FSM Mobile - Configuration of "Jump to screen"

Hello!In the ‘Jump to screen’ icon in FSM mobile, we would like to display only the screens that belong to this specific workflow, based on the ‘Workflow Condition’ script of every screen. Is there any way to configure it? (In the screenshot below, all the screens are displayed, OOTB and Customs) Thanks!!

How to detach trip hours from work task hours invoice calculation?

Hello community, I would like the time to invoice on a work task to only consider the time report of work done not the time report of trips. This is because I do not want to invoice the trip hours but still need to get the time spent during trips.For example: I set the time duration of a work task to 0,1 hour with the Work Order Invoice type Max quantity Then I do the trip and the work with time reports and I get the following (in blue trip hours to and from the work and in yellow the time spent on work) I would like Max Qty to consider only the work done (in yellow) instead of suming the two. In this example, the quantity to invoice on each line should be:Line 1: 0 Line 2: 0,1 Line 3: 0How can I achieve that? Also, how can I see that the line correspond to a trip time report vs work time report? (Here I get the information because I know how much time is spent on each time report but I cannot find the information directly on the line) Thank you,

Technician can see all tasks of schedule board but cannot change

when a technician open schedule board he can see tasks of colleagues present in the same team but he cannot change any task showing over the schedule board. only task assigned to him can only be changed by him.Summary:- Technician can do changes in a task over schedule board assigned to him other then those he cannot able to change.

Manually configuring connection protocols of FSM instance from HTTP toto HTTPS

Hi Experts,I have a customer running FSM production environment & there is a requirement configure FSM instance to use HTTPS instead of currently used HTTP.The question is the customer has a specific requirement of not running the FSM installer file to reconfigure the application with these changes.Customer is asking whether it is possible to manually change the configuration files of the FSM instance to enable HTTPS communication, without doing an application reconfiguration through installer. Hi,Is it possible, either in IFS or PSO, to book a human resource (a technician) without the creation of a work order? FSM Mobile - Remove Screen Tip

Hello all, In our custom screens, we would like to have only title, and no screen tip.In order to do this, we tried to leave blank the 'screen tip' property as shown in the first image below, but this has as result to be displayed the default screen tip, as shown on the second image ('This is a sample tip with text and stuff').How could we have no tip at all ? Removing installed parts

Hi.We are currently trying to figure out how to remove parts from a site. For instance if the site gets shut down, how do I remove all the parts using the mobile app? There is a remove parts screen, but nothing shows up.The way we want it to work is have a task for the site and then select parts from a list to remove them.Any help on this would be very much appreciated.

Customer Portal Error: String reference not set to an instance of a String

Hi,We are attempting to use the Customer Portal over Internet Explorer in order to complete some testing. Upon logging into the Customer Portal we receive this error message. Has anyone seen this before or know why this error might be happening. It is not our configuration because the out of the box (vanilla) installation throws the same error message.

Serial/Part Change on Repair in IFS FSM

We have a requirement from one of our customers where in once the part (serialized) is received for repair, after repair there is a possibility that the part becomes a different part and probably a different serial. Is there a functionality in IFS FSM 6.14 for the same and how do we handle this scenario?

Cannot access files after changing the attachment directory

We have recently moved our attachments directory to a new folder. We have set the APP Param in the FSM Smart Client to point to the new directory however when we open an existing attachment the Smart Client tries to look in the previous file path not the new one. Does the file path need to be changed somewhere for all the attachments?

Web client script to poll for change in the record

Hi Experts,I would like to know whether the following scenario is possible via a client script, We send an outbound integration on a particular entity with the user who created as a part of the body (ex: request_id, created_by) At a later point another request comes in as an inbound integration (not a response to the previous one, this is a separate request) with some additional info alongwith the initially sent fields (ex: request_id, created_by). We update the additional fields on the particular entity. At this point, if the user is on the same screen on the webclient, is it possible for the user to be notified that the entity has gotten updated by the integration? I tried with an alert BR, but since these are separate processes the alert isn’t shown. I am thinking of a client script solution where we could introduce a poll on an interval to check for a change in data and show an alert based on a change. I couldn’t find a client script function which could do this kind of polling. I

Refresh Cache/Refresh Cache Full throws error: Incorrect syntax near 'EN'

Hi,on our DEV, when running refresh cache or refresh cache full we often get error: The following system level exception was generated by the application: Incorrect syntax near 'EN'.Contact your system administrator for assistance. Work Order and Outlook Integration

Can anyone advise if there is anything pre-built to push data from work orders/work tasks to the calendar in outlook? I was on a call with a customer who is currently using apps 10, and they are asking if there is anything like a connector out of the box that allows a schedule work task to push onto the scheduled resource’s outlook calendar. So as an example, a job gets scheduled tomorrow from 9-11 AM, so a meeting would auto generate on the technician’s outlook calendar from 9-11 with applicable information such as the address.This same question goes for IFS Cloud as well.
