Can someone explain to me how / where I can configure the fact that I wan absence to be counted as 0,5 or 1 day not according to Time card.
In my exemple
It’s counted 0,56 due to the fact that employee has got de 8 hour a day but with 4,5h in the morning so it’s counted 0,56 and not 0,5.
Can someone please help me ?

Hi,
In Time Card it is possible to adjust the result by using Time Balance rounding functionality.
You can create an invisible balance which only purpose is to keep track of the roundningto 0,5 day.
However - if you use absence and absence limit functionality this will not affect the deduction of absence limits.
