Hello IFS Community,In my company we are using IFS 9.0.20.0 version. When we made quick report and tried this report we are getting an issue. When we use WildCard in PL/SQL query, we get this problem when we click the export to excel button from quick report. PL/SQL query is “SELECT order_no,       customer_no  FROM customer_order WHERE customer_no = '&[M----]CNO'”And this problem exists in the image Do you have a solution for this issue?  Thank you, Muzaffer

Hello,Previously our Calendar drop list in our assystNET form would have the Calendar and Clock.There was a requested change to have just the Calendar, which was implemented.My question is where do we find the combo Calendar/Clock or Clock list now? Thanks in advance.C.

The IFS documentation indicates that Server 2019 is the only updated version(Link). Any follow-up mentions for Windows Server 2022 since then? If such a possibility exists, is it mentioned in an acceptable recommended source?

Hello to all,I just start to test quick reports and try to use crystal reports as quick report. I got already a rpt file which is working well in IFS but when I upload it in quick report and try to see the report I get thisthe release we use is IFS 23R2 cloud version…Thank you in advance.frédéric

Hi,In the IFS Academy portal, when I pay for a course Under “Payment” it has the option to enter a purchase order no.Can two users enter the same PO number for courses that are purchased?Me and a colleague are taking courses but we have different logins to the portal.Thanks 

Is there any guidance on the types of requests that can & cannot be made via the IFS Service Centre? We have raised many ‘advice & guidance’ cases as Service Requests and we receive inconsistent responses to them. Sometimes the case owner is very helpful & other times we are told that a Consulting Request is required.Incidents & Consulting Requests are generally bit easier to define (i.e. it was working previously & now isn’t or seeking expertise to advise on new functionality/capabilities) but there seems to be a bit of a grey area between the around what is/isn’t covered by a Service Request. Some guidance on the limits of support would be useful.

 IFSCloud's support policy states that it will be retired after two years from release.What support will I not receive after retirement?Will I lose all the support listed in Scope of Support Models? For example,/Acceptance of Cases for new Errors/Right to existing Fixes and Improvements from the Standard Support Period  The Support Period for Releases of IFS Application Software products with a Continuous Support model is set out in Continuous Support Model above. Releases of such products are considered to be retired when the Support Period for the Release ends. 

Is it possible to show a lobby element on a aurena page similar to the IEE function? Here is the a picture from the element designer documentation. It shows on the bottom the activated Lobby area, which can be fade in or fade out. Is a similar function used in the Aurena page area next to attachments?  

Hello everyone,I would like to insert into an external url the environment name where the user click on the link from the lobbies but i need it to be dynamic.Is it possible ? I tried to use datasource but it look like I can’t use the result of the datasource to put it into my url. I’m on IFS Cloud (version 22R2).

IFSAPP8 SP1 (JBOSS) The database and Application Server were moved to the new OS from the legacy OS (windows 2008).Database. Oracle 11.2.0.4 OS Windows 2012-R2 CPU SpikesJBOSS: Windows 2012After the OS change, the CPU will randomly spike to 100%, which causes the users to lose their session. The Users can log in after the DB server and the Application Server is restarted. Kindly share a solution if you have experienced this type of issue.

Hello, We have requirement for sending data from IFS platform to Celonis. Is there any to send data based on scheduled time or event trigger from app. I explored IFS Connector Sender but when MyConnectSender.nativeSend method will be executed. I also explored Outbound Integrations from IFS using REST Sender but it works for new events only what about existing older data. Hi All Looking for some help in Customer Schedules. Firstly, can someone explain the difference between ‘Call-off’ & ‘Plan’ ? and does any ‘Call-off’ schedules overwrite the ‘Plan’ schedules? Second, I have followed the Customer Schedule Guide, created/checked active the below.. Sales Part Cross Reference Inventory Part/Sales Part Reconciler/Approver Schedule Line Type Created Customer Order Header – only Customer Agreement Schedule with the set Tolerance Customer Agreement Schedule Part Customer Schedule with Call-off , now approved and released Customer Schedule with Plan When I try to release the Plan Schedule, I am getting an error to say the “Agreement is not Valid for Release”. Agreement is linked to an active Customer Agreement Schedule. Does anyone have an idea why?

Hello everyone, I downloaded developer studio 23.2 from ifs developer portal : IFS Developer PortalI end up with this file : SetupDeveloperStudio_23.2-64bit.exeI execute the file, it’s configuring the application (short loading screen). On the next step, it froze. There is 4 options at the bottom of the screen of the application, but no text appearing and the commands are not working. I waited for very long, nothing happened. Had to quit from task manager. Then I deleted the folder .developerstudioparent-installer, redownloaded the same version : still freezing. Any help would be appreciated : My windows is in 64 bits with this parameters :Version 22H2, Build 22621.2428, Professionnal versionRegards
