Outbound failures can be deleted or resolved but inbound can not. We would only like to delete inbound messages. Should have the same options as the outbound. Requested by Wanda and Michelle. MLGW first asked for this option 09.14.22-MLGW Internal# MDT-1387

In previous versions (23r2) the LTU xml file for Mobile work order could be downloaded from the Product Release information pages in MyIFS.For 24r1, this no longer seems to be the case.Where do we get the LTU file from?

Hi,Does anyone use openvpn mobile client along with mWO Service Engineer? Our mobile workforce use this combination to connect to Cloud 23R2. Occassionally, many of them run in to the following error upon log on to mWO.App reset doesn’t fix it. Only known work around is restarting the phone. Has been happening for many versions of mWO - which is why I think it could be related to the openvpn - but not too sure.TIA.  

Hey all, Recently we created a new entity that needs to appear in ifs mwo mobile (ServiceEngApp).But after following the steps in the file IFS Cloud - MWO demystified (24R1), the mobile app is stuck initializing, with the following error in the logs: Initialize entity data failed: java.lang.NullPointerException.We did the following things:Created entity Added to ServiceEngApp projection   Added Sync Rule Yet, Mobile is stuck initializing:

The SSL Certificate has expired for Touch Apps Server.We need to renew the SSL Certificate for Touch Apps Server.Besides clicking on the PFX file and importing it, have stopped and started IIS and rebooted the actual server.Is there anything else we need to do?Thank you.

In 24R1, we seem to loose the ability to create the service request and service quotation on a MWO for the Old  Generation Service Solution.I can’t find on a release note that this was intentional. Can anyone confirm whether this is a bug or whether this functionality is now fully removed ?

Hi all,In IFS MWO Service 10. Our technicians can see the field “Long description” that is generated on WT from the PM actions “Work description”. However, the field “Job description”, that is generated on PM action (via work template) and connected WT is not displayed in MWO.How do we achieve this?Thank you.

Hi All,In IFS MWO Service app, there is a tile called ‘Mobile Integration’.What does this do and what are the capabilities of this functionality.

Hello all, Yesterday we had IFS Apps 10 update 7 deployed in our live system, after that we can see many background jobs for below description. NotifyMe - Refresh markdowns. - API name  →   Supplier_Inv_Notification_API.Refresh_Markdowns NotifyMe - Register notifications. - API name → Supplier_Inv_Notification_API.Register_Notifications I know it’s related to manual supplier invoices.  Does any one know how to control these new background job? Is there any configuration for this? Can anyone explain this? Thank you.

HelloI have updated SSL certificate using installer in IFS App 10Certificate is updated successfully but few deployments are in Failed status, tried to restart from Admin console but didn’t help.Getting 404 - Not found Error, While trying to login application. I know its because of ifsapp-main is failed. Please help.

How do you handle the costs for different time types when using Resource Groups and Job Rate Management?For example, we have a Resource Group ‘Engineers’ which allow you to add one cost value and sales part value.  We then assign work to engineers within that resource group via Mobile Work Order.When the engineer books their time they select one of the following time types - Standard, 1.5x, 2x, depending on their contractual hours.How does the costs associated with those time types get added to the work order if the resource group only has one cost assigned to it?  Similarly, how does the sales part relating to the time type get added to the work order to ensure the customer is charged the appropriate rate?

Hi everyone,I need some clarification regarding the purchase part process for mobile users. If we create a purchase part on the mobile users' site and add a supplier for that purchase part (PP), will it automatically sync to the purchase_part table in DB viewer?Or are there any prerequisites needed to ensure these purchase parts appear in the MWO users' purchase_part table in DB viewer?NOTE: the created inventory part can be visible in Inventory_part table.I have run the refresh all inventory part database scheduled task as well. Still the PP cannot be seen.User is not connected to any warehouse. (Even he is not connected, some old purchase parts are visible in purchase_part table, newly created ones are not synced) Hope this is an issue with the data set up.Thanks!
