If you add large notes sometimes you are able to read more then 500-800 characters but there are moments if you add 100 characters and are visible only 90-95.

How does IFS calculate travel time and how is travel time shown in GANTT? 

Hi Community, While creating request manually I am getting error as FSM exception, please find below screenshot for the error details. From inbound integration request is getting created and from xml poster also through insert code request creation is happening , only for manual request creation facing issue . I could see in the error detail, insert is_initialized is false, I changed to true then executed xml through XML poster request is created. Please help me resolve this issue. When we are editing existing calendar exception then it’s not reaching in PSO and Normal addition is working fine .Is there any specific configuration to send information in PSO for OLD calendars.

Hi Team,The “Post to Invoice” button on the Voucher is by default generating invoice with grouping according to place & resulting in Single Invoice for multiple Vouchers.After investigation, we identified & updated the client script for considering the INVOICE RUN ID in the Billing Consolidation Rule, which resulted in multiple invoices aligning to multiple vouchers, but was generating for all the Vouchers under the Voucher Run ID. Whereas the expectation was that it would generate only for current INVOICE.to address the same issuewe tried to use the VOUCHER Status, set the VOUCHER status to HOLD & it would be considered for INVOICE : Didn’t work Tried using the Consolidation Rule to have a status filter getting the below error Any suggestions or pointers will be greatly appreciated

Can we decide in WFM-IFS between Time-to-site and Time-to-resolve for defining SLA? per Customer? per WOType?

In order to create a counter element in a lobby, in the 'Data Source Designer' I need to do the following condition, which result count is '12': In the element designer I need a configuration, that would able in the WebClient by left clicking in the counter, to show the tasks that were selected by the prior condition (in this case the same 12 tasks). Element Designer: It's possible to reproduce the condition of the 'Data Source Designer', with a 'select' inside in the URL (in the 'Element Designer')? Or there is another way to configure de element designer in order to show the same '12' tasks by clicking in the counter (knowing that its necessary to use a 'select' in the condition on the 'Data Source Designer'?

Where is the design XML stored within the server? After creating many revisions (70~) the import design function only seems to time out. How would you sideload the design into the system once created?

hiI have cfg instance of IFS version 22.2.4. When I reported time in it through mobile application (MWO), I am able to report but while I am doing it from cloud based browser, I see only the logged in resource in resource id (not the person to whom the task is assigned) & some other name in employee id. Though I am able to log in the time using MWO with 406404 id.Also, when I logged in effort using MWO & I went to costs tab, it shows me below error.   IFS Web Version: 22.2.4.20230105140629.0Date: 2023-03-02T05:21:52.823Z--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Database error occurred. Hi Team,We have a requirement to allow non Corporate currency for the PO_GNS.But, the schema seems to be only allowing the creation of GNS items in corporate currency. FurtherWe did update the currency from the backend, but when the Requisition converts into Purchase Order, it again applies conversion from Corporate currency to local currency.Ex :PO_GNS created with AUD corporate currency 10$ update the currency from backend to local currency NZ used the GNS item in Requisition Converted to Purchase Order & then the $ value changed to 10.75 NZ (which is considering the currency_conversion)

Hi Experts We have a customer that is using SSO. They can log into FSM ok, but when they try and jump over to PSO, they get the login screen. I can see in Audits that the login is there and enabled: But they can’t login to PSO, anyone have any experience of this ? Cheers

I understand IFS FSM is a stand-alone application at the current moment and there is some word that it is being integrated with IFS Cloud. What is the future of FSM? Will the stand-alone application be integrated fully with IFS Cloud and cease to exist as a stand-alone application called ‘FSM’, and instead be called Enterprise Service Management (ESM) going forward? Also, being that PSO is connected to FSM, will it also be integrated fully into IFS Cloud? Thank you.

If multiple records are coming in array for some reason one record is going for on hold how can we return a key value in response like we are returning for completed case.
