HI, I am looking for information on how to request a backup/snapshot for IFS Managed customer.
I have only found very old information while searching for this topic and no specific information for IFS Cloud IFS managed customers

i don’t believe there is a specific type of service ticket for this in the IFS Support portal. What you can do is to raise your question as “Report an Issue” with the nature of the issue as “Report Something Else” in the support portal so that the service desk will redirect your question to the correct team.
