Hi, I’m testing the oData REST API to download/upload attachments in FSM, but I’m facing some issues.I can get the attahcment info (but the “attachment@data.mediaReadLink” attribute). However I don’t get anything, while trying to retrieve the binary data (prints attached) Additionally, I’m not able to change the stored flag for manually added attachments. Thank you,João Oliveira 

There is a separate screen called Shipment Grouping Rules.Can anyone tell me where to use this Shipment Grouping Rules once we create a new Shipment Grouping Rule?

full context: were looking at giving the users the ability to create a request from the place screen.This would either be by clicking a button that redirects them to the request screen or having a tab on the lower pane that will have the new request related fields. My question is, how can i auto-populate the “Place ID” on the Request, to that of the Place record they’re currently displaying? I wouldn't think a business rule would do this so perhaps a new button with a xml message in it? Not sure what that would look like to reference to the current place record but hoping i can be helped here.

What are the differences in offerings (functionalities / modules/ Submodules etc. ) of ESM and FSM

 When you are off line (sync or WiFi turned off) and need to log in again to the FSM mobile client, it doesn’t work if your user is defined to use SSO. Perhaps there is a missing token?Have any of you guys encountered this issue? I haven’t been able to test in an ref environment since as far I as I know none is set up to use SSO. Customer is on FSM6 Update 4.

Is it possible to configure the concurrent login type   as "true" for any kind of license by update SQL query  in FSM ?In the "message" type license concurrent  login has been set as false . But if two parallel api call happens,  how it will handle the request ?

Hi,I have some integrations working in a Development environment which produces a .csv file to a folder on an Internal Network (permissions checked).I have built the same integrations into UAT environment and I am now getting the following exception. Method not found: 'System.IO.Stream Metrix.Azure.Helper.AzureFileHelper.GetWriteFileStream(System.String)'. UAT and DEV are both running the same version.The integration set-ups are the same. Just wondering if anyone knows what the exception may relate too? The Transaction Input and Arguments all look good, so I am unsure why this wouldn’t work in a different environment.

In RMA task, trying to check “ready to ship”  checkbox and save, but getting an error “Parent unit cannot be marked for shipment when component repairs are in-process”.    Component repair task is already maked (task_status) as completed after swap.Please advise, what is missing?
