Hi Everyone,When I try to add navigation to a custom page in IFS Aurena Native using a custom command, it returns the error shown below when the parameters are configured as follows.Parameters in Navigation Filter​​​In ServiceEngApp: Has anyone encountered this issue before, and does anyone know the correct configuration to make this navigation work? Thanks for the Help!

When using Report > Work Instruction in Shop Order to print multiple documents, files with a DWG extension are failing to open due to IFS thinking there is no files association set up. When trying to open DWG files individually IFS will open them with eDrawings. Is there another setting for file association within IFS for opening packages of documents?  

Cloud 22R1 and a few months into using IFS, coming from a 30 year old ERP. We are setting up email notifications for approval routings, and as I have seen on the forums from previous versions, we have the same issue that the standard event action for approval routing email does not give the first person on the approval routing a notification when dealing with Approval Routings on entities that are not Documents, we are using this on Change Order and Change Requests. Using threads I found on here from older IFS versions, I had been able to create a custom event and event action that got us most of the way there, but our test environment of IFS got refreshed and I am attempting to rebuild what I had, and am not having success, so I know I am missing a step somewhere According to my notes, I had created a custom event for ApprovalRouting to fire when when Changed or Created, and then I had a custom event for that. We have a new Posting Control setup, using the “combination control type” for M28 and Code Part A to route multiple brand sales by order type and accounting group. This is posting most sales transactions to the correct accounts as expected.However, there’s an issue with “Bundles” — inventory parts grouped as a Package Part/Sales Part but not maintained as an individual inventory part. Since Bundles are typically promotional, we don’t plan or pre-pack them as single items. For these orders, we add the Bundle part as a sales part on the customer order. During the reservation and picking process, individual items within the Bundle are reserved and picked separately as usual. When invoicing, we invoice only for the Bundle, not the individual parts.Under our previous setup, with Posting Control M28 and Control Type C16 directing order types to specific accounts, invoicing for Bundles worked without issue.In the new setup, invoices for Bundles produce an error. I have a three part question that has to do with IFS’s supply and demand capabilities:Is it possible to use enter a forecast, plan supply, and generate an MRP for a part(s) without actually generating shop order reqs, purchase reqs, or distribution orders. In other words, use IFS’s demand and supply capabilities to plan supply chain scenarios for new products that may be still be considered in a development stage (pre-production) and not yet released to market. We currently use Master Scheduling and MRP to generate supply requirements.  Is it possible to replenish certain parts (finished goods) to DC’s but restrict or not allow shipments of those parts to customers. We replenish DC’s via distribution orders from other DC’s and manufacturing plants, and direct shipments from external suppliers. We do have site supply chain matrixes setup as well as a multi-site Planning Network. Our DC’s are setup as different sites, and I am not sure if by this setup we are actually functioning within

Hi everyone, my customer is extensively working with the maintenance surveys. Throughout the implementation of them, we have noticed a couple of things, I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar requests/situations to these:Sometimes the question flow seems off when having a dependency on Yes/No questions, especially if the dependency is not directly after the dependent question (e.g. Q1 = Yes/No, Q2 = no dependency, Q3 = dependency on Q1).  Is this a bug that we're encountering or is this a design thing? Seeing as our customer is working almost only on a mobile phone, they were noticing that the "Maximum x item(s) can be selected" for multi-choice questions are taking in a lot of screen space.. Does anyone know if this sentence can be removed? On open-ended questions one can add a mask, but that removes the ability to scan a value. Has anyone found a way to make both of them work?Customer is on 24R1 SU3

We received a case from one of the customers that  customer invoices are no longer being marked as fully paid correctly after we "cash" checks with check no starting "CC" (prepaid credit card charges). Check No starting "CP" are working fine.Is this a set up issue? What basic data that needs to be focused please.Thank you ,Kind regardsUdanee

Good morning, During our testing we run into below scenario:*Issued material - Nov 11- transaction is booked to WIP - voucher date is Nov 11*Finished task - Nov 12 - reposting transaction from WIP to Cost - voucher date is Nov 12*Re-opened task and run Check and Update Accounting - Nov 13 - reposting is being reversed, from Cost to WIP - voucher date is Nov 11Shouldn’t the voucher date for the reposting reversal be the date of the reposting, or the date when Check and Update accounting was run? Doesn’t really make sense to be posted at the date of the original transaction.If the original transaction and the reposting are in 2 different periods, then we will have the WIP overstated in 1 period (amount from original transaction + amount from the reposting reversal).Is there a set-up for the Check and Update Accounting date?We are working in IFS10, UPD16. Thanks for your help,Cora  

Hello, ‘Cash Supplier BOE’ is available to be selected in Mixed Payment. This sets the status of the Supplier Bills of Exchange as Settled. However, if I have to map a transaction type in External Payment Parameters for CAMT053 then this option is not available. How can I setup External Payment parameters so that External Payments will know that this payment belongs to Supplier BOE? or how is this handled otherwise? Any guidance in this is much helpful and appreciated.  Thanks and Regards

Hello, I am inserting a pdf attachment to Customer Order through an integration.But when I try to download the the pdf document, it gives me the following error. When opening the document from the database, blob value is opened as a text and not as a pdf.  Does anyone has any idea what could be issue here?

Hi team, To load a supplier payment into the Mixed Payment window using an external file template, I keep encountering an error: “ORA-20124: Error.NULLVALUE: Field [LOAD_ID] is mandatory for Ext Payment Item and requires a value.” I reviewed the External File column definitions but couldn't identify any column for the LOAD_ID.In the External Payments window, I also tried manually entering a Load ID, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to load the file for that specific Load ID. Could you provide input on what I should correct to successfully create the supplier payment?   Thank you Best Regards,Prabha

Hi Team,We are currently testing the IFS Credit Card Interface and encountered an error while posting a customer credit card-connected invoice. According to the IFS user guide, an offset transaction should be created when the invoice is posted.  However, when posting the invoice, a background job is created with the description 'Create Offset Payment Transaction,' but it goes into a warning state with the error: 'ORA-20105: Payment.NOTRANS: Payment does not contain any transactions. Occurred when applying payment CUPOA 5 for Invoice 970000006. Offset unsuccessful. As a result, no offset transaction is created, and the CUPOA is matched with the customer check that was created at the time of delivery. Kindly help me figure out how to get the offset created in the system.Thank you. Best Regards,prabha

Hello,From my understanding, the "travel with" feature in PSO standalone allows for resources that travel together to be managed as a single unit, ensuring they are always at the same location. This is particularly useful when individuals share a vehicle.Is there a way to utilize this same feature in IFS Cloud/PSO? I need to provide PSO with information indicating that certain personnel will be traveling together in the same vehicle to a specific location to perform tasks.Thank you.

Hello,The ‘My Time Registration - Grid View’ page is loading with the previously selected week instead of the current week.When we open the page and select a previous week, then close the application, it reopens with that same previous week. Shouldn’t it open with the current week?Is this the intended functionality? The customer would prefer the page to always load with the current week.This is APPs10 Aurena Update 20. 

We need to extend a sickness against an employee but it keeps showing the below error message.This error message also comes up when we try and delete the line. The absence is setup as followsWe are normally able to extend sickness and no changes have been made to the configuration.All timesheets are at a status of ‘transferred’. The only difference is that on the 1st September, the employee was moved to another org unit within the company. His timesheets all look a little different during this period.  What would be causing the error message?

Hi All,We are currently on 24R1 SU5 and SU6 will be available before 24R2 Release Update.I assume we can directly get 24R2 without getting latest Service Update.Is this the correct practice or do we need to get latest Service Update first before getting 24R2 Release Update which will be available on 28th of November 2024.

Fields from empty data in this element appear as NA. How to change that these NA s are 0.

What is the community opinion about the query option done when wanting the objversion of a object? If I make a query like this “SELECT vendor_no, vendor_name, objversion FROM suppllier”I get this result  If I on the other hand query like this “SELECT vendor_no, vendor_name, objversion as df FROM suppllier” I get this result Is this a user friendly behaviour?I think rather than implementing limitations use the time and effort to implement missing IEE behaviour to the Aurena client
