Using IFS9When creating a payment orders, is there a way for the payment date to default to today’s date for CHK’s like it does with Payment Method ACH or WIRE. Once we change the Payment Method to CHK, the Payment Date field clears, requiring us to rekey in today’s date.  Where is the setting to update the default for Payment Orders with Payment Method = CHK?Initial Create Payment Order Screen: Once we key in the Payment Method of CHK, then we have to re-key in the Payment Date.Thanks

Hi All,we have an issue when creating a customer invoice with QR-Code for Switzerland. The QR-code is not generated correctly and therefore it is not readable with Swiss scanning devices.Are we missing any setting/prerequisite ? or has anyone experienced the same issue when creating customer invoices with QR-code?Thanks,Minoli

We created a permission set about a year ago to allow using ManualSupplierInvoiceAssistant. At the time it was able to create and save a supplier invoice. At that time, it was decided not to go forward with using the Aurena screens to enter invoices so it was put aside.Last week we decided to start using it. I tested with the permission and receive the error below when I click the Finish button. We have done a few updates since that initial creation period and are currently at this version:Can anyone provide some suggestions of things to check. to help correct these errors? I have already tried this as a user with full access to all projections and still receive the error.Thanks,Lorraine

I cannot get the posting proposals to automatically match for internal suppliers.  If I make the supplier not “internal supplier” with a supplier site on the purchase tab, misc supplier info tab it will work.  Of course now I get an error message when I try to get it back to being checked.  Is there some setup I’m missing for internal invoices to match automatically?

Hi all,  I’m trying to load an external supplier invoice with tax and invoice posting lines, but get an error saying “Invoice header does not exist for Invoice No xxxx” Header Line is transferred, same also for Line type ‘I’ - but not tax lines or posting lines. Anyone have an idea what is causing this? RgdsTrine

We have received information from our bank in Norway about a new demand from the Anti Money Laundering act: The bank is obliged to verify that any individual that sign payments/payment files on behalf of a company has been assigned the role as power of attorney (PoA) by the company for this. Hence to this all the Norwegian banks are adjusting their systems in order to be compliant to this demand.This requirement is mandatory for all payments in Norway from 12th of March 2022.IFS has not yet considered this demand, so I am reaching out here to find additional customers having the same requirements. Hi Community,Is it possible to use the customer sort code and bank account number to identify the customer ID in external payments files? If I load a file with Customer Bank account number and sort code, can the line be loaded as a CUPOA instead of a parked payment into the external payment screen?This is with regards to a user created ExtCustPayment file (not system defined templates)  Thank you.

We had a non interfaced check solution setup in our payment documents under the series SUCHECK to hold a sequential check numbering issue, where we can then mark each check as cashed as they come through on our bank statements. However we have since interfaced our check payments using an ISO format via an xml and i cannot for the life of me add this payment method to SUCHECK to perform the same cash or non-cashed check via the issued checks screen.  Is this possible for xml output/input type on payment formats ? If not, does anyone have any work arounds where we can store check numbers in IFS ?

Hi the M55 Posting gets created (Report Subcontract) out of a shop order when the subcontracting gets reported.IFS does not support the account matching info for this process. See following link: does anyone have a manual solution like an excel sheet or a process description how to reconsile the WIP to Subcontract process? Best Regardssophal

Some of our users are getting a strange error when trying to RMB / Deliver on a Shipment.Has anyone seen this before or can provide any insight?  Looks like some kind of config tied to the employee (i.e. this works fine for some users but not others) and we’ve ruled out Permission Set security.ORA-20110: Voucher Type() is not related to function group (B) Apps10, SP9, using IEE. Thanks,Nick

Hi! I am doing some test to check if there is any way to identify no longer valid emails or misspelled ones. Generally if you sent an email to an incorrect address you would get an automatic message regarding the delivery failure.I have checked in IFS and even if the email is misspelled the status of my Application message is finished. Is there anyway in IFS to identify this kind of failures? Thanks!Giuliana

Community, We have a weird situation here. for one particular supplier, any posting proposal assign rule is not working for this supplier, it will always set one particular group of users to be the authorizers, which is not correct at all.do you experience the same? if you came across it before, then I will share the basic data with you to drill down more.Thank you.
