Report issue in FSM getting access denied error while generating report

Hi All,

while generating report getting below error  not able to figure it out from where this issue is occurring.

Kindly suggest how to fix this.

Hi!

Are you the only user seeing this or is it the same for everyone? If yes, there might be an issue with the folder permissions. Check the FSM Server Log for a full error message and then check if the respective folder has the required permissions so IIS can process the request. e.g. if you are using a domain account for the FSM App Server you need to provide access to the reports folder for that account as well. Also, if this is a load balanced environment you may also check the recommendations (in the FSM Installation Guide) for setting up reports folder in such an environment.

yes we got the issue its a access issue no write access to the folder in load der balancer.
