Hi All,

Do any one aware how to create Site calendar in below scenario.

I have a Site which required 24Hrs of notice period, I got ticket @10:00am today, So system should not assign the task today, instead it should assign the Job tomorrow based on Notice period.

So assignment should happen only tomorrow @ 10:00am. How can I create such Site calendar? Any one have any idea, please let me know.

This is a Requirement for MBNL as we have multiple access conditions available like 24hrs Notice , 48Hrs Notice, 5 Day’s notice, I want system should assign the job based on notice period.

Regards,

Shiyaz

Hey @etmshiy

How is the assignment done? Automatically by PSO?

Maybe configure the SLAs to have a very low value in the first 24 hours and then increase when the site is available for work.

Cheers!

Hi,

Assignment is happening via PSO.

We have 20K sites out of which i need task to get assigned after 24hrs may be 25% of sites, Not all sites should assigned after 24hrs time.

Some sites need to get assigned after 48hrs of time too…

Regards,

Shiyaz

Hey @etmshiy

I would suggest to look at the SLA configurations to avoid scheduling in the first X hours.

Cheers!
