Hello,maybe someone knows where in IFS Cloud to find setup for Supplier Agreement Statuses that Allow Purchasing?This was in IFS9 and I cannot find it in IFS Cloud: thank you beforehand for the answer.

Hello experts,I would like to open the CommodityCodes table sorted by COMMODITY_CODE in ascending order by default in a new navigator element. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to put together the correct address/parameter.Although IFS opens and populates the target form, it does not apply the sorting. I have tried different formats and orders such as:&$orderby=COMMODITY_CODE&orderby=COMMODITY_CODE&orderby=colsCommodityCodeThe target mask’s standard order is switched off.Does anyone have a tip or document that might help me solve this?Many thanks!

We are on 24R1SU5 and we are primarily using Trip Tracker to submit expenses. We have noticed an issue in that when an expense is confirmed in the app, it is not confirmed in IFS. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, was there anything you could do to remedy it? I’ve tried running the sync job on the phone with no luck. Any help is appreciated.

I can create a “New Lead” using a button on the Business Activity (for a Customer).However after doing so, there is no pointer from the Lead to the Activity or vice versa.  Seems like they should have a reference to each other so that other users can see what was done.

Issue : When performing Find & Connect on a Purchase Order for a manufactured part, the supplier for purchase part  lines are not fetched into Find & Connect. the supplier classification is not considered.Kindly refer to the attached PDF document which explains regarding the customer reported issue.

When entering punch out adress in Cloud there are options for cXML and OCI but not PEPPOL. Is it possible to use PEPPOL-adress in the other versions or do Cloud not support PEPPOL punch out? Thanks!

The notification_log table in our databse is the largest table at 4.3GB. It has been logging all notifications since 2014.We only need perhaps 6 months of transactions in here. Does the application have any means to purge this table or is it something we would need to do in SQL?Thanks,Barry

We would like to Invoice block a Freight Charge which is in order level. Could you please let us know if we can do Invoice block a customer order – Charge line, which is not connected to any Line? In some orders, we need to review/update our freight charges before it get invoiced. So we wanted to Invoice block the charge.If there is no way to Invoice block FREIGHT charge,  Is it possible to connect the FREIGHT to a delivered order line and Invoice block the Order line and after Freight charge is reviewed/updated then uncheck Invoice block line and remove connection line to the Freight charge? LCS Case: G2326906

Hi,I have a couple of questions on the Authorization Routing Templates within Purchase Authorization Basic Data.Under Authorization Routing Templates there is an option to specify the step number.  Where I have two individuals listed and I make them both step 10, does this mean that it only requires one of these individuals to authorise the PO, or does this mean it still needs two of them but they can do it in any order? our current setup is that we generally have only one authorizer listed in this section (as step 10) for lower value POs when only one authorizer is required, but we have two authorizers listed on higher value POs where two authorizers are required and at the moment these two authorizers are listed as step 10 and step 20 so need to authorize in that specific order.  I’m trying to understand whether changing both authorizers to a step 10 on a higher value PO means that they are both still required to authorize the PO, or whether thi

Hello experts,I have some wage codes that are of type “lost time” due to mandatory resting, shuttling and similar. These codes needs to be costed by project and is part of scheduled time. When we need to calculate actual worked time, these wage codes needs to be excluded. Instead of excluding specific wage codes in each calculation, I have simply setup these as absence wage codes. I am able to register the codes - 8 hours in project and 8 hours as absence. Scheduled time is 8 hours. However, when I try to authorize, system says that my hours do not reconcile. I have used parameter list “Reconcile Job and Attendance Hours”. As far as I understand from previous discussion, it is possible to use absence in project hours. Any ideas of what can be wrong?Thank you for your help!

Hi Everyone, All though the question is for APPS9, I want to resolve there to migrate data from backend to IFS cloud.Why is the qty per assembly different on Product Structure and Engineering part navigator. The quantity required is 1 in every process thus we have 4 process so it shall be 4 in product structure, but system shows 16 which is wrong. Please help.

I am on IFS cloud and I want to print my labels with ZEBRA printer connected to local machine. Due to network issues I cant install printer on Print agent of IFS cloud server. Is there any option I can use the printer on my local machine without using IFS aurena as well, because aurena is breaking the print option and it looks weird and cant find printer.Label format is ZPL file

Hello everyone,When a mass change is made in PSO, the current time is displayed. Our customer would like the time to jump to 0 for mass changes, is there a way to do this? Unfortunately I could not find anything.Many thanks in advance! 

When I go to the Customer Invoice page and the tab at the bottom called Supplier Invoice Validation Method, I select 'Used' to retrieve an OCR number on the invoice. Does anyone have any advice how I can creat a OCR number on the customer invoice?

Whenever I navigate from the lobby element to the Project Posting Analysis screen, the records are not displayed the first time. However, on the second attempt, the data is shown.  There is no data in first time what is reason how to resolve it.
