Hello,I´m having some issues with “min amount of days” in the reminder template and reminder level. In level 1 its stated 7days and that works out fine, but in level 2 the amunt of days is stated to 10 days,The reminder proposal does not take that in consideration and calculate 7 days as well for that reminder level.Anyone who knows if this is a bug or if I´m doing something wrong? Thanks in advance. 

Hi All. We have problem assuring invoices being entered only once in the IFS Financials. The Invoice identity is validated to be unique, but that does not work if spaces are typed by mistake at the end or the beginning of the field. Any good idea or practice to suppress the leading/Trailing spaces in the IFS fields upon entry?

We have a situation where a PO has been receipted for £825, which is more than the value of the invoice £819.50. Unfortunately we cannot cancel the receipt as it has been matched to the supplier invoice and paid. The only way I can think to undo is… Cancel the bank reconcialition Cancel the invoice payment Cancel the supplier invoice Cancel the receipt Then re-create it all.Is there a more efficient way?ThanksBob

Unlike this issue reported here ...We are looking to switch off the “Same No Prelim and Final Supplier” setting.  We run Apps9 and are using Supplier Invoice Workflow.  One of the companies in the group are challenged each Year End by having to remove any Prelim Invoices before moving over to a new Accounting Year because they have an I voucher allocated already.  This has been heightened this year by them starting to use Document Management to attach copy invoices to the Prelim on IFS. Like many other companies, I’m sure, we have ‘year specific’ voucher series set up for I and J vouchers.  Prelim Supplier invoices posted in current year have current year prefix so error when trying to finally post in New Year.   When

Hi Community,This is related to findings in an internal audit.As per an internal audit observation within our company, the system lacks controls related to 3 Way Matching of Supplier Invoices.We need to understand the standard functionality offered by IFS related to 3 Way Matching of Supplier Invoices-Do we have the option to define tolerance in terms of price and qty while matching supplier invoices?-Does the system put any holds on invoices entry if the matching is outside the defined tolerances?-If any holds are put how to authorize entry of invoice outside tolerance limits?So, is there any possibility for above?

IFSAPPS9 - We have Trial Balances set-up with 3 levels of DLS in Report Generator:  And the Layout is as follows for each level:​​The output we get when exportind from Report Archive has an extra column titled ROW HEADER that we would like to eliminate but not certain how it is populated.  It is essentially the ID/Description of Level 3 DLS in it’s own column.   Anyone have any ideas?Thanks!

Is there a way in IFS Apps 10 EE to implement orders over 10K require CSC authorization?  How we have the system setup currently this an all or nothing (this is how we were instructed to setup) but looking to see if there is an update pushed that allows this functionality. Thank You

We have converted to IFS CLOUD, from IFS 9… Previously, we were able to edit a Customer invoice in Preliminary state, however we cannot figure out now, how to edit from the Manual customer invoices section of IFS Cloud…. There is no “edit” option in this screen, or in any of the “analysis” screens … Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,We use App 9 and see a IP27 in a Instant Invoice postings with 0 amounts in Accounting Currency.But the Parallel currency rate on the voucher rows is same.Does anyone know why we see IP26/IP27?And is it recommended to use a Tax Account on IP26/IP27 Posting Types?Thanks

Hi, I have come across an issue in testing in the Aurena environment . I can import an external invoice and move through to check and create successfully but the posting proposal is unbalanced as no matching has occurred. I can go into the posting proposal and match the line manually with success but this is creating an unrealised gain/loss due to fx movement between receipt and invoice date.  If there are different fx rates used for receipt and invoice will this always prevent automatic match? Is there a set up I am missing thatvwoukd facilitate automatic matching as the amount in currency is the same? Any advice much appreciated.B
