How can IFS Appointment Assistant be accessed? Is it a separate application that needs to be purchased and integrated with IFS Cloud. Hi,after transferring the database from Windows to Linux and enabling jobs, scheduled tasks do not run. Restarting the batchserver does not help, nor does re-enabling queues. Has anyone had a similar problem?

Hi All,I’m hoping to get some opinions on when a tax line should be created when inputting a New Manual Supplier Invoice on IFSAPP10 (Aurena) please.Currently, a tax line is created as soon as a value is added to the Gross field for the invoice and you tab / click away, rather than when you click the “Next” button to go to the tax lines. For example - a user mistypes £10 when it should be £100. The user corrects the gross value, which also corrects the tax amount on this screen but when you click “Next” the values remain from the original input rather than the corrected values.We believe that this is an error, as value for the "Lines" should be calculated at the point where "Next" has been clicked, and not before.I have asked IFS to correct when tax lines are created but their response currently is “This behaviour is consistent with the design”.What would your opinion be?Thanks

Our business has some activities that will not allow travel.  As in the customer is not willing to pay travel time on these work orders as they know that there will be other work orders that will already require travel, and the work can wait until such time as we travel to the site.These will be separate work orders as the no travel work order will likely be open before a PM work order.  We do use a specific priority ID for the work tasks that have this requirement, so are easily able to identify them.I have not been able to find any setting in PSO or IFS Apps 10 that marks an activity as not allowing travel and needing to be done while onsite on a per work task basis.  Only those settings surrounding the travel of the resources.We are aware at times this will lead to the activity going unallocated for periods of time and accept that inevitability, but since we will not be paid for the travel on these, we never want to schedule travel on them individually, only when we have other work

Hello,I am being involved with a AR automation project for a client in Italy (with Pagero being the invoice automation partner), and the customer need their customer invoices/Instant invoices to be posted into the standard FatturaPA format. When the invoices are sent, the required information is not populated in the FatturaPA format as expected. However, when the option ‘Resend Reporting’ is used in the ‘Send Invoices’ screen, the information is properly put in the FatturaPA format. Hi,We have similar issue with previous post regarding rounding line 100001 for External supplier invoice line. How to setup auto posting for rounding difference line created when we use PO line matching in Posting Proposal | IFS Community We do have external supplier invoice with and without PO and we want to set up posting control so when there is rounding line 100001 on external supplier invoice line, it should always create posting line with account number and code part values. How can we set up this in IFS cloud? For example which posting type and control type etc.  Thanks and regards, 

we would like to value a manufactured product made in site A (STD cost = 80EUR). We would like to have 20 EUR margin when we sell the part from the site A to site B (Ok with inter site profitability). The only thing that doesn't work is that the part is valorizated at 80 instead of 100 expected in the site B.

HI all,when using supply code “Project Deliverables” in customer order line I have the following question:In this scenario the user has to decide if the part will be reserved, picked and delivered via customer order (if needed inclusive shipment) or via Project Deliverables (PD), in combination with a shipment plan, right?So via PD the manufactured part will be produced and put on project stock, the reservation, picking and delivery will be done via customer order or if needed shipment (with order as source ref type). A shipment plan in PD does not make sense as the part cannot be picked twice obviously.The only reason I see using customer order with PD is having the object customer order at hand (for invoicing and all other functions the order is offering).BUT: would not supply code “Project Inventory” offer the same functionality? so what is the difference to supply code “Project Deliverables”?What is the actual IFS-business-process for supply code “Project Deliverables”? Thank you!/

Hi All,I'm trying to load an external customer invoice with multiple lines with record type A and the invoice are getting created without any errors. But as soon as I load them it goes to a status ‘Partly loaded’. There are no errors. So I'm wondering the reason for this?  

Hello dear Community, I’m exploring the possibility to change the OOTB Datasource function to a customized one for better performance for a specific page of IFS Cloud, namely the Dispatch Console. I have found how to set the Datasource Function using the Page Designer, but I have not yet found how to define a custom Datasource function. Could somebody point me in the right direction, please? Thank you

Hi All,I’d like to draw attention to an important gap in our current Project Deliverables process— shipment.Referring to the PD documentation, “IFS Project Deliverables consists of Design, Plan, Create Material Supply, Ship, Install and Commission, and Complete processes.” While the process flows smoothly from design through planning and material supply, it breaks down when we reach the shipment phase. The flow resumes seamlessly for installation and commissioning, but only if the shipment happens outside of Project Deliverables.Currently, we can create a shipment plan, but once we actually ship the material, we lose it. The reason is that we can only ship to the customer, and thus we don't have a "receive shipment" functionality, which disrupts the process. For EPC projects, it’s common practice to ship materials and equipment to the installation site. Hi, We are have a Proof-Of-Concept running with IFS Cloud Remote on IFS version 24R1 on top of three ubuntu 20.04 LTS OS VM's, that is setup as a clustered solution and with NLB in front of them (so each can be disabled and taken out for a period of time) I have looked around after documentation on how to perform VM maintenance, but not found anything… I know that IFS patching and upgrading needs a dedicated maintenance window where the IFS platform is offline for the users, while the installation and reinstallation of the configuration is done. What is the recommendation on how to patching (none-IFS-applications and OS pathing) and reboots of the ubuntu VM's below the IFS platform?We would like to be able to regular VM maintenance without interfering with the pods or user access to the environment on top. Best regardsCarl-Marius

Hello everyone, We have created two users in the cloud with slightly different authorizations. For one user (with fewer permissions), we can see all resources in PSO. For the other user (with more permissions), we cannot see random resources in PSO.Both users are assigned to the same datasets, groups and permissions in PSO.Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be? Thank you,Anatasiya

HiI am trying to create an Excel Migration Job that will delete User’s Sites. I would like to use the method USER_ALLOWED_SITE_API.Remove_User_Allowed_Site. It requires only COMPANY and USERID and removes all Sites associated with the given COMPANY for the given USERID. I would like it in Excel so that we can load the specific Users and Companies we need to target.If I run this PL/SQL, it completes successfully…beginUSER_ALLOWED_SITE_API.Remove_User_Allowed_Site('USERID','COMPANY');end;I have tried various configs in the Excel Migration job and it either errors, says it has processed it (but hasn’t) or churns for a while and returns a blank.Any pointers?
