Hello community.Currently I’m in the middle of uplifting some lobbies from APP10 to Cloud (24R2). For the older version of lobbies I do get the “convert to IFS Cloud” option. For some lobbies it works fine but of some it doesn’t. Does anyone has knowledge on this option, such as it’s limitations and it’s capabilities?Thanks in advance. 🙂

Hi, I have a question about system updates, how exactly do I read the version and where can I check when it will be released?For example, RND has a fix coming in this release: 25.2E.0 - 25R2 EA. What is the information marked in bold in this case?I would be grateful for a hint :)

Hi all, We plan to create a lobby for LTU Shop Floor user’s to control their own time registration. We are currently using the 24R2 SU1 release of IFS Cloud. Does anybody knows if granting a lobby page on the LTU permission set is allowed without breaking the licence and if future release of this permission won’t break and / or lock this functionality ? Thanks for your replies,

Hello Everyone,We’re currently in the process of upgrading from IFS Cloud 24R2 to 25R1, and we’ve encountered an issue related to our custom credit card interface.In version 24R2, we relied on the following procedures from DeliverCustomerOrder.plsql:Batch_Deliv_Pre_Ship_Del_Note Deliver_List_Inv_Lines___ Deliver_List_Non_Inv_Lines___However, we’ve noticed that these procedures have been removed in 25R1.We’re reaching out to ask:Were these procedures replaced with new ones or moved to a different location in the codebase? Hello, Few days ago, we experienced a production down issue, which we've identified was caused by the internal ingress certificate expiry.However, when I checked around two months ago, the certificate was set to expire on 15th November 2025. Yet, today — 23rd May 2025 — it appears to have expired unexpectedly.There have been no recent deliveries or known changes to the production environment that could have influenced this.Could you please help clarify: What factors could cause a certificate to expire earlier than its visible expiry date? Hi All, We have started release update 24R2 SU06. During the implementation process we got a instruction from our client to deploy with SU07 as there will be a critical security update into the 24R2 SU07.So, can we apply SU07 before completing the release update process and test it altogether? We are receiving this error message from our environments.  We have done a Dictionary Cache Refresh but a deployment has not been done for 4 days. Error stack:Bad metadata error:The group: CustomerOrderDeliveryGroup does not exist in dictionary! We do our own deployments and develop in the Cust Layer just as FYI.  Did Refreshing the Dictionary Cache do something from our last deployment that caused this issue or how do these groups relate to the Dictionary Thanks

Hello everyone,We've noticed some recent changes in the release communication format for the new 25 Release. Specifically: The posts no longer include a brief summary of the attached documents, which was very helpful in the past. The presentation format seems different and not as detailed or aligned with the previous structure. We are also missing the “IFS Cloud 25R1 - What's New in Cloud Platform and Tools” and “IFS Cloud 24R2 - What's New Summary” post, which were typically available. Additionally: There's no mention of the OAuth token timeout change to 3 minutes, which is important for integration purposes. If I'm not mistaken, 25R1 introduced the ability to cancel an already posted invoice, but I haven't found any official documentation on this feature yet
