we have several old RMA lines that we never received or scrapped, but we gave Credit invoices for. These RMA’s are still showing that they are RELEASED. Is there any way to complete the RMA without receiving or scrapping the parts?

As far as I am aware, if you have already created Credit Invoices, then RMA flow must be completed either by returning the parts to stock or by scrapping the parts after they have been received.
Considering your requirement, I was wondering if it is possible to complete the flow by receiving old RMA lines and then scrapping everything, as the net effect on quantity will be zero.
