Hello FSM experts,I have a business rule working correctly that fires an email if the distribution list link to the business rule uses hardcoded emails. We have tried to change the distribution list to use a Wild Card instead. The requirement is that an invoice is send to the emails address located in the PLACE table. Please see the mapping in screenshot belowI have had an IFS consultant indicating that there isn’t a relationship in FSM between the PLACE table and the INVOICE table. So, I have to use the Custom Metadata to create this relationship. I have attempted to create this relationship, please see screenshot belowUnfortunately, the email still does not get triggeredPlease let me know if I am in the right track creating this link in the Custom Metadata.Best regardsMiguel

Hi everyone,I’ve noticed that the drag and drop area is not enabled when the IFS Aurena Extension (Aurena Agent)  is installed and enabled for the environment the customer is working on. I understand that this is not a bug, but rather a feature. From what I gather, this is partly due to security restrictions in modern web browsers. Can anyone provide more details on these security restrictions? Specifically, why does drag and drop functionality conflict with the Aurena Agent?I found some related information in this article, but I have a customer who is curious to hear more insights and experiences from the community. Hello,I want to take a document connected to a screen together with the pdf report output. What I want is available for the Work Instruction Report. However, I want to do this for the Shop Order Report shown in the image I added. I want to do this by creating a new custom menu and linking the pdf report to this menu. Can you help me with how to do this? Is it possible to do this without development? 

Since moving to IFS cloud, I can no longer delete print jobs in status ‘Error’ or in status ‘Remote working’.The error message given is:“The Print Job “1489559” is used by 1 rows in another object (PDF Archive).”We have had quite a lot of issues with printouts and print agent, which have resulted in a lot of jobs gettings stuck in status ‘Error’.In v10 we had a function called ‘Report Document Archive’, where i think the actual PDF was stored? This is no longer available in cloud, I can’t go there to remove the PDF. And I can’t delete the printout in ‘Report Archive’. Most of the printouts have already been removed from ‘Report Archive, automatically, because the ‘Expire Date’ is only one day (work instructions, labels et cetera).Am I missing something in the setup?

 When I try to clone CST to AST it is not showing the target version and no ability to enter it. Any ideas what the issue could be? It works for all other scenarios. 

When migrating project, I want to make use of the Project ID Generation Rules. I leave the project ID in the migrate source job blank, category 1 is filled, Generation rules have been set up for given category 1. All other values are catch all.Still nothing happens when running the migration. So I was wondering which API to call to set the api in the defaul value of the project id, so it would generate the id when migration job runs.Anyone an idea which api to call? I would prefer to know the parameters as well, although less important for now.BTW: rule works perfect when entering a project via the project definition form

Hello,I have an activity that I want to delete that has a baseline.  When I try, i get an error that “The Activity is used by 1 rows in another object (Project Baseline Detail).I thought we used to have a selection that said to “exclude from project baseline” but in 21R2, I don’t see that selection.How do I go about deleting an activity if it has a baseline?Thank youPatrick

Hi all, aim :Send the results of quick report created as a Application Server Task by email with the defined Locale/language on the task.Issue: We have created the Application Server Task and given the Locale as German, once the task is added to a Scheduled database task (which the task Language is also set to German) the records on the resulting excel document is still in English.The same SQL statement was setup as a normal Quick Report and export as Excel, then we can get the records in German. Do you have any idea how we can get the results in defined language from the Application Server Task.Appreciate your valuable input to resolve this issue.Thank you!

Hi all I am trying to look for a way in which i can stop users selecting the wrong code part values while raising transactions such as Purchase orders, we have specific rules in our chart of accounts where certain cost centres should not be used with certain sites etc. I have yet to find documentation on anything that can stop these type of transactions. In Oracle i used cross validation rules to stop this from taking place but i currently dont see this as something in IFS, We are currently on apps10 upgrading to cloud.Any suggestions ?

Hi all,I’m having an issue with lov list filter for the “Find” page for the New Request (24R1)With the page designer it is working fine dinamically; this is, when the first level is chosen, then the second level it is filtered based on the ParentId (1st level, CustActivityType Id) and so on. But, when I’m applying the same logic for the “Find” page it is not working as expected (New Request)Clickin on the “Find” it will open the “Find page”It should be shown a list of values (base on the parentId, CustActivityTypeId)If I’m hardcoding the value it works, but of course this is not the solution. Thanks

We know that FSM is already supported when loaded on MS Windows 2022 Server and also supporting MS SQL Server 2022 (for on premise installation).Wondering why PSO has not been updated to also support the lastes version of MS Server and MS SQL Server. As of now, the PSO version 6.12.0.14 is only supported on MS Server 2019 and MS SQL 2019. Wondering if the future PSO version 6.13 (that will be released in the summer) will be supported on MS Server 2022 and MS SQL Server 2022.  

The latest PSO installation guide references only as far as Windows Server 2019.When will Windows Server 2022 be supported?

Hi, We have used same wild card certificate certificate from GoDaddy and used in both IFS Cloud and PSO.They are accessible only within the corporate network. When setting up the integration from “IFS Optimization Framework Configuration Assistant” it throws below error. Validating IFS Cloud callback URL failed. I have multiple documents that needs to be attached to multiple customers. Is there a way to add in bulk to all required customers or is the only way to go to each customer record individually and add the document attachment?

Hello,we are working on IFS 10, on Project Navigator->employee allocation we have a field called % Allocated.(Screen attached). the values coming on the screen is in decimals where as it should come in %.e.g 0.11 should be 11%.The % sign is not coming. can any one suggest on the same REgardsPankaj

Hi Team,I need to validate the bus number against the registration number. So, I was using the below query. The issue is that when I add an integer value to the bus number field, the registration number gets populated, but I also want the registration number to be shown when I enter a string value in the bus number field then also registration no should populate in mobile application.below find the reference of query and mobile screen attachment.
