Hi Team, Could someone explain me when the check box '’Exclude from Total'’ is enabled in business opportunity lines. I tried lot of scenarios but this field is not at all allowing me to use this option Much appreciate your help!!

Journal in BO is not showing if Sales Quotation is created as in BO history tab in IEE. Neither is there a link to Sales Quotation as in IEE. We have Aurena version 10.11.Is this implemented in a later revision?

Hello community, I would like to know if it is possible to create and manage discount coupons in IFS. For example, if my customer buys 100€ of goods I offer a 20€ discount on its next purchase.How could I :create the discount coupon in IFS apply the discount coupon on the next customer order see how much money remains for the discount coupons of my customer (in this example if the next customer order is less than 20€ and there is still some money remaining on the discount coupon)Thank you,

There are some scrap serials available in APPS8 IEE which still show in Sales and Marketing (S&A) client. This is happening only for few parts and what would be the possible reason? Is there any schedule job to sync? 

Hi, When running Master schedule level 1 for some parts we get this errormessage: ManufStructureUtil.INVSERVAL: Invalid serial boundary value(s) for structure selection.  -  must be numeric.Have anybody seen this before and know what could cause the error?We are on IFS 10 upd 3 /Anna

Is there a way to change standard business logic or rules in IFS IEE? Our marketing team does not follow certain rules and wondering how I can check what rules or logic is standard and if it can be modified in the backend.

Hi, I'm new so I'm sorry if my question is chaotic. I work in APPS10.We would like a solution on how we can get charges included in the Shipment, so that it can be included in the customs invoice which is formed from the shipment.The problem is that when I get to the field PRINT SHIPMENT PRO FORMA INVOICE- the invoice itself comes empty. Like it can not read information from Shipment.Is there anyone who can help?     

Looking for clarification on why MRP is create P’req lines when there is open supply lines greater than the safety stock. The Safety Stock on this item is 6, the Minimum Lot size is 12.  There is 0 on hand and 20 on a purchase requisition (seen above).  The P’req was entered manually and as a result of a previous MRP scheduled task.   Should MRP consider all open po’s and requisitions when calculation MRP amounts? 

Is there a function within the ‘Customer Order’ screen to Create/print pick list? I’m attempting to print without leaving the ‘Customer Order’ window. We understand there’s a separate screen to create the list but specially want to print from CO screen. See attached if need be.

Hi,I have created a sales process template with actions for Business opportunities.In my action I am using custom fields, but in Aurena these do not show correctly.As you can see I have two custom fields ‘Public\Private’ and ‘Sector’ under actions that require the end user to enter the data.When you select sequence 30 and click ‘Enter Data’ you get the following:On a non custom field it displays correctly: How do I get the custom fields to display correctly? Thank you.

Dear community,as I have been working before in a company in automotive Business I used to know the ASC VAP with ASC Order STatistic running each night and providing a really good data base for KPI like Open Order, Order entry / Order Intake.Now I am looking for a similar functionality in Core  version IFS 10.Thank you for any feedback!Regards Martina

HelloWe are using Apps 10, UPD13.  Does anyone know if this is a general application limitation?  The Main Representative Name field in Customer Contact, Business Activity and Business Opportunity that will match on last name or ID as well as first name?   In our current version, it only matches and displays results for first name. The field shown below will only begin to find matches on first name. In the example below, Helm is a Main Rep’s last name but nothing shows to be selected.   Thank you,Joann

Hi,   We have one scenario where we are buying boxes for packing the items. Now packing can be controlled in IFS through Handling Unit.   In Handing Unit, we define the category as boxes,pallets etc. but dont link to any purchased packing material. Please suggest how this can be controlled in IFS.   Thanks HA

Hi, I’m trying to bring project ID and description from Project Definition Page to Business Opportunities Page.Is there any linkage between the 2 pages? If I edit the page designer on the Business Opportunities Page, is it possible if I put Project data  in the Library?

We are running Apps10 UPD10We have a general inbox where all emails that come into that email address will be logged in Business Mail.  Is there a way to automate this so we don’t need a user to go through all of the manual steps?

Hi, Until V10 in marketing campaign is was possible to send email with function “Merge mail”.that function does no more exist in 21R1. Question :  in 21R1 what process/solution we get to send email for several  contacts based on documen template.Thanks in advance for your answer. BR/ Emmanuel

We have a strong request from Poland to be able to have Customer Orders placed in currency EUR so that prices are fetched from Agreements in EUR. But Customer Invoice should be in local base currency PLN. Exchange rate should be delivery date for materials. This is something similar that is there for Russian Localization but functionality is also needed in Poland.Is there any solution for that. 

is there a way to automate the part costing automatically instead of running each and every step manually after changing the price in supplier for purchase part. we are using standard costing method. Once the supplier for purchase part price is changed , each time we have to go to part costs , run the cost for cost set 6 then run all level part costing , then copy cost set to cost set 1 . 

I’m trying to delete two customers created by mistake, as prospects.I’m receiving the following error message in the debug console. ORA-20105: Assert.IS_VIEW: "" is non existing view.The only information displayed on screen is: "" is non existing view.The customer form have three custom objects, can it be related to those? I have tried to run the form without them and then delete the customer - but same result.Since there is information missing in the error message it is a bit hard to know where data or connections are missing. I can’t see any mandatory fields that are missing data either. 

IFS9Is there a way to easily compare Permission Sets and find which permission set has missing accesses granted?  My two situations:Recently copied PROD to TST. Changes were made in TST, but not in PROD and changes not documented. Is there an easy way to determine what was changed in TST? We realize we could copy TST back to PROD, but we’d like to identify what this change was. Two Similar custom permissions sets created 9+ months ago. Can we compare them to each other to determine which ones have accesses the other doesn’t?We are using Apps9 

Curious how others are using Contacts and Comm Methods specifically around how configuring emailing Reports.  Do you use both tabs?  Do you have your contacts set-up as separate Comm Methods?  Do you just use Comm Methods or Contacts?

I am getting an error while updating functional object description in Equipment object navigator screen and  It has view and column detaiils in the error. Hivemind, can you help?We are close to go-live with Apps10 in Aurena.We use the current FX rate for incoming Customer Orders, however we increase the exchange rate on Sales Quotations in order to protect us from potential market fluctuations as they’re valid for three-months. Is there a way of adjusting the rate on an individual Sales Quotation?Thanks in advance.
