Hello, We are currently having this issue in PSO. We created several regions and connected for the beginning three resources to the regions. However, they are shown as duplicates on the gantt. In this case, resources 457, 464 and 494 are shown above, as if they wouldn’t belong to any regions and also under the current region. We deleted the resources, created them again, as usually, but nothing worked until now. Do you have any ideas here? Thank you,Iulia

Hi all, We are planning on switching to Tech Portal next week and then turning off mWO. Just want to know what are the areas you’d suggest to safely and completely turn off mWO so that the system won’t unnecessarily process sync jobs etc. We are on Cloud 23R2

Hello,   We are using IFS 8 SP1+ with 2 managed server with an external load balancer as netscalar. We are getting error in 4 to 5 min “Database session has been expired. Please restart client application” on many screens. We have Dedicated session timeout is 5400, Ideal time parameter of Oracle profile is set to unlimited. Also netscalar timeout is set to 10 Min. Does anyone came  across same issue or help us to identify the issue where else we can check for this timeout parameter apart from above mentioned.   Thanks in Advance

I am currently trying to make a field (toggle button) visible in a fragment using Developer Studio.I noticed that I am unable to use the $SEARCH and $REPLACE method to update the “visible” property of one field that is part of a group within the fragment file.I have two questions:Does this mean I have to overtake the whole group just to update this one field? In the fragment file, I also noticed that using “Override” for a group doesn’t allow me to call “super”. Does that mean if I use “Override” on an existing group, my block of code will always be added after the core fields/lovs within the group?EDIT: I tested out just using “Override” on the group and only mentioned the specific field I wanted to update. After generating and deploying my -cust file, I checked the build place DEV client and my button is now visible.Does this mean that the preferred method to updating a specific field’s property (visible, editable..etc.) is using “Override” instead of “Overtake”? As it seems that Ove

We are running Apps 10 Update 11In the Aurena interface is there a way to search for a date that is say 3 days in the future? An example would be in Inventory Part In Stock and we want to find any items that expire in the next 3 days.In IEE I would use the advances/SQL query and use something like EXPIRATION_DATE <= trunc(sysdate)+3I’m trying to figure out how to replicate what we currently do in IEE in Aurena. Not that we are migrating to the cloud version immediately, but it’s going to happen sooner or later.

Hi all,I am quite new to IFS Cloud 24R2 and I would like to ask if it is possible to add CF to Routings - OPERATIONS.  When i run “Page designer” i can see the name of the entity: RoutingOperation.Am i right???  But I am not able to find this entity in “Entity Configuration”. The only entity simmilar is RoutingOperationList and it says: “This Entity cannot have Custom Attributes”.  Is it really impossible to add CF to “Routing” - “OPERATIONS”??ThanksJan

Hi IFS Community team,I am supporting a managed service-esque company with an IFS PSO Implementation that has now gone live. As part of this, we would like the event definitions for each of the event IDs for management as part of their managed services processes. In another case, this was handled by the MessageTexts.xml file for PSO v6.12. Please could someone kindly provide this file for both PSO v6.14 and v6.15?This will be a huge help. Thanks in advance,Ben

We have a Vendor - multiple that we no longer use. I am not able to change their status to in-active in the vendor center as they have purchase req’s already associated to them. Is there another way to remove them from the selection list of vendors? All of the associated PR’s are fulfilled, so one would think you could make that change.

Hi Community,I was trying to approve a FMEA and getting the error below:Anybody knows how to fix this and get the FMEA approved? I was unable to find an option to update or calculate the Max Risk Priority Number.

Hi,I am playing around with the Shipment Orders functionality and I have seen in other topics here that it is possible to receive items via the Register Arrival screen but the shipment orders are not being displayed. I have tried creating a Shipment Order using the Material Requisition tab from a Request Work Task (with the Supply Code = Service Location), as well as manually (from Site to Remote Warehouse). In none of the cases are the shipment orders shown in Register Arrival screen. Am I missing any configuration? I am using 24R2.Thanks

Hi ExpertsIn IFS app10 there use to be a direct offset possibilty. In CLOUD I am able to see that there are offset posibilities but cannot directly offset them out of the payment proposal. I cannot open a second window with the manual offset, since IFS gives an error message that these invoices are used in a payment proposal.  Any idea to offset them from the payment propsal window?

HI Expert, I'm in the process of creating a custom LOV filtration. there I added new custom LU to hold  some basic data, where you can match object level and object types, I have added a fndboolean field to set the record status as allowed or not   Then I  Created a reference field to this LU in Functional object entity, now I'm going to add that as a lov field in the functional object page and filter based on the object level attached to the functional object (This works perfectly) additionally I want to filter the LOV based on the Allowed toggle button, as soon as i add that into data source addgreget ref I'm getting the below error.   any idea to resolve this ?Kind Regards!Niyo

In core MWO application, there are some functionalities only available in the MWO navigator section, not as separate tiles (Ex: My Misc Allocations, My Work calendar). However, if mwo users wish to see them as tiles we can add it via Navigator designer. But the problem is that when the new tiles are added, they are being added to the mwo navigator as well. Therefore, they end up as duplicates in the mwo navigator. Is there a way to keep only one entry in mwo navigator, such as hiding unnecessary items from navigator? So the questions are; how do get the standard items to be visible in the Dasbhoard OR how do I remove the standard items from the Navigator? Thanks and Regards,

Greetings!I was performing a Interim Demand Header evaluation and an error came up. Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it? This is run on IFS Apps 10

Normally using StrTranslate function we can translate given text, but when we have a comma in the text it will not translate the string beyond that poiint. It will skip the remaining part of the text. E.g:-‘Please translate me, I have a comma’ vldtstr:strTranslate(../../../tns:PROCESSING_INFO/tns:FORMATTING_OPTIONS/tns:LANG_CODE,'en,de','Please translate me, I have a comma,Bitte übersetzen Sie mich, ich habe ein Komma','Please translate me, I have a comma') Result: en: Please translate me (missing ‘, I have a comma’)de: Bitte übersetzen Sie mich (missing ‘, ich habe ein Komma’)
