Correct, the B2B Portal only supports work orders as of today. You can always consider CE Portals, however this is more of a toolset for building portals and agent experiences. You can use any entity, it’s “configure not code”, however you need to configure all the pages.

I haven’t heard of short-term plans to introduce such a template. I would suggest reaching out to your IFS account manager to get you in contact with the CE R&D team.
