I haven’t been able to figure out if the only way for Suppliers and Customers to access IFS in Apps10 is using the B2B portals. Is there another option? And if we go to the B2B portals, is there a cost associated with it?

Apps10 - Giving Customers and Suppliers access to IFS

Yes, the only way for suppliers and customers to access IFS in Apps 10 (securely) is via B2B portals.
This is because you associate each suppliers/customers id to their relevant record so that they cannot see any other information (like prices etc) from other suppliers/customers.
From a cost point of view, you would need to speak to your account manager.
