We're experiencing performance issues with the Find and Connect process within the Export Control module.  We're shipping an assembly via Customer Order that contains approximately 2800 unique part numbers. We have licenses that match, but the act of checking the "Connected" checkbox takes about 9 seconds of processing time in the database for each row.  This results in around 7 hours of processing time to connect all licenses.  We've attempted this via DB script as well and the processing time is the same.

Our licenses do not have a quantity or dollar amount limitation.  The license being connected to uses mostly wildcards (%) in the criteria.  Has anyone else encountered a performance issue with running find and connect against a large structure, and what workarounds are available?
