We have created new account, but this account is now missing from P&L based on account report. How to add it?

We are using IFS application Version 9, I am working on a project of reporting in that I need to fetch the Trial Balance Data directly from the Database. I know that from the application I can run the Trial Balance Report and Export it to Excel which I do not want. I need help to fetch the Trial Balance directly from the DB or any if you know the view which can provide me the TB Data.

Community, I have a question about customer invoice currency. if my customer order is in EUR currency, and my base currency is in USD, can i print the customer invoice in USD?Thank you.

Is there an Inventory Value Report matching with specific GL Account [which is defined in the posting controls] and Values?  Basically, looking for the inventory details associated with GL Account [Accounts are defined in the posting controls for each type of transactions] for e.g., Inventory Account, Goods In Transit, Goods at Supplier, etc.

Hi,  We have been using an Authorization Assigning Rule to allow charge lines on invoices to be automatically approved up to a certain value. My AP clerk has just informed me that this is no longer happening and the rules are instead pulling through a authorizer who still needs to go in and manually authorize.is there a way to switch this rule so it goes back to automatically authorizing to the value of the rule? Also, we have a tolerance amount of up to £10 or 5% set on the company and small variances below these values are still requiring authorization, is there a setting i am missing somewhere that allows these tolerances to be used? Thanks, Georgina  

Hi Team, I am doing a IFS BR using structures, How can i configure values to structure id and description.When i select the cells and add the Structure repeater it populates for Company in the below case after selecting the company it doesnt show up any values, how do i check the data in this case? Please do let me know if i am missing any settings or configurations. I am trying to run a variance report within Shop Order that will show me any direct material variances and show me if we made any errors when closing the shop order.What I want to be able to run is something that will show the entered order amount when order by the customer and its total price versus the price of what we actually put into the material.Right now I can run a report that shows me how much weight I put into the shop order but it does not show any cost. We do all of this manually so at times we make mistakes and I want to be able to catch these quickly and not weeks/months later when it is far to late.

I have a few questions about "Batch Print Customer Invoices" in IFS 10 EE;How do I email just Customer Invoices (the ones that are in Sales-Invoicing-Customer Invoice)  from "Batch Print Customer Invoices"? Under "Advanced" all the options are selected (see my screen cap attached) but do they all have to be selected? What is the difference between "Email" and "Send" in the Print Options? (I only want to email)Also, what do I enter for "Planned Invoice Date Offset" if I only want to send invoices created say within the last to days?Thank you for any replies.

I’m sure this will have come up before though I can’t see any questions.  Since we made the mistake in year 1 of having Apps9 (!), at year end we have always removed any Prelim Supplier Invoices that we knew weren’t going to be finally posted in current year.  Is this something everyone else has to do, or is there some other approach/workaround/trick we are missing/setup we are misunderstanding?Thanks!

Hi,When I am trying to navigate from the lobby to the AP Supplier Invoices Analysis screen, the data is not getting filtered while navigating, all the records are been getting populated in the screen instead where only the data present in the lobby should have been populated.In IEE it is working fine as expected but, for aurena filtering is not happening.I have used this navigation URL:page/ApSupplierInvoicesAnalysis/List?contexts=Company:$Company$&$filter=(LedgerItemSeriesId eq $[LEDGER_ITEM_SERIES_ID] and LedgerItemId eq $[LEDGER_ITEM_ID])   Any suggestions on this. Thanks in Advance.Regards,Vikas G

I am seeing several posts regarding the STDSIN1 and STDSIN2 external templates, but am not sure it’s clear which one I should use.  Can we use the STDSIN2 - Standard Supplier Invoice File A template to import a supplier invoice with multiple invoice lines each coded to a different account?If so, can someone please provide some detail about how to accomplish this.thanksShelley 

For BI reporting purposes, I am looking for a way to correctly link the data (costs) from the GL Voucher Rows Analysis to the Part number (as per Customer Order). Unfortunately, it appears that there is no unique identifier to link the GL voucher information to the inventory transaction history, mpccom accounting, customer order, …  I can only do an approximate link, by mapping the GL Voucher Rows Analysis [Voucher number, voucher type, account, code parts, amount] to the mpccom accounting table + [order reference] to the Inventory Transaction History. That way, we can fetch the Part Number from the Inventory Transaction History.This only works when there are not multiple rows on the Customer Order with the same cost (and code parts).  Has anyone found the real unique reference from GL Voucher information to the inventory module?

Hello All,In IFS 10 for Brazil localization , there is standard External File  template provided for inbound integration to import Incoming Fiscal Notes.However the fields in external file template is not straight forward and I am finding it difficult to understand it and map it to the data in sample xml file that  we have received. If anyone has worked on it  and share some intel on this, that would be helpful! Thanks & RegardsSupra
