If user has an approved vacation day but he needs to work for some urgent requirements and then if he reports respective job hours for the same day, how can we get hcm results with vacation as well as job hours (user worked) as per the day type ?

 

@pradnyampawar : Employee cannot be on leave and on working during same period of time. Following could be correct approach.

  1. Cancel the approved leave. Record the no. of hours worked by employee during the day and for remaining period absence hours can be put into absence.
  2. Or enter the no. of hours worked during the absence day as outside working hours.
