Hi All,We are receiveing the below error when pulling Service Quotation API. It gets to Quote D193 Rev 1 and then this error appears"<ERROR>        {"error":        {"code":"ODP_SERIALIZATION_ERROR",            "message":"Error while serializing contents."        }        }</ERROR> If we call just Quote D193 we do not get the error. We have checked the Quote in IEE and it is no different to the previous Quote in the API Call as far as Data goes.How can we debug this? Developer has used Postman but it does not detail which field or indicate if there is a character error. Thanks,Lisa

Hello   from the documentation, I understand that the IFS instance has to be set up exclusively either as 1) enabling copy from Project Deliverables to Asset or 2)to Copy to Equipment. This setup being based on property COPY_TO_MAINTENANCE. Does it mean that once it’s defined for an IFS instance, and that Project Deliverables has been used, then it should stay as it is? Does it means that it’s not possible to run both flows in the same instance? Thanks

Hello,  For my external customer invoices, I have a file with multiples invoicing lines but at the posting, I have only one line here is an example as you can see attached below.The posting lines has the same amount wich is the sum of all the invoice item lines What is the best practise of migrating customer invoices with multiple lines regarding the postings ? Best regards

Hi All, Just noticied that our sync_rules that are ACTIVE and set to BATCH_DELTA are not automatically syncing at the set interval (24 hours), even though the table data has changed. Any ideas, why this would be? Thanks

HI, I have created some shifts in the following way:Each Shift is divided into 3 parts:1. 00:00 - 07:00    Manual only2. 07:00 - 15:30    Overtime (0.5)3. 15:30 - 00:00    Manual onlyHowever, what I see in the Dispatch Console is not consistent with what I created in Ifs Cloud. There is an overtime in DC even when not required.In addition there is a difference between PSO and Dispatch Console. In PSO overtime is entered correctly, however I can't see a shift (15:30-00:00), even though this information is received correctly by PSO. Any idea why and how I can fix this? IFS Cloud VS PSOShift of 1st row in PSODetail of Shift in IFS Cloud 

We are encountering an issue with the launchEmailApp() function in our mobile client script. On MDM-managed devices, the function displays an error message: “No email client installed.” However, it works correctly on unmanaged devices. Current Behavior:The function works on unmanaged devices but fails on MDM-managed devices, displaying the error message.Additional Information:We are using Intune MDM. The native Apple Mail app is not managed by our company portal. The restriction “Block viewing corporate documents in unmanaged apps: Yes” causes the error. The IFS App currently only tries to use the Apple Mail app, which is not managed.Summary:Mail app launches on unmanaged iOS devices. Mail app doesn’t launch on managed iOS devices.Analysis by MDM Team:The native Apple Mail app is not managed by the company portal. Hi!We are trying the following scenario. We have Work task template 1 (WTT 1)And PM Action 1 (PM 1) WTT 1 have no material PM 1 have material called (Part 123) If we create a new revision on WTT then update the PM action “replace obsolete revison on PM action”, then the material will disappear on the PM action. Why is that?IFS10 Update 20

Hi All, Currently on Apps 10 - when a user cancels a sales quotation, the lines on the charges tab dissapear. Is there any way to prevent this happening? It is useful to see what the charges were should a user want to review the quote for any reason.

We are currently planning to launch MWO, but have noticed that a user gets logged out whenever it gets any error message in the application.If you are trying to add a tool that is already in use = logged out If you are trying to access a document but are missing the access right = logged outSo in order to continue the action you were trying to execute, you first need to go back to the home screen, press synchronize and log in again.This seems like a very strange error handling in the MWO and would just like to check if anyone else have experienced the same type of issue.We are testing the latest version of the MWO App (24.8.1292.0) 

Hello,does anyone have a tip on whether it is possible to query the “Engineering Revision Transfer Actions” queue via REST-API (we use boomi as integration platform)? Specifically, it is about determining whether there is still an untransferred article in the queue. Hi All,We have a requirement to make Resource Monitoring Gantt to become read only in Apps 10 UPD 20 environment and I tried to achieve this using permissions sets. Below are my settings and my user only have this permission set grantedAnd I still can move the items and adjust the duration of work.Even after change everything to read only, I can modify the page. So I revoke all the changes and tried out again. And I can still view and edit the page, which was strange. I tried to refresh security cache, restart and re log in, clear browser cache and even using private browser. Still no luckDoes any one has idea on which other permissions/configurations I can adjust to make the Aurena Page read only?​​​​​​​Thanks in Advance 

Newly created Customer Order lines are not getting displayed in the “Inventory Part Availability Planning window” of "All" tab view for supply code of “Int Purch Dir” alone in both Availability Check and All tabs.But the CO lines created with supply code of Invent order are getting displayed in both Availability Check and All tabs of “Inventory Part Availability Planning window”.The customer order is in released status.So kindly suggest on it.Thank you in advance. RegardsShiraj

Hi!The very helpful function with tasks that was available in the old version is now back with the possiblity to assign task to other users of the system. The reassign function was not present in before in the Aurena client. I was really happy to see that this was now available, but there is a big but. In the my sent tasks the Sent to/assigned is missing. So you can see a lot of tasks that you have sent to collegages but you have no clue who you sent it to. This more or less takes make this function useless. Please add this field as soon as possible.Since this is a FNDBAS  module we are not able to add it as a customization either. Missing Assignee/sent to in Sent task section. 

Hi All,When a Purchase Order authorisation is rejected and along with the reason a Note is added, does anyone know where the note is visable. In Purchase Orders you can see it was rejected, who rejected and the reject reason but not the note.We are using APPS 10 Aurena Thanks

 I am trying to reveive parts in on a PO and I am getting the error message "There are not enough component parts shipped to the supplier to receieve this quantity.I could see all the component parts of the particular line has been shipped to the supplier using supplier material functionality.Had also tried this work around given below Check the PO Line you are about to receive.RMB on the Supplier material (if the option is active and available)One of the components which has fractional quantity per assembly probably has Qty Calc rounding of 0 in inventory part.Change the Qty calc rounding and receive the PO Line Still the issue persists , when I am trying to change the qty calc rounding to 1 for example , I am getting an error that Qty calc rounding must be zero for serial tracked parts ....How should I mitigate this error ? And how should I recieve the remaining qts in the PO "There are not enough component parts shipped to the supplier to receieve this quantity".

Hi All, In the Business Activity, I can attach Emails from Outlook and they are displayed in the References Table as shown below.Whereas, the Business Opportunity, I do not see where the Outlook Email is being displayed. Any thoughts? Thank you,Alex

I’ve got a sample report that’s in PDF format that I need to covert into a spec so that we can create the report in IFS.  It would be extremely beneficial if I cold edit that file.  Does IFS have software in its reportoire that allows us to edit?Editing in Work did not give me what I need becuase of the outlines of the boxes that are in the PDF.Patrick

Hi All, I have created a new Business Opportunity in IFS Cloud, but I don’t see a button to send the Business Opportunity to the CRM Outlook Panel?  The Business Activities has this functionality, but I don’t see it for Business Opportunity. I tried to upload an external file to IFS, but encountered an error. When I enter the figures in the amount field, the upload is successful. However, if I enter the figures in the currency amount field, I receive the following error: ORA-20110: ExtCheck.VOU_NOT_BAL: Voucher 28-AUG-24 is not balanced in accounting currency.How can I resolve this issue?

For Document No of 48 (Defined by IFS) there is report by name Inventory Turn over rate. In which screen should be insert the doc text (48) to get the same printed on Report “Inventory Turn Over Rate”

Hi, I hope someone can help me. I am trying to better understand the ‘Share with Corequisite’ functionality when I have more than one planned quantity in the work activity requests tab. At the moment in the requisitions I am only using skills, no certificates, no competencies. I am analysing two activities:112: request for 2 resources - allocated 113: request for 3 resources -unallocatedThe competences match correctly, in my opinion. The following pictures show how the task is structured and how the PSO analyses it.For task 113, the explanation is ‘Missing conditional competences’.Message: Task 301 required shared competences with co-requisites that cannot be found: SKL-‘skills name changed by attempt’.Can anyone help me? I have 3 resources with the following competences:  Res Skills Dispatch Console Task 112 - demands tabtask 112 compare Task 113 - demands tabtask 113 - compare  

Hello,I have a question about the Intercompany process direct delivery to the customer and need your help. When I create a customer order on the demand site and ad a item withe the supply code “Purch Order Dir” the system created a PO. In this PO the delivery adress on the PO line and in the header level are different. Is there a way to get the delivery adress vom the customer order on the header and the position level in the PO?  Thank you, for your help. Hannah
