Using IFS Cloud, is there a way to keep company owned and consignment stock in the same inventory location? There is a toggle under site/warehouse management to allow multiple owners for inventory part, but this does not seem to work as stated

In my Cloud 24.2.6, the Field Description is not available for the toggle ‘Allow multiple owners for Inventory Part on One Location’. In my Apps10 world this reads as:
“If this check box is selected, it indicates that the same inventory location can be used to hold stock with different ownership types and/or owners for the same inventory part. The stock should be uniquely identified stock in the inventory part in stock using the key values Site, Part No, Configuration ID, Location No, Lot Batch No, Serial No, Eng Chg Level, W/D/R No and Activity Seq.”
So the records in IPIS would need to differ by either their Config ID, Lot Batch No, Serial No, Revision No, W/D/R No, or Activity Sequence.
An example for this part BOX in Location 1 has different ownerships and different W/D/R numbers.
