Hi Team,Requirement is to transfer Budget Allowance from one Sub-Project to another Sub-Project within the same Project.I tried to use EAC Workbench functionality for Budget Transfer but currently not getting any option to add a line under Transferred To in Budget Transfer dialog box.Please find the attached screenshot for reference.Just wanted to know am I missing any Prerequisite setup or is this a permission issue? Thank you in advance. Best Regards,Rakesh

One of the options on a non-inventory sales part is to have it replaced by another part. This works great on a customer order. One is correctly notified that a replacement part was found and automatically the new replacement part is overwriting the entered sales part.However, on a sales contract we have the Revision and Items. This allows to include also a non-inventory sales part, but the replacement part is not checked. Resulting that an incorrect part is used. One is not even notified of the replacement part number to be used.One should really deactivate the replaced non-inventory sales part in order to overcome delivery of an ‘old’ part.Anyone that can help me understand what the logic behind this is?

Hi ExpertsOne of our Customers asked if there is an default Value setting for the external voucher Assistant? For example: After I start the External voucher Assistant… the next window is loading and the Values must be set manually. is it possible to set the defaults value somewhere? the only thing i see is set the load type as default. What about the User group and Company? 

Hi All,We attempted to customize the standard component, but due to a developer's mistake, the 'cust' folder was incorrectly renamed (from 'straco' to 'starco') and submitted to the Customer Solution Repository. After the sanity build, we noticed this mistake, so we deleted the incorrect 'cust' folder (starco) and resubmitted the correct one (straco). However, when we performed another sanity build, the following error occurred. It seems that the old folder (starco) wasn’t deleted. But when we checked the master branch, we couldn’t find the old folder (starco). Do you have any suggestions? Thank you!Best regards,Feng

We had a situation where the same po receipt was matched and invoiced on 2 separate invoices.  How can this happen?  At what point is the matched receipt no longer available to be matched?  

Hi,We produce chemicals and each part has its Product Structure and some components-part type for these are Purchased (raw)-have alternante components. We use the screen Simulate Material Availability though we can’t seem to view the availability of the alternante component and there are no options to change one component for its alternante and view the overall availability. Cheers !

Hi,  I want to create a Service Contract Line automatically as soon as the service contract is created. I have created a workflow with two steps as follows:  Step 1: Fetch the Service Contract (Header) details   Step 2: Create Service Contract Line using API  I am not getting any error but it doesn’t create the Service Line as well.  Really appreciate - any quick guidance or support. We have a customer set up for Advance Invoices requiring prepayment before the order will process.  The order was created, the advance invoice created and the order blocked.  Then the scheduled task to Batch Create Invoices picked it up and invoiced for the full amount.  The customer master record has the “Advance Invoice Full Paid Check” turned on.  How can an order that is blocked be invoiced?

Hi everyone, We are producing and selling large configurable parts. Depending to the configuration of the product, the Customs Statistic No is not everytime the same. We didn’t found any way to set up this correctly (the Customs Statistic No is fixed for a defined invetory part, on a specific site). Did anyone faced this kind of issue already ? Do you have any advice to deal with this kind of problem ?

Hi, When trying to inactivate parts on a supplier agreement via an excel-addin the customer gets the following message on some partsORA-20110: SelfServProcCatProduct.SELFCATNOTALLOWDELETE: Deletion is not permitted when the status is ObsoleteThe parts are connected to catalogs in Self service procurement portal and there are parts in the same catalog, agreement and assortment that could be inactivated and now I´m out of ideas of what the issue is. Hi IFS Community,does anyone know how to correctly create Serial Object from manufactured part, which is supplied by PMRP?IFS Corporation states in the official help page, that Tags are automatically created when material received, if the the part is enabled for Serial Tracking (please read the help page topic "Assign Tag Numbers on Items"), but even if you Complete the Item, nothing happen in this case.So, in this case, I am forced to go either to the Shop Order, which was generated by the PMRP algorithm, or straight to the Shipment, where proceed items/parts were reserved and issued, to find their serial number. (Why can not the IFSAPP10 offer these "shipped" serial numbers in the Tags tab definition?)Another thing is that the IFSAPP10 in this case does not even allow me to define ONLY serial numbers, it requires ALSO definition of Tag No. This fact leads to the top item being defined as a Functional Object (not a Serial Object), in Equipment window.Is there any step in the procedure

I want to add a new field named zip_code in the IFS Report Designer. To do this, I have already added a function and XML in the RPI file. I tested the function and its parameters in SQL, and the zip_code result was returned correctly. However, after saving the RPI file, the zip_code field still does not appear in the IFS Report Designer.I have saved the changes, and there were no error indications. At this stage, I also downloaded the schema in IFS CRP and tried to add it in the IFS Report Designer, but there is no layout available to display the zip_code.Did I miss a step that is causing the zip_code field not to appear when I try to add it? 

Hi everybody, when a user wants to re-print a customer invoice was originally ordered by another user. He receives the following error "the invoice has been printed by another user. He doesn't have access to this report (key report 9799)". Community, anyone know what is the DB file behind this report?  or is it a joint file?  I would like do a SQL query aganist this/these DB files. 

HiWe are looking for a way of dividing the acquisition account in to  acquisition, sale, scrap etc. For financial reporting it is necessary to have this separated and as IFS is created to have these transactions on one account on the balance sheet, it is difficult to split. The transaction codes can be used to some extent, but FAP0, M92/M93 and Manual postings from Supplier Invoices are difficult to handle. Has somebody found a smart way of working with this, without doing manual reposting etc?

Hi All,Needs some help please? Finance Team have scrapped fully depreciated Fixed Assets, but they have posted to the P&L is this normal? have we processed them incorrectly?   We did not expect the entries into the P&L - Would maybe have been okay if same account, but they are not clearing down due to Cost Code and Account details   Can anyone advise?First time we have done this.

We have several large .hprof files in the temp directory of our IFS Production instance and are wondering if it’s ok to delete them or are they being used by anything.  ThanksShelley 

Can you report in on Task Bundle through the Maintenance Engineer Portal?  If not, when might this be available?
