In applications 10 I have soap capabilities to retrieve the customer price for an item.   I am looking for the Rest function that I can pass a customer, currency, part list and retrieve the price for the customer. 

I have a customer order for which I have a matching Purchase Order from my customer.  This CO will take output from the sales from a WO and is not limited to the lines that are on the CO.  Does IFS have functionality that will block the invoice if it exceeds the customer’s PO amount?Thank youPatrick

Want to confirm it is NOT possible to add a customer order line with a Supply Code of “Service Order” to an IFS Shipment.   The customer order line is a non-inventory sales part.  I found it possible to add a non-inventory part to a shipment, but not when the Supply Code is “Service Order”.It appears that way, but need to confirm I’m not missing a setup step. Thanks for your help.   

Where is handling unit traceability in IFS10? If a handling unit is created from another handling unit, where is that from- to- handling unit information stored?  I don’t see it in inventory transactions history.  

Hello All,I am currently having issues with Automatic Approval of incoming customer orders in IFS Cloud.I have the customer set to Auto approve, I also have the site settings set along with additional message defaults for the customer, Approval user set can manually approve the incoming orders in the system. Any help would be appreciated,Cheers,Jamie

IFS APPS 10 CONSIGNMENT STOCKWe have one part that was previously listed as CONSIGNMENT STOCK. We want to remove this from consignment.  WE UNCHECKED THE BOX IN CONSIGNMENT STOCK , THEN TRIED TO UNCHECK THE CONSIGNMENT STOCK BOX ON THE CUSTOMER ORDER LINE. The customer order line status is “Delivered” IT WOULD NOT ALLOW US TO DO THAT - SAYING THE ERROR  :  The Consignment Stock cannot be changed when the status is Partially Delivered, or Delivered, or Cancelled or Invoiced/Closed Not sure how to clean this last cust. order line up  Dave

When there's a Customer Order Direct, and the single occurrence Address option is selected, the delivery address of a Purchase Order prints the wrong country. (Address lines are fine, but the country name is wrong?  

We have used Vertex integration for US Sales Tax in Apps 8 for many years. It was implemented as a modification/localisation.Currently upgrading to Apps 10 and this is now core. Not sure what needs to be done to configure this and the IFS help is not much help! Our support are struggling to find a consultant with experience in this area. Anybody on here familiar with the setup/config? 

What have you found is effective way to validate project addresses captured from the Project Definition Address tab?  

How do you setup Teams for the ‘Business Calendar - Team’?  I’d like to setup the sales representatives in teams based on their region, so that when a sales rep checks their Business Calendar, they see only people within their region/team.  As of now, all users see all other users.  Thank you for all your help! 

Hi All, Is there anyway to print the pdf from the Print Pick List screen. There is a prompt to “print” the pick list but it just executes the report creation. How can we enable the print prompt from this screen like the other pages in Aurena.  

We’re using App10 UPD9.  Users are asking what functions would make a date on order lines changes.  Example would be changing a quantity, etc.Does anyone have a document with these details?Thanks,Elaine

Hi Community,We try to anderstand what is difference between customer contacts and customer communication method. It seems to be use in the sames cases to manage contacts. if somebody have examples about differents usages please share your experience. Contacts are link to Persons and Communciation method is free to input data.is it the only difference ? BR, Christophe 

It seems that you need an existing record in the Register Arrivals screen in order to select that line and then use the line-specific commands to Create the PO.  What if you’ve never created a PO for this PN?  In this case, when you search the Register Arrivals screen, there are no records and when there are not records, there is no line to select to enable the command to create PO. Thank youPatrick

I was trying to figure out the functionality around this option “Finalize Picking of Source Lines” option in the Pick but Choice Window in Shipment Delivery,  is this setting  per Order line, or is it set for the Site or Company? I would also like to know  what happens when it is selected and un selected. Since window is a popup, the help was also not helpful, appreciate if you help me understand this. Pls refer the attachment for more details.     

Is there any option to hide the BO record, or hide the name of the customer and Description to keep the record confidential?Ex: We have CRM Group ABC. In this group we have:Rep 1Rep 2Rep 3Rep 4Rep 5When Rep 1 creates opportunity everybody in ABC Group can see this opportunity.Is there any option to hide this opportunity as this is confidential? Only Rep 1 + CEO/Line Manager should be able to find this opportunity in the system. I tried to set it up using CRM Access IFS Online Documentation, but something may be missing.

 How can I invoice non inventory sales part lines at the same moment as a shipment?Example:Customer Order has 2 lines, 1 with an inventory part and 1 non inventory part. Shipments are used to send the inventory part to customer. Invoicing should include the non inventory part at the moment of shipping the inventory part, but as it is non inventory it is not shipped so a manual action is needed to get it delivered and invoiced which is error prone and inefficient due to the transaction volume.

In Apps 10 UPD I have Sales Processes set up with Validation Type ‘STOP’ on All Actions.The Guidance in IFS says this:However, users are able to move to the next Action or next stage without the first Stage being completed.  Have I failed to set something up?I do not want users to be able to move to the the Stage until the previous one is completed. Can anyone advise as all IFS guidance says it should not move on.  ThanksTrudy  

We created a Credit Invoice from a Customer Order Invoice.  It created in the Preliminary Status, but does not give us the option to Print.  Can anyone explain what is causing this? 

I am working with a Customer’s CBP environment on Cloud 23R2. I was able to download the CRM Panel manifest file and upload it on to Outlook.I can see the IFS CRM Panel Add in, however on clicking it - I see the below error: What am I missing from a setup perspective? Appreciate your inputs.

Hello Everyone,I'm encountering an issue with Chinese characters when generating an email attachment. The goal is to list the Customers and Suppliers created after a certain date and send the list in CSV format via email. To achieve this, I wrote the following PL/SQL block. However, the Chinese characters in the Customer and Supplier names are appearing as garbled text in the CSV file. What am I doing wrong? Hi All, In the Business Activity, I can attach Emails from Outlook and they are displayed in the References Table as shown below.Whereas, the Business Opportunity, I do not see where the Outlook Email is being displayed. Any thoughts? Thank you,Alex

Hi All, I have created a new Business Opportunity in IFS Cloud, but I don’t see a button to send the Business Opportunity to the CRM Outlook Panel?  The Business Activities has this functionality, but I don’t see it for Business Opportunity.
