Hello,Our team currently has the 21R2 User Guide for Freight Integration - IFS Cloud. This is Revision A2 updated by KARAUS on 4/7/2022.We are looking for a newer version. At least 24R2 if possible.Thanks

HiWe are upgrading to Cloud and are in the process of converting Custom Menus to Commands. We are having a problem with custom commands that call ExecuteQuickReport where one of the parameters is a reference field. In IFS app10 when we call a quick report in a custom menu we can map Project_id to CF$_project_id, even if cf$_project_id is a reference field. In Cloud this still works but opens the quick report with the objkey instead.Is there a way around this behavior, how do people handle this when upgradginBest Regards

I'd like to know how to resolve this.・I haven't performed any customizations.・Which log file should I check?・When I check the screen, the Delivery Package status says N/A. 

Run release update to 23R2. DB step i ready, looks like it is a problem when setup of MWS or environment. No log files in Environment logs. Need to restart Sanity build many times to get it completed. Where do i find all log files? 

A Customer is migrating from APPS8 to IFS Cloud. Before migration process, we have some shop order in Apps8 in state “Parked”. All operations aren’t in state “Parked”, depending on what was already done. Could anyone explain the behavior of Shop Order in State Parked.

When ordering a topic environment as part of the Release Update process for 25R2, it appears that it does not produce a log upon failing the build process.All I see under Environment Logs are the entries produced by ordering the Baseline Environment (including error logs).Is this a bug or is this by design (as in, newly implemented)? I recall still being able to inspect the logs of failed Topic Environments, the most recent instance being our uplift from 24R2 to 25R1.Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Environment: IFS Cloud 25R1I am unable to remove or hide the new toggle button from the Assistants. There is no corresponding Assistant page available in Page Designer, so I am not sure how to control this element.Could any expert please guide me on how to achieve this?Problem description:In the Lead screen, under the Involved Parties tab → Contacts, when users click the “+” Add Contact button, the new toggle button appears. I need to hide or remove this toggle button from the page.Please refer to the attached screenshots for reference. looking for solution or any workaround method for the same.

Hi everyoneWe are upgrading Cloud from release 24R2 to 25R1. This is the first time we are upgrading to a new release with Modifications. We did 24R1 to24R2 with no mods previously.We have completed the first stage of the release process and run the Impact Analysis through the build place. We have  used the ‘Download Report’ option to get the various files generated as part of this process- excel, pdf, JSON and Source files.Should we now be using the update Analyzer tool to review the files generated from the Impact Analysis before we move on to the ‘Request the Release Update’ stage? (e.g., Update 20, Update 21, etc.) If possible, what are the corresponding Client and Server version numbers for this latest Update? Any guidance or links to the official IFS documentation (such as the F1 documentation or Support portal information) would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello, We have updated from IFS 24.R1 to 25.R1 and as many times before we face multiple changes in API’s and Views. Im just interested if there is any recommendation how to work with this? If this still is the recommended way and we still want to improve our processes, I dont really now how we should keep being evergreen. Standard lobbys are of course good but never satisfies my colleagues. For example we have created a lobby based on view purchase_receipt_stat_uiv. And if we look at removed fields from this view there is a lot. I’d like to get an official statement from IFS when the Query Flags and Default Values functionalities for Quick Reports become available in IFS Cloud. Since these functionalities are part of the official Technical Documentation for Cloud – saying they are currently unavailable – I suppose that sooner or later they will be (re)implemented in Cloud as well.Quick Reports - Technical Documentation for IFS Cloud - We have a bunch of Quick Reports in Apps 10 with query flags and default values included, and the usage of these functions (specially the multi-selection and LoV options) save a lot of working time for our users every day, so we’d like to use these in Cloud too as soon as possible.

Hello,We recently updated our internal IFS Cloud solution from 21R1 to 22R1. After applying the update in all our use place environments, we have noticed that some of the existing page configurations are set to Baseline Status = "Behind".   When we go inside the Application Configuration Package for these configurations, we noticed that all these configurations are not synced. As per the IFS documentation, we should click on "Publish” button to get these configurations synced, but clicking on the "Publish” button does not change anything.  Does anyone know how to get these configurations back to “Up-to-date” state? Thanks in advance, Ashan De Costa. 

Hi,We’re planning to install IFS Cloud using the air-gapped deployment method for security reasons. We’ve been waiting for the air-gapped option to be released which it was in 22R1. However, there is very little information or technical documents describing the process. Where can we find the installation guide and requirements for an air-gapped solution?Thanks

I know this sounds crazy, but we have reached out to our last 3 IFS sales people and none of them are responding and we want to buy more licenses!   and we can’t reach anyone in North America sales!    Does anyone know how to get in touch with IFS North America sales anymore?    We are in the Northeast and since Rick Bucchino left to work more on the product side, we can not get anyone in Sales to answer the phone to allow us to buy more licenses.   Any help (email/phone) would be appreciated!    Chuck Hamilton (Fresenius Medical Care - NxStage Medical Inc)

Hi,I’m seeking some guidance on Report Studio. This looks like a good tool for working with report layouts within IFS Cloud. I have picked up that there might be some limitations when working with custom fields and possibly with printing of these .rep reports. Can anyone share their experience on these limitations?Also, I checked the 24R2 and 25R1 Roadmap and do not see Report Studio mentioned.  Should we expect updates to the Report Studio functionality in upcoming Releases and/or Service Updates?Thanks

We’re part way through IFS Cloud technical upgrade (IFS10 to 25R1). We have an inhouse team who did front end CRIM work in 10 and we decided that we’d do the CRIM uplift inhouse and into Build Place, rather than the front end.It’s been a very steep learning curve for the team to get up to speed and navigate through all the complexities of Build Place, the tools around it and the Branch, Sanity & Delivery builds. I’m just wondering how many customers have gone down this route in a technical upgrade, or either: Continued with customisations in the front end? or Outsourced the Build Place activities? It’s a hindsight question as we are progressing with the Build Place, but interested what others have done and the pro’s and con’s of itThanks Dave

Hi,  When will 25R2 release notes be available for customers? I believe we would usually have the Release Notes by now with 3 weeks to go until GA of 25R2.  I understand that I have the road map for 25R2 but it's the detailed release notes that I'd like. :)  Thanks Tom  

Hello, i have a weird issue. The first time someone logs into our IFS Cloud environment the login screen looks different. If i use incognito or InPrivate i am able to replicate the issue so i assume it is cache related. It started happening after our latest delivery (ServiceUpdate 24.2.10).First login:Second login:Any tips?
