I have an inter-site flow where a Customer Order at Site A is fulfilled through an Internal Customer Order at Site B.The process is as follows:The original Customer Order is created at Site A. The corresponding Internal Customer Order is processed at Site B. Users at Site B create/process the shipment and print the Shipment Delivery Note. I have a user at Site A who is responsible for the original Customer Order. This user only has access to Site A and therefore cannot access the shipment/delivery note generated at Site B.I would like to know:Is there any standard functionality that allows a user at Site A to access or view the Delivery Note (PDF) generated for the shipment at Site B, without giving the user access to Site B? Alternatively, is it possible to automatically attach the Delivery Note PDF to the original Customer Order at Site A when the Shipment Delivery Note is printed/generated at Site B?Has anyone implemented a similar inter-site scenario in IFS Cloud? If so, what would

Hi Community,I am looking for advice from anyone with experience implementing IFS for Italian companies reporting under OIC.We are currently reviewing the treatment of inventory purchases and statutory reporting requirements, specifically the relationship between:B6 - Purchases of raw materials, consumables and goods B11 - Changes in inventories of raw materials, consumables and goodsWe maintain two ledgers GL for IRS and the IL for Local GaapFrom an IFS perspective, inventory transactions are typically processed using the standard inventory posting framework (M1 Inventory, GRNI, AP, etc.).My questions are,Has anyone implemented separate local-GAAP ledger adjustments to satisfy OIC requirements while retaining standard IFS inventory accounting? How do companies typically handle the month-end and year-end inventory adjustments? Are there any recommended design patterns or lessons learned from Italian IFS implementations? We are trying to understand the most common and audit-friendly appr

I’m trying to have Document Text from an Inventory Part display on the Analysis Results report.  The Document Text contains specific information related to the inspection that needs to be shared with the end customer via the Analysis Results report.  Current setup:I created an Output Type called “CoA” and connected it to Document 73 - Analysis Results: Added Document Text to the Inventory Part with the correct Output Type:I created a Control Plan - Inventory for this Inventory Part (same Inventory Part, Revision, Site), and completed an Analysis.  The Document Text does not appear on the Analysis Results report.  I tested this both in a customer 25R1 environment (with a custom Analysis Result report) and the IFS Partner Enablement 26R1 environment (with the default Analysis Result report).  Is there something I did wrong in the setup?  I can make this Document Text surface on other Reports.  Thank you.

We have a customer order with a line that is Purchase Order Direct. The PO created from the line was received. We then needed to return the part to the supplier. An RMA was created for the line but to return to inventory instead of return to supplier. The RMA was completed. Is there a way to do a supplier return of the part from inventory? The RMA cannot be undone. A return to supplier cannot be done from the PO receipt because it was direct delivery. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, I am setting up Procurement portal with a Supplier. We are using OCI with this supplier. I get the punchout connection to work, and item is returned to basket.I do however not see the category returned.in the payload I can see that NEW_ITEM-MATGROUP[1] is 53102503. I would expect this value to be present in field Suppliers Part Category. Am I missing some setup or is this a bug?

I’m trying to upgrade my solution in Build Studio. We haven’t gone live yet with any version in our use place. Is there an easy way to start over? Can I recreate the build home as part of an upgrade? When I build a topic environment, that seems to only care about the new code. When I run a sanity build, that also seems to only care about the new code. When I build a delivery, it’s trying to compare this new version against the old one, and I’m getting build errors from invalid objects that I didn’t properly drop. These objects were never in production, though, so it seems wasteful to be chasing these. This tooling makes it very challenging to start over. Every time I need to make a change, I have towait several hours for a topic environment, then wait several more hours to delete that environment, then wait several more hours to create the sanity build, then wait a day for the delivery, only to discover an error that wasn’t caught the whole way there. Development iterations that used to take

Hi everybody,If someone can help me.We are experiencing an issue with one of our technicians regarding the DPA. When dispatching the intervention and modifying the DPA for today, such as 09/10/26, the DPA is automatically set to 09/11/26.. We have noticed that the change affects only the technician, and the date is always shifted to the following Thursday at 6 a.m.. Even by forcing the DPA, it goes back to the original date. Has this issue been faced by anyone before? Where does that come from?

Hi Guys,Have any of you been able to upload an invoice as XML with a tax code where the non-deductible portion is not 100, without using the overwriting value at company level?I receive the following error: ‘Tax amount adjustment for tax code cannot be greater than the maximum overwriting level on tax’. Dear IFS Community,  IFS Support team forwarded me to here with the question: In Germany there will be a mandatory e-invoicing.Please see the below link:https://www.bdo.global/en-gb/insights/tax/indirect-tax/germany-mandatory-e-invoicing-what-you-need-to-know!As this is a mandatory government regulation, my question would be, when, how and which UPD will IFS provide an official solution to handle this requirement?I also found this post: E-invoicing for Germany | IFS Community but this does not contains the tags IFS mentioned, so I raised this topi again.  Kind regards, Balazs

Hi,I’m currently having an issue with moving Reminder Template translations from UAT to PROD.The requirement is to add the translations manually in UAT, then export them from UAT and import them into PROD. For normal translations, we can export the translation files from the Export Language Files window. However, I couldn’t find a way to export the Reminder Template translations. Does anyone know if there is a way to export and import Reminder Template translations?
