we are struggeling with this integration and wondering, how many other customers are using FSM Connected with Apps 10?

I would be great to have some exchange about this.

One special topic is for example the usage of “place” in FSM and “site” in Apps 10.

How do you organize service centers in Apps10? As site, as warehouse?
