking for instructions on this page designer feature.Thanks.

I have manually reserved an inventory part & quantity in “Inventory requisition” where the supply code = Inventory Order & the status is now showing as “Reserved”. Q- How do you unreserve the Inventory & quantity so the status is changed back to either “planned or released”?

We have following requirement as response for REST request We tried following sample development to get the response in required format. But we get following error. We tried in the in IFS cloud and it works fine. Is this limitation in Apps10? Any alternative way of getting this done in Apps10?   

We are currently on 22r2 and planning to go live on 24r2. In 22r2 when we trying to preview a report we can only see a limited no of Date/Number Formatting but in 24r2 we can see a lot. I have found in new system it is fetched from Report Locale window. Is there a way to set these records active/inactive?   

Hello,I'm having problems with preventive maintenance on the IFS APP10. I would like to put preventive maintenance on the IFS but I don't understand how the information passes from one stage to another. When I create a MP action with the necessary information, I don't see any transformation into a BT on the day of the intervention or any alert telling me that there is preventive maintenance to be done.Does anyone have a document, diagram or anything showing the flow and path taken by preventive maintenance (MP action, programmes, etc.)?Thank you very much,Luken

I cant see the other rows.I dragged and dropped translated text and field list labels into to report. And this is what I see. What should I do to see all the rows in the table? Thanks.

I am receiving an error saying “unc paths are not supported. defaulting to windows directory”  when trying to install Application Server locally  using  IFS Developer studio. Could anyone guide me  how I can avoid that error. ? Thank you!
