Hello,

First question : ifs it's possible to modify fields to make it not mandatory in crm panel, for example : make languge not mandatory when create a new prospect. if it's the case can you please tell us how we proceed ?

Second question: can we use bpa to set by default language/Country when we create a new prospect for example ? if it's the case can you please tell us how we proceed ?

You can configure the layout of the dialogs in CRM-panel in this IFS Cloud Web page. Country and Default Language are mandatory fields (in database) for Accounts so that cannot be changed with page configurations (it is same for IFS Cloud Web).
