Good afternoon,We would like to understand why the “Modified By” field in the Shop Order is changed when we simply print the Shop Order, considering there is no change to the shop order itself.The only change is in the Order History where there is a new line for “Shop Order Report Created”, but nothing is done at the Shop Order level itself.Thanks in advance for your input.Kind Regards,Carlos Mendes

APP10 UPD9 - I’m trying to setup the Brazil Extension and am running into an error message when trying to create a Purchase Order.  My supplier that I’m using is a US company, the PO is being placed from the Brazil company with Brazil Localization turned on.When creating a purchase order for the US supplier and try to save the header I get the following error.  Operation Id should be entered on Supplier Tax Info for supplier xxxxx and address xx.I’m not finding where on the supplier address tab this goes.  Any help is appreciated.

Hey all,My time zone is set to Stockholm everywhere (IFS, Outlook, Windows), yet it seems like the time in the Business Activity and in the .ics file from the button “Create Outlook Meeting” are differing with 2 hours: What could be causing this, any clue?Best regards,Peter

Is this a known issue with the outlook plugin?When we have a customer contact saved as both a contact and communication method it prevents us from creating an activity out of outlook for that email address.When a contact is saved as a contact only we can create actives from outlook.Thank you,  Scott D Hansen

Pre-Cloud, IFS allowed searching for the Field Name in Column chooser to identify where the field was in the list of fields. In cloud, when finding the field to display, the window narrows to the field name, thus not identifying where the field is in the list of fields (4th, or 40th, etc). Is there a way to find where the field is and re-arrange it without erasing where it is in the list? IFS9 highlighted the field name, so it could be identified where it was in the list, then re-arranged.  

Hello,It appears that our users have created 2 Accounts CRM - Prospect which are actually referring to the same company. We cannot delete them as they both have Leads and Activities connected to them.Is there a way to easily merge them, so that we could keep the data of both accounts?Thanks a lotClément

Our shipping department likes to have the paperwork prepared in advance. The problem is if they print the delivery note the event fires to send a delivery note and shipping information to the customer.  We don’t want to send those in advance in case something changes. Has anyone come up with a way to send a notification when they hit deliver in the shipment. The problem with the built in event is it won’t list multiple customer PO’s or shipment line information,

Hello,I created customer order where I added line (product) from Works order. Next i prepared customer invoce.  Now, I want to create correction invoce, but I can't.   I received form the Database Background job : “job status: warningORA-20110: CustomerOrderInvItem.SERVICECREDITERR: Creating a credit/correction invoice is not allowed. Service crediting/corrections should be handled from the service itself.“How can I do correction invoce ??

I have the SRM and CRM manifest files downloaded and I would like to add it to the New Outlook but I can not find the Add-In function does anyone know how to add it to the New Outlook?

We would like to measure the success of specific marketing campaigns. Therefore, we require more detailed information like the source. It would be even ideal to generate a marketing campaign and directly enter leads out of this campaign. Do you have any experience or solution for that? How do you handle that today?

We are pushing a lot for using the  CRM Panel because the best place for Salesmen to interact with the CRM is within the context of an email.But we found some basic limitations.When creating a Lead in CRM Panel, the only available fields are (Name, Title, Phone no, and Mobile No); how can we add these basic fields from the lead master data (Stage, Potential, Source, Market, Notes) 

We are adding weight or volume based charges automatically on Customer orders when new customer order line is created. There is charge type and charge price per liter or kg defined in Sales Charge Type. Charge price in Sales Charge type is always defined in Site base currency. We have customers that are ordering in different currencies. For those we have agreed fixed charge prices per kg or liter in the currency customer is using. How can we defined those other currency charge prices. In standard solution it is always doing charge price conversion from base currency to order currency with daily exchange rate. In this case that order currency charge price is not fixed. It is changing every day.

HelloWe are attempting to use the CRM Panel to create business opportunities and business mails from incoming emails. Right now, the business mails are creating, but attachments are not flowing from outlook to IFS. I checked my CRM/SRM Panel Settings and i have SAVE_EMAIL_BODY set to TRUE and SKIP_ATTACHMENTS set to FALSE. I dont receive any errors when creating the business mail, it just doesnt attach anything. Any tips?

Hello, This happens with 2 different customers in different versions (23.1.10 and 23.2.3). The CRM Panel has been installed correctly, the doc class has been defined for the docs and the Default Settings have been entered correctly: DOC_CLASS - populated SKIP_ATTACHMENTS - falseBut the attachments from the email are not populating into IFS Business Mails as an attachment. Does anyone know how to fix this, or is it an issue with the versions? Kind regards, Eric

We are running Apps10 UPD16.When we have multiple tax lines on the instant invoice:When printing the Instant Invoice, there is only one tax line lumping all 3 lines above together.Our customer requires a breakdown of all of the tax lines.  Is it possible to print all of the tax lines on the Instant Invoice report without having to modify and make a new layout? Thanks, Michelle

Running into a few different setup issues with call center (23R2 S2)It’s possible that an Assignee can be added to Queues that belong to Support Organizations which they themselves do not belong to.   What would be the benefit of this set-up? Cases Queued to my Queues - Lobby Element - My Call Center The Assignee is connected to a Case Access Group with a restriction of Local.  They are only connected to Support Organization A.  Many cases exist with a Case Type of Global.  The Assignee is able to see other cases that do not belong to their Support Organization in Cases Queued to my Queues lobby element.  They are also able to Accept these cases.   Why would this be the case? Is there a permission set that could be overruling this basic data set-up? Is there functionality defined for Case Completion vs Case Closure?  For example, what would be the intended to benefit to complete the cas

In our DEV or TEST environments Create a customer order for a make to order part Example: Site: MEX Sales Part: 3501-BDLP-95 Sourcing Option = Shop Order Manufacturing Lead time = 4 days Site Picking Lead time = 2 days Customer order O322431 entered in MEX site for customer 12290 Wanted Delivery Date = 10/20/23 Line entered for 3501-BDLP-95, Qty 1 Upon saving the line a popup message appears stating: “Due Date earlier than today’s date. Earliest possible delivery date is 10/27/23”. This calculation would be correct based on the mfg and picking lead time. However, on the customer order line the Planned Delivery Date and Planned Ship Date both state “10/20/23”. So it appears the availability check is calculating the earliest date correctly but is not updated the customer order line with that date.

Hi! One user is getting an error like this when trying to save personal profile. She would like to save for example default handling unit type. 

IFS application 10 UPD22 - IEE client We are trying to limit the number of devices a userid can be logged into IFS at the same time.  We are working with Oracle Profile - Sessions / User.     A value of UNLIMITED appears to allow an unlimited number of logins on multiple devices.A value of 3 (or more) appears to allow an unlimited number of logins on multiple devices.A value of 1, or 2, does not allow the userid to login, with the system responding with “invalid login credentials”. Have others got this working?The goal is to prevent sharing of accounts, requiring each user to log in with their own account.
