We are facing issue while trying to trigger a BR. The BR is triggering on Contract table and based on some requirement we are posting the contract through perform_review_and_post_contract MPM.

Error in IFS lobby Cube server - Tabular

Hey guys, I am working on cube server and testing IFS Lobby with it. When I try to test my elements on the lobby, after few tests I get below error (Fig 1) in the slicer and find no values in the lobby (Fig 2).  Fig 1 Fig 2 However, when I restart IFS application, it somehow works. I also, get some kind of error (Fig 3) in data source designer as well and I believe, this error is connected to above error. Fig 3

Error in Data Source Designer "CUBE" - XSD type

Hey guys,  I am working on data source type “Cube” > Cube Server “Tabular”.  I am trying to insert few measures in the table, whose data formats are percentage with 2 decimal values. However I keep getting below error.   I have no clue what does it mean. Can anyone help me with this?

How to find out which tables contain a certain column

Hi!As I said in the title, I need to know which table contains a specific column. Would the following query work for that? Lobby Element in Aurena not linking to data.

I created a simple lobby with a single element that takes the count of a data source that filters Purchase orders by STATE = ‘Complete’ (Status, Shown as STATE within the Columns for some reason)Within the element designer i have “Use data source condition” ticked and when viewing the lobby from EE the link works. When viewing in Aurena i cannot click the link. Is there a reason for this? I Even on the Application owner account with full permissions it won’t work. The Element / Lobby are  both set to Aurena .

How do you default list view and table view columns

How do I set the default columns that user sees when they create a Purchase Requisition, and add Part Lines. I want a field that is not in the default selection to be visible for input for ALL users by default. If they choose to overwrite and hide, fine, but by default I want it there to revert back to.

Formatting issue in Schedule BR

HI Team,when I schedule my BR to be send by mail (Report Archive ticked as shown below) and save it in a trust location ==> the report loose his excel formatting (bold, Highligh) but when I run directly from IFS or Business Report , it is all good and formatted. Any idea WHy ?Thans

Unable to retrieve parameters- Crystal Web Service

Hi Everyone,We recently installed crystal web service(x64 bit setup) in one of our client’s server and pointed it to IFS cloud (22R1 Update5) application. We are facing two issues when we are checking the web service functionality after the installation.When we test the web service with a sample layout pointing to the CR layouts location, it doesn’t return a binary response to indicate the connection between the Crystal web service and crystal report. When we execute a crystal report through application, it returns an error like below.  Appreciate your thoughts on this. Thanks!.

Sorting issue in BR report

Soring on one specific column on an Business report is not working, seems excel is working fine but there is some issue in this BR report design on a specific column, Can able to sort other columns easily , may you please assist.

SQL join error, what am i missing

Individual Efficiencies / IFS10

Would like to find a way to track individual efficiencies: operations, lines received, lines picked, etc. Is there a way to do this using query builder or some other means of tracking efficiencies of employees?

Error - Auto Grating of Permissions to all Permissions sets when Publishing Quick Reports

We have noticed that Auto Grating of Permissions when Publishing Quick reports In our UAT and PROD environments.We this this is a security issue and it should be corrected ; as per the current setup when publishing Quick reports , it will modify FND permissions and adding quick reports to the Core Permissions sets and other all permissions sets in the system

Hi, I want to create a custom field under “Work Task” which auto populates the id of the person which closes the ticket. Need guidance regarding this. Need to know If there is any field which is by-default given by IFS which we can use for the above purpose. ThanksMani Shankar

Work Task WIP handling when error not identified at year end

We have situations where reported faults may need quite some investigations before the origin of the error is identified. In such cases we wish to be able to enter an intermediate pre-posting against the work tasks which will be updated once the true cause is identified.In the normal case this is not an issue, but at year end we will want these intermediate work task cost postings to be posted to the balance sheet. Is there any way we can do that to just selected work tasks or is there a clever way to do it? We do not want all our work task postings registered as WIP.@Thommy : Would you have any input on this?

Is Field in Ad-Hoc Report translateable?

Hi community,can fields of Ad-Hoc report be translated? I created an ad-hoc report from a custom view.  In metadata label-message-id is added for each field.I created message translation type Label and Report Label for the messages. Columns of ad-hoc report are still not translated. How to get the columns of ad-hoc report translated? Thanks in advance for your feedback. ~Juni

Filter in Business Reporter after the repeater

Hi Expertsi have created a Report of fix Assets object Transactions. Now i have objects (rows) where the total value of the obect at the starting periods are 0. That means the total of the object transactions equals 0  Is there a Solution or workarround how to filter these Rows from the report automatically? I tried to preset a filter in the design but it didnt work. The filter gets deleted as soon as you run the report  I also tried to add a advanced filter on the repeater and also on the field

How can I know various tables in which my cloud data is stored? I created some sites, service requests, work tasks etc. & now I want quick reporting on them, so how can I know in which table that info is stored so that I can use SQL statement?

Business Reporter Issues - Creating information source's from IAL'S

Hi Everyone,  I was wondering if anyone else has come across issues when creating custom information sources and dimensions. When ever i create one from an IAL i find the filters in business reports utility don’t seem to work and i end up filtering my fields in the IAL before converting it to info source.  If anyone else has a solution or idea for me to try please feel free to let me know. ThanksCameron

api for exchange rate

I am trying to create a MTD sales summary for a Lobby.  We have two companies.  One uses USD and the other uses Korean KRW.  We have currency rates in the system for the conversion of USD to KRW.  Is there an api to get the currently active exchange rate?
