Hello, I am currently working with the IFSCRMCompanion mobile app and would like to implement a BPA that sets default values for language and country(France) when adding a Lead.As an example, I have added a BPA by specifying the projection name and the screen function to add a Lead. However, the BPA does not seem to trigger as expected. The BPA works correctly in IFS Cloud using the same projections and calls. However, it does not seem to trigger on the mobile app, even though the setup is the same. Could you please provide guidance on how to properly configure or troubleshoot this BPA to ensure it activates on the mobile app? Thank you in advance for your support. Best regards,

In doing some testing, I’ve noticed some strange behavior with the rebate functionality where Final Rebates are being calculated when minimum Sales Target have not been reached.Environment: 24R1 SU2Business Scenario:Rebate Criteria: Percentage Agreement Type: Use All Sales Parts Periodic Settlement: N/A Final Settlement: Yearly Customer Hierarchy: Will be used.  Deal for all Sales Part Periodic Rebate, Rebate Cost are set to 0% Final Settlement is set as Min Sales: 10,000 – Final Rebate: 4% Min Sales: 20,000 – Final Rebate: 5% Test Cases:Create Customer Order with a total of $100. Reserve, Pick, Ship, Invoice Rebate Transaction is created as expected Run Final Settlement Selecting the Agreement and Date A settlement gets created for $4. Why is a settlement getting created for $4 when the target sales minimum is 10,000 I’ve also reviewed the Aggregate_Final_Settlement function, but nothing jumps out at me to further investigate why this is the noticed behavior.  Has anyone else

When trying to do "Database Open" and "Reload", Advance Planning Board (APB) gets loaded to the stage "CBS Schedule Successful Loaded" then the Advance Planning Board gets crashed and closed down.Steps followed:Following steps were followed to load the “Shop Orders” in the APB.   When trying to reload from the database APB gets crashed and closed down after the following screens.  Version of the APB client: When checked the APB logs there were not any error entries.For further reference those logs were attached below. 

Hello,Is there a way on IFS to possibly receive a purchase order automatically when a purchase order is created?Actually,, we create a po on the po page, liberate the po and need to go to the register arrival page for reception. I am attempting my first client script. We curently have a button on the Request screen that runs the START_WORK_FLOW MPM on the Smart Client. This does not work in the web client as I am told it must be triggered via a Client Script. I have attempted a basic script to do this as shown below.  However it errors as follows.  The syntax I have used I think mirrors what I have seen in other examples. Equipment downtime can be entered while the status of the Work task is updated to Work done by enabling the downtime per work type category. However it will not be allowed to modify the data once saved. How the typo errors/wrong information can be corrected?

We are in 23R1.  Do to our partner situation we are unable to easily make changes thru the build place.  At IFS Unleashed, we were told to use IFS Rest API.  As shown below, we do not have that option.  Is there anyway in 23R1 to call a non-IFS api?  What am I missing?  We are an on-premise setup and the api I would like to call is in the IFS DB as a custom api.  It was not deployed thru the build place and I can not see it in the BPA and it manually entered, I get a not found error.  

 When doing a production receipt, quantity 1000 can be received while 2000 generates an error. The only difference the received quantity, no idea why it is related to characters.   

Hi All,facing an issue with modelling data i have one dataset under the dataset mapped two teams and each team have 10 members and resource type has fixed services. when i loaded the dataset from fsm to pso i could see other team resource in my dataset  verified  schedule parameters everything fine not sure how resources loaded in to PSO. Hi All,We controlled supplier schedule to part XXXXXXXXXXX and find out, that there are displayed 2 Supplier schedules 131, 132- but there should be only supplier schedule 132.Is there any possibility to change the status of 131 Supplier schedule from transferred to superceeded.Kindly assist if anyone knows?Thanks!
