how to create images to a Supplier Invoice (AP) from an Inter-co Customer invoice (AR) ?

South Korea has a requirement to create single customer invoices (self-billing invoices) with different currency rates in invoice lines. Is there any possibility of using standard functionality to support this? Or does anyone have any customization to support this?

in mixed payment, user entered the list of employee's expenses  but system doesn’t display the employees’ name ?what shall i do to display the employees’ name?

When should you close statistical periods?    We have several open and are wondering if there is any reason to keep open.  I thought they should close after monthend has been completed so no information can be changed.

Hi there,I am trying to bulk update the pricing on orders for next year, but that was entered prior to the new price lists being updated in IFS.  When I’m in the order I am able to change the price effective date and when saving, it automatically updates to the new pricing. I should be able to do the samefrom a customer order lines report (in my opinion) but when you try to search and replace dates in the price effective date column, it finds nothing.Should this be possible or do you really have to update everything manually?

Hi team,As per the current functionality in the mixed payment window  Lump Sum, Trans Date is the transaction date of the entry. By default, the payment date will be fetched to the Lump Sum Trans Date, but it can be changed as per customer requirements. Therefore, the currency rate that applies for each transaction line would be the same as the currency rate for the payment date mentioned. It should be taken into account that a manual change in the Lump Sum Trans Date would not change the currency rate that is already being fetched as per the payment date. Therefore, the user has to manually change that too. Whereas voucher date is set to be the same as the payment date by default, but it can also be changed if required. But as a user this is so annoying to change the dates manually. having the requirement of fetching Currency Rates based on the Lump Sum Transaction Date to a single mixed payment statement. Can you please let me know from where can I get the cost incurred for a project or customer order.i.e. I want to compare Total sale price vs total cost incurred for making that item to know if I have made profit or loss on that order. 

IFS Applications Cloud creates the output Direct Debit file (DDNAG) with a space between the invoice series ID and the invoice no. On receipt of the payment confirmation file to External Payments the space is there, just as it was sent. But the file is not interpreted the correct way, it cannot identify the invoices even though they are received exactly as they were sent.The customers are in this case using a service center as Other payer.The invoice series and number intervals are set up correctly in parameters for external payments, i.e. it is not possible to enter the space, just the ID’s and numbers. The invoice identifiers have all been connected to the Message Codes. The tickbox for Allow automatic matching is ticked.If we untick the automatic matching the system will identify the invoices but it still cannot match the invoices. It needs the Installment ID. The installment ID is not a part of what is sent to Nya Autogirot.We have tried creating a co

Hi, Please guide me why the automatic PO line level matching does not happen to no-part lines in posting proposal company? Did I miss anything in the process or config settings? Company: Posting proposalPO matching set up Supplier:  PO created for No part and received the full amount in one receipt. Invoice is created for the same PO value 120. It is not matched. Error showing in posting proposal as not matched.

Danske Bank support mentioned the purpose needs to be in the below tags <RgltryRptg><Dtls><Cd>14</Cd><Inf>Sale/purchase of goods</Inf></Dtls></RgltryRptg> The code must be inserted after the </CdtrAcct> tag. I have tried to get the purpose mapped to National bank account and also the Purpose Code in the electronic address for the supplier, but I am not able to generate the above xml tag.Help?App10 UPD13 Thank you

Hello, Could you please explain to me how the customer invoices be corrected in the below scenarios?How can an invoice be corrected if it was invoiced in the wrong currency?
