We are currently on IFS Cloud 23R1.4 and would like to know if there are any recommendations for utilizing pallet ids within the system.  Currently we pick to the FT location and load on pallets but don’t have a way in IFS of designating a pallet ID to show what pallet the product was loaded to.  

Hi!We have some new users in a new site where we have a problem that default lobby is always picking wrong site and company for the user. We save the right ones, do Save profile, exit right way and again next time same wrong settings are back. I checked that personal profile picks up the same wrong ones again. Also changing them there do not help. Other users sharing the same base profile do not have this same problem.  They have the right company saved on their personal profile. Lobby element have in this element #USER_DEFAULT_SITE# #DEFAULT_COMPANY#User have only one company and site defined.

In the attachment panel, is it possible to configure commants through Page Designer?In my current research, it failed to hide the buttons in attachment,.

Customer created a custom filed with data type Enumeration with format multi.  Page designer filed properties also set to Searchable True. But the field  is not available in the Search.Many thanks for your inputs on this issue.Best regards,Uvini 

Dear Hive Mind… I’m curious what the Community approach would be to setting up a saved query to run in Customer Orders which returns orders against customers who are Credit Blocked.  Credit Block being a status on the Customer record and not in the Customer Orders view.   In Apps9 I’d be looking to use something like this in the Advanced query/SQL tab.. ifsapp.customer_credit_info_api.Get_Credit_Block ('COMPANY','CUSTOMER_NO') = 'TRUE' Is there an official approach, or one the Community favour/have used? Thanks all!Linda

IFS BeNeLux had created this Kardex (https://www.kardex.com/en/) connector in the past from IFS to Kardex.  It was an older IFS version 7 or 7.5.  Is this still available in APP10? 

Hi Not sure where else to post this, I have a client that not only wants to change a tab name(which they have done) but then change wherever the same appears in the rest of the database - just wondering how to achieve this? this is the tab and therefore the data that needs to be changed database wide. ThanksRachel

Hi,I would like to call a IFS Rest Api for an interface in Aurena Apps10UPD19.It should be a connection with OAuth 2.0 authentication using client_id and client_secret. I was able to set up Postman to get the tokenBut when I do the call it always returns Error 401I can also retreive the token like that:If I try with to connect using basic Auth it works without any problem.Has someone a solution to do this call in OAuth2 with Postman or any other tool.Thank youFabrice

Hi Everyone,New to Cloud so I have a question. In EE when I create a new record (in Business Opportunity let’s say), I can easily zoom to any fields (customer, market , ...) using F9 and take me directly to the required window.How to Zoom in Cloud directly to the basic / master data window ? Please don’t tell me that it is not available anymore.  Thanks    

Hello Community, I want to send a report output from the physical printer I defined to the server.I defined a logical printer.I also added it to the print job process (I don't know if I needed to do that)When printing from our barcode report, I select the physical printer that I have specifically defined. A print job is created in the queue. An application message is created. The print operation is successful. The screenshots are hidden in the texts. Also, "Processing Print Jobs" is in suspended status and I cannot publish it. It gives the error in the attachment. I searched in the community but could not find it. What is the solution for this? How do I do it? Best regardsBarış

Good morning.  I am still experiencing problems wrt the TR.  I have set up my TR Config as follow:Detail Approval has also been define:I created a TR.  It shows the following despite the fact that the TR amount exceeds R5000 (it is R5300) and the fact that I indicated that First Level Approval is required.  The only Expense that required Approval was Accommodation thus the Detail Approval.  The rest shows No Approval Required despite my Configuration:Anyone that can assist as to why the Configuration is not working as defined?  Many thanks.  Anya.

Hello experts, We want to show the documents attached to a specific part revision in engineering part navigator in a custom tab. Basically this will be the same as what we can see in document tab in attachment panel at the bottom of the page. However we are not sure how to filter out the documents as per the part revision. I started to create a Lobby matrix element... I created a custom field on the customer window “Prepaid Customer” with True and False values. I referenced the “Cf_Prepaid_Customer” key on the validation workflow condition. The BPA inspection tool does not read the “True” value on this custom field when it is “turned on” on the customer screen.  

We would like to use Item Styles to highlight a custom Global Code list where we hold SLA types.Following the guide below this all works fine.Is it possible to colour code based on the request status? | IFS CommunityExample below. The one exception is the PRODUCTLOOKUP screen where the Item Styles are not displayed.  It would be desirable to have the item styles displaying on the above screen. Is there any config that could be done to activate this?

Hi, Using MWO we’re able to upload pictures on work tasks as well as within surveys. All is stored within the media library, so far so good.I’ve however noticed that on a worktask you can only see pictures uploaded to the work task and on work order level you only see pictures uploaded to the workorder. You do not see all pictures associated with tasks, on the workorder level - nor do you see any pictures associated with any survey answers (but the answers seem to be tagged to the relevant work task).What is best practice to ensure a good, easy to use, overview of all media on a work order for our users? Running 23R1 on IFS Cloud (hosted by IFS).

Hello,We are in the middle of our implementation of IFS Cloud. We are currently on 24R1.How have other companies handled Vertex in their testing environments?  Our testing environment has the same Company ID as production (since we clone prod into testing), How can we make sure our invoices in the testing environment don't flow through to Vertex to the main Company ID with all our real invoices?Thanks,Nate
