While opening FSM smart client and web client application getting pop up as “Sequence contains more than one matching element”. Can someone give the solution for this.

did you check the Server Log for any further details on the error? If nothing is logged try to set higher Log Levels for Exceptions (Smart Client > Server Log).
You can also try to load the page while running the browser dev tools. Check if anything fails to load in Network-tab.
