Hi All,

I tried to do some page configurations related to MWO. Then I saw that there some entities in “Apps for Page Designer - Service Engineer” which cannot be seen in “Entity” page or “Entity Configuration” page. As an example “OnlineEventLog” entity seen under “Task Events”. Cant we do any page configurations associated to those entities?

TIA.

Hi,

I think it’s possible. You can see those entities under “Entity Details” page in Aurena.
And those entities were created using main entities.

ex: entity OnlineEventLog using EventLog

So go to main entity in “Entity Configuarion” and add/publish custom attributes there and try to add and publish them through page designer.

Hi @dirolk

Thanks for the reply. It seems some entities related to MWO can be seen in Entity details only. Is it?

Further, I can see even log in my work details page in Apps for Page Designer - Service engineer.

However, when I go to the Page Designer mode, I cannot see anything related to it.

Currently, event log can be seen in the MWO under Task Events. Relevant place in Apps for Page Designer is below.

When I’m trying to bring event log in to the work details to show some manual events. Then an error appears.

Any idea?

@kasunhp you cannot see anything about Events in Page Designer because the Attachments area is populated dynamically based on Object Connections (see https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/24r2/040_tailoring/225_configuration/500_object_connections/#object_connections)

I believe it’s not possible to bring the Task Events into Work Task Details. In fact, Task Events looks like an online Entity, am I correct @dirolk?

Best regards,

Rukmal

Hi @dirolk

It seems we cannot do changes with page designer with those online entities. Right?
