One of our customer expert to have multiple select options to be available in dashboard .
For example like attached image our customer wants to select the underlined two options in one field
Can anyone please help me out to find a way to achieve this in multi selections .
Is that possible to do with configurations or customizations ?

That is not possible with configurations. I doubt if it possible via customisation, but maybe worth waiting for more answers.
The alternative is to create the multi-value view via your script and create predefined multi-value filters. Unfortunately, this is not exactly your requirements.
