Hello!

We are implementing 24R2 for a client specializing in ETO fleet solutions, covering Manufacturing, Finance, SCM, HR, and EAM. The client operates three sites: two plants and one branch office. One of the plants also handles customer service requests for warranties, preventive maintenance (PMs), and contracts.

My Question: What are the pros and cons of having a separate site for customer services to maintain a customer-owned fleet from the perspectives of Manufacturing, SCM, and Finance?
