Hello community,Does anyone knows the logic behind the calculation of those fields? Sometimes it’s the same and sometimes is not. The schedule of the employee is 39 hours per week and the absence configuration is working hours.But I don’t understand the difference between them in some cases.Regards,

Hi All,I’ve been doing some testing with IFS Cloud cluster setup in 24R2. The issue I’m facing is that kubeconfig is only created for one node, even though 3 nodes are defined. Due to this limitation, powershell cannot connect and issue any kubectl commands if the first node is down.My expectation was that the kube config would include all 3 nodes or at least have 3 config files, but it doesn’t appear to be the case. What is the process to manage kubenetes when the first node is down? What is the way around of this?

We had an issue over the weekend.  we went from Standard Time to Daylight Savings time.  From about 1AM to 3:00AM the time on our Time Clock and the Time on the Shop Floor Workbench did not match.  The Shop Floor Workbench was 1 hour ahead of the Time Clock.  During this time operators could not clock into jobs on the SFW because it said: “Start time for a clocking cannot be a future time.”  Once the actual time change occurred, this error fixed itself.Do the SFW and the Time Clock get their times from separate places?We are on Apps 10.

Issue:  We are receiving an error when saving a new line on a Customer Order that is pulling the price from a Customer Agreement if there is not a Sales Price List also connected to the Customer for that part. We would expect to be able to add and save the line since the price is valid for the Customer Agreement.We previously were able to enter a new line for a part that is on a Customer Agreement even if the part is not on a Price List that is connected to that Customer. This is generated in the clients environment  

Hello,On a customer's environment in IFS 7 we can't find the option “Part Cost” to adjust the price of an Inventory Part, while using IFSAPP account. Do you have any idea what could cause this issue and how this can be enabled?Regards,

Is there any reason why multiple Build-Homes can’t be used in the Remote Use Place to manage multiple Middle Tiers? For example, one Windows server would have multiple “ifsroot” directories, each one would be pointing at a different set of servers.I have found the following article Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on IFS Cloud Remote Deployment | IFS Community however it is 3 years old and refers to 22R1; does the same apply i.e. Logging would be the only issue or has that changed in later releases?

Hi All, There is an option to Edit Location when creating a New Work from MWO.  When we change it to Yes, we can provide details related to a location.  But, I cannot find anything related to given address in the created work task or work order in the back office? At where these given details are saved?We have a requirement of defining new location details when creating a New Work. If this can be used it is really helpful.TIA.

Hello, Can anyone provide some context and detail on the Skills options/settings in the PSO ARP please? How are the “In use costs” and In use multipliers” best used?What are their designed use cases?What are the recommended settings for trial usage? I am hoping they can help us solve an issue: When we need to utilize a large crane truck, we hope to add more similar (crane dependent) work onto that same run for the day. This should of course be balanced against excessive travel distances to achieve similar work, but when using such a vehicle, it pays to maximise its specialist application, and then perhaps not use it at all on other runs. This would be better than needing to use the large crane truck every day for just 1 crane specific job a day. While other service work which does not require a crane truck can be done from that large crane asset, it is a better use of vehicles to use them primarily for their designed function.Thanks

Specifically, is there a way to track changes to these elements, similar to document revisions?Additionally, I’m looking for a method to automatically send modified media elements to an external server whenever they are updated. Hello all,We need to make refunds to our customers and we plan to do it through the purchasing process. The goal is to create a purchase order per customer refund, then receive this purchase order and create an invoice in the process and then print the invoice publishing. However, we will have to receive more than 800 orders and we would like to know if it is possible in IFS to receive several hundred purchase orders in bulk with a selection and insertion of the receipt reference. Hi, In IFS cloud is there a way to change the default date. For example in the customer order screen the default date for the field wanted delivery date is set to the current date, is there a screen in IFS Cloud were we can manually choose what the default date is set to? Instead of using current date we would like to change it to something like a week from today (SYSDATE + 7)

I am trying to create a Quick Report that will show all inventory receipts from the previous day. Below is my current query. I want to add a WHERE clause so I will only see records where the ARRIVAL_DATE is yesterday. I have tried several different ways to accomplish this and have not been able to figure it out yet. I want to rent out a non-inventory sales part.  The order is released and I’ve moved it to a Reserved status using quick order flow.  When I go to add an event, start event in my case, the lower section is blank.  Is there something special that must be done when renting a non-inventory sales part?

Community, We are on APP10 UPD 9. We would like to have packaged parts to be supplied by internal supplier, on supplier code, we would like to make it “Intl Purchase Trans/Dir”, but system prompted error. it is not allowed to do this for package part.wondering how to make this happen. as we have to use package part this structure. 1 package structure contains 13 lines, and total order qty is 44 packaged parts, delivery in different dates. It is a nightmare if we don’t use package parts and do one by one on the customer order line.want to borrow your brain. Thank you.
