Neither is the case in the instance we have, @dameenda . There ARE transactions (zero cost, but actual quantity of hours) and these have not been reversed. There is no financial transaction but in our scenario we DO need to see the number of hours - even when at zero cost - so this is having an impact on our reporting.

Yes, the system allows the Shop Order operation deletion even after the machine/hours reporting, which is not logically correct, and ideally, it should not be allowed. However, the system is not deleting the Labor and Operation History, so you can get the number of hours reported against the deleted operation.
Better, you should put a check on it for proper tracking, and additionally, ask for LCS's opinion on it.
