Hi All,when supplier is not added in approved supplier list and if there are 10 part number in the PO, when authorization is triggered, authorization tab shows ASL authorization 10 times /10 lines,purchase group is same for all the lines but still ASL authorization triggers shows 10 times.Any thoughts   

Hello,Is it possible to freeze a PO so units cannot be received against the PO lines until it is released?  If so, how do I enable this functionality in IFS10?Thank you,Steve

Hello All,We calculated the total lead time of a purchased part in the Calculate Purchase Leadtime dialog box however it gave the following warning” The purchasing lead time of 4291 parts have been changed to zero.” Why did it change the lead time to zero and how could I undo it? 

Hello, We are encountering a problem with Manual Supplier Invoice - PO Matching in APPS10.  When we try to match PO receipts with Manual Supplier Invoice, the system does not reflect the PO (Non Inventory) Pre-posting (Cost cent) on the posting lines for the entered account. Rather, it pulls out the Cost Center (Code Part B) details from “Code String Completion” page.This happens only for certain users. We have checked the permissions and all looks good. Please share your thoughts/suggestions if any. Best Regards.

Community, We have been using external supplier invoice over 6 months, it has been working well all along. but today, we got the error message belowwhen SFTP XML file and run the BIZAPI loading external supplier invoice. “ORA-20110: ReceiveEinvoiceUtil.Cannot find the company that should receive the invoice from either association no , own address id , tax id number GSTXXXX...0001, buyer id at seller  or seller id at buyer.” May I know what the problem it is? 

Hello, I currently am working on a workflow to automatically close out all supplier agreements that have periods in the past (aka they are expired). I couldn’t find any database tasks or settings that expires them automatically, which I chalked up to some scheduling behavior for supplier agreements since they can hold multiple periods, but I noticed something odd in a workflow I was creating to automate the closure of said supplier agreements. After reading the supplier agreement via a read call for the projection SupplierAgreementHandling, It showed the SA’s were now expired… but this obviously isn’t the case when you look at them on the front end.  Something seems off so I wanted to reach out to others and see if they are also encountering this issue or have any solutions that might help with this as I’m a bit baffled.  Thanks,Bryan

As in the new release, the Supplier Shipmet was updated, I am wondering why on site lelvel the checkbox “Finalize Supplier Shipment Automatically” is still available?As supplier returns will now fully be proceeded throughout the Shipment (Source Type “Purchase Receipt Return):So why the overview “Supplier Shipment” and “Supplier Shipment Lines” are still available if it’s not usable? There is no way to generate a Supplier Shipment anymore.  

Hi ,I have a DP forecast which I adjusted manually . Then it was set to ‘reviewed’ (tested both in DP client and as well Demand Planner page) . Afterwards I ran the job “Import Demand Planning Forecasts”In MSL1 forecast ,  I can only see the original DP forecast (sys forecast)  but not the adjusted forecast. What am I missing ? I am working in the version 23R2I confirmed as wellKind RegardsYashodha 

I have a customer that needs to have 2 price lists attached to them with the same parts associated with those price lists because the price of one is setup as OEM price and the other list is for wholesale price. How can I have 2 price lists setup for the same customer using the same sales parts different prices?Since I cannot add 2 pricelist per price group in the customer under the order tab using the same sales price group of ‘*’. It tells me the customer already has a price list setup already. Looking for ideas of how I can do this so the customer can still due sales based on how they are ordering the parts.I tried it with the customer price group also, setup the group as the customer # and tried to add the 2 price lists there and it gives me the same error there also ‘The Sales Price Group object already exists.’ which it does because the first one is ‘*’ and so is the 2nd price list.

Hi,our customer has an issue with OCI punchout with a supplier. Everything works perfect until the parts are sent to shopping cart, there the shopping cart is empty. I tried to create statics for the supplier and when the background job is executed it is giving the below error. Does anyone know which table does this functionality looks into when fetching data?    

You may have observed that the Campaign QTY cannot be observed in Historical Data tab in Forecast Part window after creating new campaign in forecast client.This is ‘as designed’. The reason is that this view shows the historical data for demand planning (PERIODICAL_TRANSACTION_TAB) this tab only has the historical campaign qty’s. The future campaign qty’s is stored on the FORECAST_DAY_TAB.The budget and Target sales plan numbers is entirely stored in PERIODICAL_TRANSACTION_TAB that’s why future values for these lines are visible in this tab. Budget and Target Sales Plan lines are not supported in other timelines than the standard period version (all historical data in DP is only stored in the standard period version resolution).While the forecast data is stored in day resolution. Future campaigns are stored in day resolutions as is future forecast values.So, it is recommended to use the Legacy client to see the data since here you see all the data both h

Hi guys, the way I know to prevent a person from approver their own orders is to create PR Authorization Rules to takes Requisitioner into consideration and to make sure the Requisitioner doesn't approve his own PRs. For PO Authorization you can do something similar using Coordinator or Buyer.The issue with these is that it requires tons and tons of Rules to be set up (extra rules for every individual person creating POs basically). My customer is already struggling keeping track of all their PO Authprization Rules.Is there a simpler way to stop the person raising a PO from approving it?They are not happy with having two approval steps as they think this might create bottlenecks...

Hi,For a forecast Part I have entered data in ‘Manual Historical Demand Planning Data’ page. I did run the jobs ‘Aggregate Daily’ and ‘Create Forecast’ which were okay without errors.However when I check for the Forecast part → Historical data tab, I cannot see any of this data and historical values are shown as 0 even in the Demand Planner Client (Forecast tables values are all 0) This is my sql I have used Combination of Historical data + External issues, I guess this is correct.

How to unticked this?
