In 22R1 it is not possible to do Edit All in all columns in the Accounts window, e.g. Keep Reported Currency as Currency Balance and Keep Balances Separated by Reporting Entity. Will this be changed in a new release or is this the way it shall work? It is very time consuming to enable it manually.

Hello, We are looking to set up stock items in Apps9 in France. We are having some difficulties as the posting controls follow the English model instead of the French one. For example, when we make a purchase of stock items, in English accountancy: Arrival    D Stock item (Account 3xxx)         C Invoice Not yet received (Account 408) in French accountancy: Arrival    D Stock item (Account 3xxx)         C Charge (Account 603)                 D Purchase (Account 601)             C Invoice Not yet received (Account 408) In France, we don’t wait for the consumption of stock to become a charge. Hi Team,In the posting proposal window, when you use the option "Show invoice: I'm Next authorizer", is the system supposed to filter records by Status message ID "Awaiting Authorization"?This is not the same behavior when the user uses "Show invoice: My Only".What is the reason for this design?

Hello, could someone tell me what the exact sort order is for a Bacs.dat (txt) file when creating a supplier payment order with BACS payment format? A BACS.dat file could look like this:12345,9876543,00000001000,Supplier A,,,54321,1234567,0000002000,Supplier B,,, But what is the logic for the sort order behind it?For example is it Account Number, Pay Amount in Inv Curr, Account Name, Identity, Our Reference… etc? Or is there no sort order at all (just to provide raw data without any logic)? Thank you! Best regardsGeorgios

I would want to generate a excel report like below from the Payment File Trace Information LUThis is the template that the bank gave us.Row 1&2 are headers, row 3&4, 5&6, 7&8 are the data from PAY_TRACE_ITEM_CASH_ACCOUNTI will have to generate such a excel and store it in a network location and the bank application will pick it up from the location and process the file for payment.What is the best way to get this done ?   

Hi community,I have a technical question regarding Beneficiary Name tag (<CdtTrfTxInf> <Cdtr> <Nm>). In BACS payments, the Beneficiary Name field is 18 characters. However, supplier name is longer than this. For other connection type like equipment etc., will be creating OESHIPNI transactions when delivery of non-inventory part from connected customer order, but the same is not working for VIM connection type work order. Can any one reply asap.

We have reopened a project in IFS10 APPS (A2021) to do some returns/refunds and now we can't close the project again. ERROR TEXT: The A2021 value used for the Project code item is missing or has an invalid time rangeWe see that all return transactions are in error status. Normally, to solve this error, we go to "Anailitic Element Values" and change the date. But in this case it has not been enough for the problem to be solved and these transactions still have errors. Does anyone know hot to solve it?

Hi I been trying to active the delivery Overhead but somehow it wont work. i Setup the Purchase Part with the delivery Overhead 10% from the last purchase Price purchase order is also created: definition of inventory part I have checked if there is a posting created in the Inventory Transaction history but there is no such overhead posting.

I have an External supplier invoice that was imported via integration (invoice series “SX”). In the posting proposal line, I enter my Work Order and Work Task. I authorize the posting proposal and finally post it. However, I don’t get a new Cost line to my Work Task.If I enter a Manual supplier invoice (invoice series “SI”), enter Work Order and Work Task on posting line, and finally post it, then I successfully get a new Cost line to my Work Task. I’m struggling to find the reason why these two processes act differently.Is there a parameter or some setting that affects these two processes? Any help on this would be appreciated.Br, Tuukka

I am looking for where and how I might be able to analyze a customers payment performance.  Specifically, I am looking for ratio’s on prior their prior payment performance.  In Customer Credit Analysis the Customer DSO and ART ratios show zero unless the customer has an open balance in A/R.So if a customer has no A/R then there are no payment performance ratios available.  Which means “inactive” customers or current customers with no A/R can’t be reviewed.Any suggestions?

Hi IFS Community,I was just researching about the external supplier invoice interface (STDSIN1)I get all the information about the invoice from an external system via the interface, including the order number.The question is if there is possibility that PO matching is done automatically? I read in the other post that it is not possible. Are you of the same opinion?“..I think PO matching is not possible in external supplier invoice interface,..”
