We have a standard price list where hourly charges are dependent on when the services are delivered e.g.,Normal time: Weekdays 07.00 - 15.00 Outside normal time: Weekdays 15.00-07.00 and weekends.For any work performed during ‘Outside normal time’, we can charge 100% more vs the normal time. Some customers have also their own set of definition when ‘normal time’ would be, or how much we are allowed to charge extra for work ‘outside normal time’.We are able to handle this today based on manual addition to the sales lines, (based on timestamps from reported work hours), but I am trying to understand if there is a better more automated approach we could take.Does anyone have a suggestion for how this could be handled? We are currently using IFS Cloud 23R1.

Hello,I was wondering how one would trigger the creation of a pick list for customer order that appears on the "Create Pick List for Customer Order" screen, whenever the customer order's Earliest Planned Due Date is 3 days away?Right now I have a database task scheduled that runs every 2 minutes, checked for orders to automatically create into Pick Lists for Customer orders, but this does not work for Customer orders with Supply Code Purch Ord Trans, and I am not sure how to make sure it only triggers orders 3 days out. I also want to know how you would trigger the same database task but for the customer order lines of Supply code “Purch Ord Trans”. Currently, that supply code should indicate that we need to place a purchase order for those parts, but even when we get those items in stock, the scheduled database task does not create the pick list, it just sits in the “Create pick list for customer order” screen. Why is this not triggered by the

Is it possible in IFS 10 to make it so credit limits do not consider future orders against a customers balance available. Just invoiced orders.  Thanks!~

Hello.I have been looking at the Single Occurrence address in IFS Cloud.I created a customer order and the option was no editable. changed this to editable within page designer.When i set the flag as true the information within the delivery address info is not available.  any ideas? I have checked environments being logged in as IFSAPP.

Hello We have had buttons added to the Customers and Sales Specific screens, so that when one customer is selected, a button appears at the top saying ‘Add Quote’ or ‘Add Order’. However, these buttons currently just take you to the Customer Order / Sales Quotation screens and you have to manually create the order/quote. Is there a way that the information for the customer selected on the Customers / Sales Specific screens can be pushed into the Order/Quote entry screens so the information is pre populated? e.g.Go to Customers Search for ‘cust123’ Select the row Add Order/Add Quote buttons appear Click Add Order Takes you to the Customer order screen with a new order opened and ‘cust123’ details populating the orderThanks

Hi, some of our users have this “issue”:Aurena, with UPD20Chrome or Edge  Under Business Mails, when they click the “Mail Body” button: then the file is downloaded as an html file and can be opened in another tab: For other users, the mail body is just displayed in Aurena: Does anyone happen to know whether this is that a setting in IFS or in the browser? I want to remove or assign a property to the company but I don’t see any add or delete icons or any other command that would allow be to assign or remove or edit a company property.  Might there be a permissions set for this or something else that I need to be able to do this?  Using the Appowner or setting myself as the HR Manager has not helped.Thank you.Patrick

When are working in 23R1. All of our users have a default coordinator in sites per user. The coordinators are populating in customer order but not on the customer agreement.Is this core functionality?If it is can someone explain the logic behind it?

When we set the status of a quote line to “LOST” the total value of the Sales Quotation is not reduced. Once the line is lost, it cannot be edited. We would expect the total value to be reduced by the value of the lost line.Any suggestions on how to handle this?

Hello IFS Community, When we create a activity from the business calendar view “Activity type → meeting” ,  a file with the extension “.ics” gets generated. We need to open this file, include the “To” addresses and teams meeting to create a meeting request. Is there a set up to be done in cloud, so that an outlook meeting request creates automatically, instead of an .ics file being generated.   ThanksDivya   

Good afternoon,We would like to understand why the “Modified By” field in the Shop Order is changed when we simply print the Shop Order, considering there is no change to the shop order itself.The only change is in the Order History where there is a new line for “Shop Order Report Created”, but nothing is done at the Shop Order level itself.Thanks in advance for your input.Kind Regards,Carlos Mendes

I need lot batch numbers for valid OESHIP transactions only. We have many “undone” delivery transactions that could cause bad data. What’s the best way to pull this from the database? Thanks,Eric

APP10 UPD9 - I’m trying to setup the Brazil Extension and am running into an error message when trying to create a Purchase Order.  My supplier that I’m using is a US company, the PO is being placed from the Brazil company with Brazil Localization turned on.When creating a purchase order for the US supplier and try to save the header I get the following error.  Operation Id should be entered on Supplier Tax Info for supplier xxxxx and address xx.I’m not finding where on the supplier address tab this goes.  Any help is appreciated.

Hey all,My time zone is set to Stockholm everywhere (IFS, Outlook, Windows), yet it seems like the time in the Business Activity and in the .ics file from the button “Create Outlook Meeting” are differing with 2 hours: What could be causing this, any clue?Best regards,Peter

Is this a known issue with the outlook plugin?When we have a customer contact saved as both a contact and communication method it prevents us from creating an activity out of outlook for that email address.When a contact is saved as a contact only we can create actives from outlook.Thank you,  Scott D Hansen

Pre-Cloud, IFS allowed searching for the Field Name in Column chooser to identify where the field was in the list of fields. In cloud, when finding the field to display, the window narrows to the field name, thus not identifying where the field is in the list of fields (4th, or 40th, etc). Is there a way to find where the field is and re-arrange it without erasing where it is in the list? IFS9 highlighted the field name, so it could be identified where it was in the list, then re-arranged.  

Hello,It appears that our users have created 2 Accounts CRM - Prospect which are actually referring to the same company. We cannot delete them as they both have Leads and Activities connected to them.Is there a way to easily merge them, so that we could keep the data of both accounts?Thanks a lotClément

Our shipping department likes to have the paperwork prepared in advance. The problem is if they print the delivery note the event fires to send a delivery note and shipping information to the customer.  We don’t want to send those in advance in case something changes. Has anyone come up with a way to send a notification when they hit deliver in the shipment. The problem with the built in event is it won’t list multiple customer PO’s or shipment line information,

Hello,I created customer order where I added line (product) from Works order. Next i prepared customer invoce.  Now, I want to create correction invoce, but I can't.   I received form the Database Background job : “job status: warningORA-20110: CustomerOrderInvItem.SERVICECREDITERR: Creating a credit/correction invoice is not allowed. Service crediting/corrections should be handled from the service itself.“How can I do correction invoce ??

I have the SRM and CRM manifest files downloaded and I would like to add it to the New Outlook but I can not find the Add-In function does anyone know how to add it to the New Outlook?

We would like to measure the success of specific marketing campaigns. Therefore, we require more detailed information like the source. It would be even ideal to generate a marketing campaign and directly enter leads out of this campaign. Do you have any experience or solution for that? How do you handle that today?
