Hi All,In my case, employee register their project wise time through time registration window.When time registration is authorized, project transaction is created under TIME project code. It records only time figure but no costing figures.If I RMB on the record, go to posting there are two valid records. But there is no amount. There is not any voucher created for this record.My requirement is to add employee costing figures to application. Where do I enter those costing figures. Hi All, I am experiencing a strange problem in Expense sheet and in the E voucher created in relation to that. The company’s Accounting currency is EUR and it doesn't have a parallel currency. The expense is entered in SEK which has a currency rate of 10.84. Therefore when an expense is entered for 100 SEK and paid in EUR the equivalent amount in Pay currency is 9.22 (EUR) which is correct.  However the domestic amount which should also be in EUR has a different amount (1,084.21)  As you can see the value entered in SEK has reverse calculated the amount for EUR.  Had anyone experienced this? Kind Regards,Antony

Hello, We have a small issue with historic authorized expense sheets showing when our finance team are searching for authorized expenses to pay. These expenses have been settled many years ago but they keep pulling through. Any suggestions how I can remedy this? ThanksBob  

hi,we are facing an issue when we try to credit a MCPR project invoicei got an error message about the employee number : the error message said ==> the field “EMP_NO” is mandatory for project transaction and value is required.any idea to solve it?the reason why I need to cancel/credit the project invoice is because when the project invoice has been sent, IFS created the supplier invoice accordingly and posted it but the user cancel this supplier invoice. And now, when I am resending the project invoice, the supplier invoice is created but the matching with the project transactions cannot be done anymore... thanks & regards, 

Our customer is seeking community experts’ opinion on below;For assigning rules where a specific set of suppliers are to be used to trigger the rule, it is being overridden with a different priority rule. We have observed the correct rule is applied in the authorize tab of the posting proposal temporarily but when we click back to lines and postings and back to the authorise tab the rule has changed. We have had our 3rd party support team confirm that the event IMI_NON_PO_INV_AUTH is preventing this.What we ask is what is the impact of disabling this event? when we disable this event, the rules are applied correctly however, we do not know if this event affects any other areas of IFS. If you can confirm there is no harm in disabling this event, then we will do this in our live system.

Hi All,I'm receiving below error when I run the "Payment in Full” process. When I investigate this further, I found that employee 2020054 is already terminated on 10/20/2022 and that employee has unpaid expense sheet on 10/14/2022. What are the alternatives I have to fix this issue?  Regards,MalinG

Is there any Mixed payment templates or pre-population of fields in that transaction? Looking at ways of making sure specific bank transactions are coded correctly out with having an external note of correct coding

The status of the transactions of the table "Supply Chain and Manufacturing Postings Analysis" are blocked in status 2 and thererfore we can't transfer the transaction in accounting system.

My company is currently going through an implementation and we’re working through some uplift development work being done by IFS to better support as a government contractor. Specifically how to layer burden costs, retro burdening of costs when our indirect rate pools change, how to monitor actual rates from our target or provisional rates, how to bill on government contracts. This also includes how revenue works through this for various contract types - FFP, CPFF, T&M. Hello, In the supplier invoice there is a filed called “Automatic Payment Authorization”. When an invoice is created this field has the same value has the same field in the the Supplier → Invoice → General tab. The description of the “Automatic Payment Authorization” field in the supplier invoice indicates “...the suggested authorization level for individual invoices can be changed manually.” But I did not succeed to change the value of this field. This field takes always the same value as same field in the Supplier → Invoice → General tab. Any idea how to update the “Automatic Payment Authorization” field in the supplier invoice ? Thank you

Currently, there should be four conditions for matching against an E-INVOICE XML when routing through the BizAPI.The customer appears to have E-INVOICE XML's now matching against the PO number of the order which didn't happen previously.Customers are facing multiple issues where Suppliers issue us with incorrect PO numbers and because the PO number is referenced on an Internal Supplier PO it is matching incorrectly to an internal supplier account. This causes errors as invoices are matching to incorrect suppliers, payment terms are incorrect and it causes delays in paying suppliers.Is there any method for being able to switch off the functionality to match at the PO level?

Hello, is there a chance to define more bookmarks per one page? In case I would like to have different filters on one page and have those filters saved in bookmark page, is there a chance?I have found that it is possible to have two bookmarks per page - one using Page search and the second one using Filter Search, both on the same page. Is there a way to define more than one for Page Search?Thank you.

Hi, Possibly a bit of a niche question but wondering if anybody else has seen this before and come up with a solution.We purchased an asset which was then combined to another asset so it’s value was reduced to 0. Following a revaluation 3 years later it was decided that this asset did have a value and this was added using the change value functionality.When depreciation was completed it depreciated the asset from the original date of acquisition of the asset so 3 years of depreciation at the new value was charged in the same month.What we want to happen is that the asset will pick up depreciation from the date of the revaluation based on the life so revalued in 2022 with a 20 year life will depreciated Jan 2022 - Jan 2042. We are using Apps 9 UPD11. ThanksHelen

Dear experts,I would like to ask if somebody tried PDF conversion in IFS Business Reporter. I’ve enabled this possibility but result is not perfect. Report has 8 columns and PDF is created that first 5 columns are on page 1-9 and last 3 columns are on page 10-18 (you can see attached screenshot).Is there any settings/possibility to merge all columns to fit one page? Or to use landscape orientation?Cheers,Pavel

Hi, We have 9 sites running in one database on IFS 10 upd 14.The jobs to transfer transactions are running in one queue with only one process.  On some days these transfer jobs takes very long time to finish, around 4-5 hours for one of the larger sites.Is it safe to run this queue with 2 processes? This would mean that same job  with function Mpccom_Accounting_API.Transfer_To_Finance would be run at the same time for different sites?
