time report not coming

Can you share some more details? You are in the mobile client, you have started work and you access the Service Report through the menu? 
I tested and it works for me, however there is a slight delay, so I’m guessing they need to be synced before they appear. Are you testing offline?
 

In the above screenshot , it is from CFG environment and in service report time report is coming {marked in yellow} . But with the same configuration in UAT environment its not coming .

Service report is getting created but time entries don’t come until I mark the task as complete. I saw in UAT, no time entry, as I completed the task, it started coming.
