in company 151, we have 3 vouchers in year 2018 months (9, 10 and 11).Year 2018 already closed, we need to approve, post and update those 3 vouchers in 2022.what shall I do ?

Issue - Matching Information missing for RT voucher type.Voucher type RT (transfer of rental transactions) with postings generated by M218 do not contains matching info details (field matching_info in table gen_led_voucher_row_tab). Related to Case G2331087/solution id 299961. RnD concluded this as a standard enhancement request as Product Group Financials have not included RT-type vouchers for the automatic account matching feature. Customer description of the issue - We can't use automatic GL matching for account indicated by rule M218 which should be treated in similar way as M18 (GRNI account). In IFS10 it's possible to do automatic GL matching (Accounts for Automatic Matching) based on Purchase Order Number, and it works perfectly for postings generated by rules M10 or M18. In our opinion it should work as well for postings generated by rule M218.This is just a gap in functionality. We don't want customization

Hi there.  Our Finance colleagues have a long running issue where the Simulation Voucher column is GL Account Balance Analysis does not persist to screen and is not available at all to select from column chooser…Example with Simulation Voucher present Column Chooser - Simulation Voucher is not an option if you scroll through whole listCan anyone please help with a solution to make the simulation voucher column always be present on the screen for  our finance users.We are on Apps 8 SP1 (migrating to Cloud 22R2 next year :-)  Best regards - Simon Brooker

Is there a way to generate a report in IFS that would show the total sales, purchases, associated GST and any GST free amounts if applicable? This report in theory would agree back to the GL details for all GST purchases and sales. If so how is this done? Cheers,

Is this changes build in any template that are in our system today. That we can change our selfs or is this something that you need to changes? 

Hi Community ,  While booking manual supplier invoice I am getting gateway error.  It is taking 10-15 minutes after saving and invoice is not getting booked. Stating the gateway error . the issue is happening with only one supplier . Any suggestions ? Thank you

Is there anyway we can stop running periodical capitalize & rev recognition on a Financial project?  We will have a project open for months after completion for multiple reasons - retainage that can’t be invoiced yet, warranty, payments terms, etc.  However we don’t want to continue having the Financial project show up month after month in the periodical cap & rev rec process, when we know longer want to calculate Rev Rec.  Are there any suggestions?  The only thing that can be currently done is changing the valid period to a future date, but we don’t want to do that.We are in Aurena - 10.14

Hi,Require IFS to send out Customer Statements from IFS to e-mail addresses. The report rule has been set up. After completing the steps, the user should receive an e-mail, but they do not.  When I checked in Print Jobs Screen, It shows as below Screen shot. We are close to going live and are working through various permissions. At the moment we are trying to get the option to export out of Report Archive to work and I am failing miserably. First the “Export” button wasn’t active (greyed out)then I magically got that to work; however, we would get an error that indicated “The File Cannot be Created” Can anyone tell me what I need to grant to make this work as designed.

The intercompany balances between two companies with differing functional currencies are displaying a difference each month. We believe the reason for this is that transactions are being entered in differing currencies on each entity and this is through automatic processes in the system, e.g. transferring stock between companies and therefore there is not control of the transactional currency because the functional currency is what the stock in valued at in the respective companies. Following these transactions being posted, revaluation is happening in one company only therefore the balance is not reconciling to the balance in the other company. 

 Hi Team,IFS10 UPD7, this is regarding the PO matching tolerance with Inventory parts. Posting Proposal is used with Inherit Autoriser from Purchase and Automatic Authorised options is used. Case:  if it is an inventory part with transaction based setup, and invoice amount is not same as receipt but within tolerance, Tolerance posting won't work instead "Automatic Tolerance posting blocked" flag is active. Here users have to match manually in 2 ways and in both ways this requires authorisation of invoice again.1. If the cost is to be loaded on inventory, then they have to change the amount in Matching window. This is require Reauthorization from PO authorizer. 2. If cost is not to be loaded on inventory, then cost posting line has to be entered manually. This cost posting line will fetch authorizer from the non PO authority matrix for that line.In IFS7.5 this wasn't the case.Can someone please share the experience with t

HiI need to setup a fileimport with finance information. The file going to be imported with the External File assistant. i have created a External File Template with the ExtVoucher filetype.This works great, but i need some of the data to be changed during the import, there is some codes that is different in the file and need to be translated to the IFS spesific codes. Hello I was wondering if someone would know how to delete/remove bank statements that were uploaded as part of a trial of the ATM process.  When I RMB I only get the option to remove the most recently upload statement.As a result I now have “old” bank transactions showing that have already been matched using manual transactions matching.ThanksBreeda

We are using Apps 10 UPD15 - I have run the Group consolidation successfully however I now see some of the Inter Company Elimination Rules were historically set up incorrectly.  I have ROLLED Back all Consolidations for ALLyears and have tried to Delete these InterCompany Elimination Rules however I revived the below error.  Why do these consolidation elimination transactions still exist when all Consolidation Status has been rolled BACK  How can this be resolved ?  There is another historical Consolidation Structure which has NOT been rolled back could this be the reason these “Consol Inter Comp Balance”  exist?  The Basic Data for Intercompany Eliminations Rules is GLOBAL for the GRO CON MODULE? Could this be enhanced to include a check box / pull down item to select which Consol Structure each elimination Rule applies to ? 

After switching to 10.15, (from 10.13) one of our entities (based in France) is having difficulty with the currency exchange rate.  When entered as Euros or USD, the conversion doesn’t tie, based on the latest entered exchange rate.  Has anybody seen this before?  It is only happening is one part of Europe, not in the US either.  That makes us think it is some simple setting.  TIA...

Hi, what is the process for entering a supplier credit note, I am able to do this for customers but not suppliers? I have posted a credit invoice via ‘Manual Supplier Invoice’, this has reversed the VAT and accounts payable lines but the net credit is on 'Preliminary supplier invoices', this needs to be on the original P&L GL code (which would usually happen by matching against a receipt but we can't receipt a negative value) and the credit note we have created is stuck in the PrelPosted status. 

Is there any readily available reports that will indicate to us what we are expected to pay, mayb over a couple of weeks and also invoices that could potentially be included (prelimposted not yet cleared?) Or is this something we would have to tailor ourselves to create a quick report?

HelloMonthly accounting periods are set up correctly in IFS accounting periods running from Jan to Dec, however, the Weekly periods are set up in BI reporting periods to run from May to April due to a user fault.Customers can delete the weekly entries and migrate new correct entries starting from January. but we are unsure what effect changing the weeks will have & need some guidance before we undertake the changes.BI reporting periods are defined as shown in the attached screenshot, which is incorrect(should start from January)Will it be ok to just delete and enter new ones what impact will it have?​Thank you

When installing Business Reporter even with windows Admin rights we cannot get it to work and got this error message in Windows event log. Parts of the program is not installed and the addi-in is not shown in Excel.On my computer it works and that was installed in March this year. We tried to install it on several computers and got the same error. Only one Excel Addon appears in Excel, the two other will not be installed at all.
