Is it possible to connect the attachment on a Mixed Payment for a customer payment to the Customer Analysis payment ? We had numerous tries in the Object Transformation Connection screen but nothing seems to work. Any thoughts ? 

Long story short, we are running 23R2 upgraded from version 8, with Weighted Average. Revaluation events cause SERREN+/SERREN+ to be not balanced. What seems to happen is at the first revaluation event that the system creates new M191 postings instead of all the old M3s. The result is that the accounting does not balance. M1 and M191 balances though. Removing the old M3s seems a bit unorthodox since they also have voucher numbers. Question:Is it safe to remove faulty postings (thereby removing some of the sequence numbers for a transaction)? Is this a known problem already? We have looked at corrected bugs in the upgrade script. However the upgrade script changes the posting control basic data from M3 to M191, but does not update old transactions.

Hello, New to Cloud from Apps 09. Currently in Apps 09 when creating a new Customer schedule agreement part - you need to add in the Customer order number into this field, which we create by zooming to an additional page to create the customer order.  In Cloud when creating a new Customer schedule agreement Part there is no option for a Zoom/Detail button to be able to take you to the customer order page. Can anyone advise if this is possible? Can’t seem to see anything in Page Designer.  Thank You in advance 

Afternoon,We are in the midst of upgrading to IFS Cloud 23R2 from Apps 10, and in parallel the business are reviewing our BI strategy. Currently we use IFS Lobbies, Quick Reports and Business Reporter within IFS, and externally use tools such as PowerBI and Qlik. All our reporting is based on the production IFS Oracle database through ODBC connections. We plan on using PowerBI as the primary tool for management reporting, whilst continuing to use Quick reports and Lobbies for operational reporting within IFS.We are therefore considering options for data warehouse solutions such as Microsoft Fabric and PowerBI. We are looking for information on what other IFS customer's are using for their BI strategy and data warehousing solution, along with some pros and cons. Thanks in advance

 Facing a problem with an image in a custom report.As we need to draw a sketch on paper and take a photo of this drawing and put it in the report in a large space, we are losing resolution.Attached you can find the screen shot for the reference. The requirement is to capture picture and upload that.Do you have any solution what we can do to ensure that the photo doesn't lose resolution and is clear?Please suggest Thanks and regards Aishwarya Mishra

I am getting the following error when trying to check-in a new revision.  We updated all our SOP’s to a new format.  The old file type was DOCX. We are now at a .DOC filetype.  I get the error below.  If I change it to the DOCX file type, it works.  Why is this and is there a workaround???

In previous versions of IFS (APPS9 AND APPS10), if the order confirmation was printed for a customer order, a change in the target delivery date on customer order lines would not update the promised delivery date.  However, in IFS cloud 22R2, updating the target delivery date does update the promised delivery date. Please advise if this is a bug or intended functionality.

Dear All, When creating shop order from shop order requisitions, I have found the following behaviour. If a Shop Order is creating using the create shop order requisition the number will be set to a numerical number. Here 691.  If 2 others are created :  The next number is 265, meaning 2 others were created and deleted 263 and 264.Why do we have some shop orders created and removed

HelloWe have a customer who is allowed 120 days (!) to pay their first SBP instalment, and 30 days thereafter. For example: 30% on receipt of order, paid in 120 days  60% on delivery, paid in 30 days  10% on acceptance, paid in 30 days Can this be built into a payment term (thinking about free delivery months) or would a customisation be required? Many thanks!

Hi, If a work task is transferred to a technician & he finishes his assignment using MWO, the assignment status becomes Completed but work task status is sometimes Work done & sometimes remain work started only. What’s the reason behind this? I want the manger to manually mark the task to work done. Also, can a new status be added in the list?

Currently in Apps 9 we have turned off the ability to add documents to purchase order lines - all attachments should be kept at the header level for ease of finding them.  I cannot seem to find the ability to do this in IFS Cloud - does anyone have any idea how this is done?
